Oh. Well, now she felt honored. Though, she wouldn't say it was immediate. He was wary for a little bit after she caught him despite that he had been following her. And, he didn't seem to like anyone else. Lupup was rather calm right now, though. Probably because he'd just been napping. During the train ride over Olivia took the time to familiarize herself with Kalos, pulling up basic research such as geography and native pokemon--even though she'd been to a few of the region's cities throughout her life to visit family, she didn't know enough to safely navigate--and even the resident professor. Augustine Sycamore... well now she really wished she'd been told of her change beforehand, but one glance over at Cayenne and she'd managed to put to rest those regrets. Ah well, she could always just find a reason to visit the man. Perhaps if she ever came across a RageCandyBar....
While Olivia briefly divulged in the idea of meeting the illustrious professor her pokemon took it upon themselves to get acquainted. "Hello!" Cayenne greeted the two on the floor, looking down from her perch on the bench to peer down at them. Licorice dropped her head back, her gaze unreadable, before she broke out into a wide grin. "Why hello there," she rocked herself up onto her feet, gently nudging Blue off, who'd been resting on her legs, and arched up to pat the younger pokemon on her head.
Blue huffed, none too pleased with having been dislodged, before he reluctantly joined his 'mother' in meeting the new pokemon. He pushed off onto his fore-paws, placing them back onto the cushions before he leaned forward to sniff Cayenne curiously. "What kind of pokemon are you?" he asked, nose still twitching in her general direction. He was still new to the world and had only seen handful of pokemon in his young life, anything new was handled with guarded curiosity; unless it was a human, humans were dealt with fierce and indiscriminate hatred. "I'm a Cyndaquil," she informed him, inching herself forward so that she could familiarize herself with his scent. "What about you?"
Blue dropped back down to all four paws, having satiated his curiosity. "Can't you tell?" he asked, tail now wagging. "I'm a Sableye! Just like mom!" Cayenne paused for a moment before she slowly turned to look at Licorice, the pokemon she assumed was a 'Sableye'. Now, she knew she was new to the outside world, what with being fresh out of the lab, but she was almost certain that there was no way those two were blood-related. She was smart about it, however, and pressed her mouth together to avoid stirring up that Beedrill's nest.
It wasn't as if she would have even been given the chance, however, as in the next few seconds the train finally arrived at the destination, Olivia standing to her feet before it even been given a chance to stop. "Come on you three," she commanded, beckoning them to follow with a backwards motion.

Once they were safely off the train and traveling through Vaniville at a steady pace Olivia released Valerian, the Bisharp only needing a moment before she fell in line with her trainer. She was aware of the rather large group she paraded around with her, but since they were still in a small, low-residence area it was fine. It wasn't as if she couldn't keep an eye out on them, and now that she had Val she could help as well. Thankfully, such an attentive watch wasn't needed, nothing in the town caught Licorice's eye, which meant she stayed relatively close by Olivia and since she didn't linger, neither did Blue. Only Cayenne held a vested interest in the town and with a squeak she darted forward, zig-zagging with her excitement.
Olivia only smirked as she watched her starter run to and fro, her gaze eventually sliding to a delivery man who was quickly approaching her. She began to slow down, her curiosity piqued along with a natural wariness, at least until she remembered that Sydney had promised to send a few items her way. Her posture relaxed and an inviting smile lit her face before she stopped altogether, greeting the man with a simple nod before she took the box he handed her. Their exchange was kept short and once he'd left the pinkette began to open the box to reveal a few rather useful items. Well, the station certainly knew how to give an apology present.
She put them away, finding no immediate use for any of them-- even the Charcoal, which would be good for Cayenne in the long run, was useless until she learned any fire-type moves. But getting to that point meant she'd need more training.

As much as Cayenne and the rest of her pokemon needed training Olivia wanted to wait until they were farther into the region, where stronger pokemon awaited them. With a light scratch to her cheek she realized that, before training, she'd have to let her pokemon get to know each other better--she wanted a team that would work well together--which meant that she'd have to learn more about Blue... and let Poppy out of her ball. The woman gave a light sigh at this realization.
It wasn't as if she didn't like the baby pokemon, Poppy was the offspring of the Chansey who'd helped raise her as a child, she just knew from observation how.. easily she got other pokemon riled up, if there was anything to cause a discord within her team it be the self-entitled Happiny. But! She had to keep optimistic, there was no use in thinking negative before any interactions began. Still though, Olivia gave a side-long glance to the four already out, there was no harm in waiting until they were in the next town, was there?
Even if there was, she was still going to do it. They were so close to Aquacorde, there was no use in stopping now.

