Flip flops all the way! They're cheap, most are waterproof, they come in all sorts of wonderful gaudy colors, and go great with everything from sweaters and jeans to nice dresses.

Definitely Bugs Bunny. Sure, Daffy's insane and all, but everybody's wanted to emulate Bugs Bunny at some point in their childhood. He's the quintessential smartass!
