What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star?
Sunalirth walked up to the Wishing Star Altar once more. He was hoping that maybe, if he wasn't asking too much, he might be able to trouble the star for one more friend. After all a band of friends was better than just one friend right?
He hoped that maybe the star might find the power to grant just one more wish on this magical night. He looked up to the star Hopeful. His heart calling out to the star as words failed him this time. What else could he say? He had already said about everything he could think of.
He left behind the Spellbook that he never believed actually had real spells, but it was fun to dream, He had used a few of his feathers weaved together as a bookmark and a few gems and crystals for the Star. He hoped this would be enough, but if the star did manage to grant his wish it would never be enough in his mind.

Isa and Lea leave a rather unique fruit wrapped carefully in banana leaves. Short IC Response: (time constraints got me good but maybe I'll be able to get it filled? Sob)
What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? A broken bone from Boum'ba's tail, one of Arsu's candles tied with a ribbon made from hair from both of them. Short IC Response: Arsu let out a heavy sigh as she pushed the candle lovingly decorated with the piece of her mate's tail that he had willingly broken off upon hearing her plan and tied with hair from the two in a ribbon onto the alter. They had been trying for so long to start their own family without success that they were starting to fear that they had been cursed. Prayers, offerings, and sacrifices all went unanswered to their traditional deities. It left the young couple desperate and looking for outside assistance.

Arsu whispered as she bowed her head in prayer. Staying for a moment a stray tear rolled down her cheek onto the candle below before she rose from her spot to turn and disappear into the night.

A ruby he was given from his mother before he was exiled. Short IC Response: Abaddon walks up to a clearing where he felt the star shone down the brightest, standing right up to it and glancing up to it. He stood there, silent and contemplating for a moment before his head dips down and drops a medium sized ruby down. His large head tilts up towards the star again, and was still silent. His brows twitch softly, wanting to furrow but he was seemingly trying to resist doing so. After a good few minutes, a deep sigh escaped him. "This is... odd, but if it will help... I will do what is needed. This ruby was given to me by my mother, wishing that I exchange it for goods. I do not need material things or even coin. The only good I need is my grandmother. She was my only support when the father of her father tried to purge all the crossbreeds from the family. Even my mother, though caring, could only suggest I be exiled to keep me safe." Another sigh at the thought, a frown pulling at the corners of his mouth. "My grandmother offered me a safe haven in the time of trouble, but she was outvoted in the decision of my fate- as the family did not want to put her life in risk for harboring me." There was another pause, his wings sort of drooping at his side as the minutes past by. "I do not know if a star has the powers to bring her... but if they do... I kindly plead for it to answer my only wish."

Short IC Response: Yagure was just enjoying the sunset like he usually does when he notice a star shining brighter than any other ones. He had heard of rumors from others in the herd that you can make a special wish. "The Wishing Star!" He walked up to the biggest hill where there seem to be an altar of some sort. "...." He looked at the altar, putting down his most precious item, the flower. He then looked up at the wishing star. "... I am not sure how to say this. But I am alone in these lands. I am the biggest shifter in the herd. I.. " He lets out a shuttering sigh. "I just want to be able to find my family.. Any of them! Please." He flattened his ears as he wept silently, nosing the flower one last time before walking away.

One of the many stones from Azure's accessories along with seeds from the first summer fruit Unesdala Aisgi ate, wrapped in the first autumn leaf they found together. Short IC Response: It had been a long time since Azure had lasted spotted the star. Not since it had gifted her with three wonderful children many seasons ago - more bundles of joy for her and Unes to cherish together. So when she'd first heard whispers of its return, she had excitedly gone to her mate in the wee hours of the night, nudging him awake and insisting that he follow. It wasn't a particularly long trek to her chosen offering spot, but she felt it best be done when the night was at its darkest and the star at its brightest, her little bundled offering carefully balanced on her back between her wings.
She only set it down when they reached the very top of the hill she'd chosen, the deep red leaf they'd found still buttery soft and flexible enough to keep the stone and seeds inside. And then she looked to the star, eyes wide with wonder.
"Hello, Mister Star? Or is it Miss Star? It's been a long time, but I'd really like to be a mother again! You've helped me before. Maybe you can help me again?"
Unes nuzzled his mate before looking up to the star himself, calm smile on his muzzle. "I, too, wish for foals. They bring a joy unmatched to our lives and the lives of those around us."

She had heard whispers and rumours of the miracles this star could produce, and, though she was content with her two strong boys, Alice longed for a little monster she could raise and love.