Remy carried Chespin down the street. The young Pokemon liked being up high and swinging on its Trainer's arm but also liked to explore by itself on the ground. Every time the two walked by a cafe or the occasional Furfrou Chespin would investigate and Remy would wave a greeting to those present. Finally they found the road out of Lumiose towards Santalune. "This way?" Remy suggested. Chespin nodded in agreement and headed on, Remy in hot pursuit.

Having neglected to visit the southern portion of Kalos, the blonde Trainer had to admit he liked the change in scenery. Though similar, it differed in subtle ways from his home in Camphrier. The little Grass type followed his twitching nose down the road, looking back now and then to urge Remy on which he gladly obliged.
As Remy neared Aquacorde, Chespin caught the scent of something and darted off the trail. Remy gazed after in wonder and called after him once. "Chespin? You there" Shortly after a moment Chespin bounced back and presented Remy with 5 little berries. Remy wasn't too sure about most of the berries in Kalos but he was pretty sure these Wiki Berries didn't grow here very often. Must have been a rare patch of them. "Oh, Chespin, thank you! C'est bon!" Packing the Berries away in his pack while Chespin took one for his own, the two heads towards Aquacorde Town.
After leaving the professors lab Emory had released her favored mood of transportation from his pokeball, a Gogoat. Emory loved to ride the pokemon because unlike her others she didn't need to try and converse with them to get her message across. A simple tug of the horns in any direction and he knew exactly where she wanted to go. The grass type pokemon didn't complain about her riding him either. In fact he quite enjoyed it. The small town the professors lab was set up in was quite pleasing. It was small like her home town and the train stations connected them so this was where she'd come back to if she wanted to go home which currently wasn't anything close to an topic of thought as Emory strolled through town.
She needed to get to South Lumiose City. There was a company there that made the experimental wrist bands she was to be field testing. She'd seen picture of the device and done plenty of research before taking the plunge and volunteered for the beta project. The devices considered on a wrist band that she could program short questions and answers into and have it speak for her. It also game with a set of bracelets and rings that could sense her hand motions and translate sign language into verbal speech. the only issue was it would need to be kept charged.

Vaniville Town was a small and quite place set far from the hustle and bustle of any of the regions big city's like Lumiose which was the center point to the region and the heart of its empire so to speak. Here children could run and play worry free. Emory enjoyed places like this with its natural charm more as appose to the steel and mortar of buildings and so called art sculptors. As nice as the town was Emory's destination was in fact the regions biggest city. She wasn't necessarily in a rush per-say but the sooner she got there the better.
Crossing out of the city limits and into the wilderness she directed Gogoat to follow the gravel road that lead the way between Vaniville Town and Aquacorde Town. The road was relativity clean cut and well maintained. It look more like someone had intentionally planted the trees, bush's and flowers rather then them naturally havign spouted up that way. the lines where two symmetrical and even to have happened by the random hands of mother gaia.

Following the road Emory came upon a large wooden two post sign hammered into the ground by the road with a plastic banner stretched between out between the two posts. The sign was an advertisement for a Renaissance fair taking place in the Unova region and gave directions for how to reach it. Apparently a train station located half way between the two towns was the closet way to or from the fair from where he was. Emory squirmed in her seat atop the pokemon cursing her poor luck. She needed to pick up the wrist band but it wasn't like shed not compensated for a lack of voice before and it wasn't going any where fast. The real issue was getting permission. The train station might have a PC video phone but that didn't mean mom and dad would give her permission to leave the Kalos region without the Wrist band or after having just arrived here. It was worth a shot though. The chance to play games and win prized was simply to much to pass up without trying. Remy carried Chespin down the street. The young Pokemon liked being up high and swinging on its Trainer's arm but also liked to explore by itself on the ground. Every time the two walked by a cafe or the occasional Furfrou Chespin would investigate and Remy would wave a greeting to those present. Finally they found the road out of Lumiose towards Santalune. "This way?" Remy suggested. Chespin nodded in agreement and headed on, Remy in hot pursuit.
