Layla finally gave up trying to hide and got rid of the pillow to look up at her sister, unable to hide the grin on her face or the blush over getting caught like this. But at Zeena's question, she had to give a soft but slightly hoarse chuckle, "Let's just say he's got talent and leave it at that," she said in a very pleased tone before she let them get her out of the bed and help her into the tub, everyone giggling over the marks on her pale skin. She was very grateful for the hot water that soothed her soreness and let her sister pamper her a bit while the others cleaned up the bedroom, giving shocked giggles over the strips of torn sheet tied to the bedposts in the process. She tilted her head back when Zeena insisted on washing her hair and let her do as she wished, "I've never felt so lucky Zeena... I also never felt..." she faltered there a bit but moved on a little differently, "the way he makes me feel," she told her honestly, hoping her sister would understand what she hadn't said about it all. But needless to say, Zuko had left much to be desired as a lover from what she was implying...

Zeena worked at shampooing her sisters hair and simply smiled as the woman tried to explain herself and how the male made her feel.
"That is because he is a good man. A good man who honestly loves you as he is the other half of you Layla.
Unlike many of our kind, he will most likely never take another mate. You are most likely his one and only mate and I am sure he is going to give you everything he has to offer, to show you that he is true to only you."
She scrubbed Layla's hair clean and warned her to close her eyes as she rinsed her hair clean. When it was clean she began to work in a bit of an oil mix to help give her hair a nice sheen.

Layla gave a soft moan as her sister massaged the oil into her hair and scalp, feeling muscles relax that she hadn't even realized were tense until now. But she had to give a soft smile at her sister's words, "I think you're right Zeena... I love him so much..." she said softly, though the words didn't really express just how she felt about Borias. But she wiped her eyes dry and looked up at her sister with a knowing grin, "But how are you doing with the blacksmith's son? I thought he'd be asking father for your hand by now," she turned the teasing on her sister, knowing the female loved to talk about the males she had dangling from her beautiful tail...

Zeena simply shook her head but smiled. "I believe I am a bit too much for him. It's like this; 'There is a tasty apple in the tree and one who is over thinking will either wait too long and the apple goes bad, or he finds another.' In other words, he is over thinking everything and frankly this little apple is about to say 'toodles' and allow herself to be plucked by another." Zeena massaged the oil in before she handed Layla a small mirror. "I don't think you will need makeup today dove. Your practically glowing and your Borias kissed your lips a bit swollen which is a good look as it brings color to your lips."

Layla had to admit that she was right when she looked into the mirror, "It's a good thing I don't really like the stuff anyway," she said with a soft blush and smiled up at her sister as she laid the mirror to the side and started to lift herself out of the tub to dry off and get dressed. Thankfully, she was only a little sore now and able to move better as she slid on one of her usual outfits; bra-like top, short-shorts, wrap-around skirt, and sandals. She let her sister do her hair, knowing she loved to do what Layla called 'girly stuff', "As for the blacksmith's son, go ahead and move on if he's taking that long to make up his mind. Personally, I think you'd do better with the weaponmaster's son. But you'll have to be subtle with him, entice instead of flirt. Once that one makes up his mind, he carries it through. I think if you shake that lovely tail of yours a few times and offer him some of those pies of yours, he'll be making an offer before the week is out," she advised her, knowing he'd make a steady husband for her sister and spoil her outrageously. While they were busy inside the honeymoon house, an elven messenger from the castle ran into the village and passed on a message to Borias before running right back out. The swift runners rarely managed to stay still even when they ate, so the simple delivery just made sense to everyone else.

She chuckled. "I think I will remain single for a bit longer. I enjoy my freedom a bit too much....that and the daily gifts from several men. I will take into consideration what you have said though. Thank you." Borias took the note and opened it up as the men with him had gone off to play horseshoes. After Borias read the note he sighed. He was to return to the realm and do something about his property. Apparently it had been broken into and half destroyed due to a fire. If he didn't return soon, his property would be cleared as they didn't want it to be a hazard. Borias looked to the honeymoon home. He had to inform Layla. He went over and knocked asking the women if they were done. When he got the ok, he let himself in and raised a brow as many fled as they giggled while looking and pointing at him. Borias simply smirked and found Layla talking with Zeena. He informed them of the note and how he had to get back to vampire island. "It says I have to return as soon as possible....I am sorry Layla."

Zeena just waved off his apology and moved to start packing some things for them to take as Layla walked over to him to put her arms around his chest. She moved up on her toes to give him a soft kiss, "It's alright, Borias. We can return here to visit anytime," she told him simply, giving him her simple quiet acceptance. "Go tell father we're leaving while Zeena and I finish packing. I'll join you outside," she added then had to give him another kiss before she went to join her sister in packing. Of course, they'd be lucky to get away by themselves when her father learned why they had to go back. She knew he was likely to offer the village's help in rebuilding his home. It would take some fast talking on Borias' part if he wanted to get away without the added help....

Borias left the two to pack and headed to Layla's fathers house. Once inside he quickly explained that he had to get back to vampire island and deal with some issues of his former home. Of course the male tried to offer help, but thanks to quick and slick talking, Borias got the chief to hold on sending anyone with them. Once damage was assessed and the two decided on where they were to live, it would be best to hold off on construction or rebuilding any time soon. He received a pouch of snacks and tools and a talk about keeping Layla safe, before he was let go. Once he was done, Borias went back to collect Layla. He waited outside of the house as she wasn't quite done finished with her packing.

Layla and Zeena finally came out with everything and the female centaur helped the elf secure the three packs to Borias' equine back before the sisters exchanged a brief hug. Then Zeena turned to Borias and gave him one as well as a soft word that they take care of each other. That done, Zeena stepped back as the village spellcaster came forward and formed a portal for them. Layla didn't escape without another hug from her father, though. After that, she simply stepped through at Borias' side, on the way to her new home with him.

He looked over his shoulder as the woman had stopped running and was looking back at him. He raised a hand. "Peace...I won't attack. Come over and talk to me."

" h-hay..." Nightingale said with each breath " t-thank you..." She added knowing that this person really saved her life. Once she catched her breath she smiled still holding the two blue crystals she was going to go to the castle. " i was on my way back to the castle when them wolves started comeing after me, i dont understand why, they normal just let me pass by " Nightingale said really confused about everything but when she hear the bell she had to hurry along to go see.

The chief looked her over and wondered where in the world this elf had gone to get such an odd looking outfit.
Not even Layla wore something like this.
As she said she was on her way back to the castle, he nodded.
"Well I can take you as the far as the edge of the forest near the castle. From there you will have to go on your own."
As she spoke of how the wolves just chased her he frowned but then noticed the crystals in her arms.
He could sense something about them, but was not about to inquire where she got those. Let the elves blow themselves up alone.
"Perhaps you should store those crystals in a knapsack? The energy is what probably called to them."

" oh!.. i forgot about them. " She hurried and put them into her bag, but also making sure they are placed gently into her bag, her enegy crystal was going to be the gift for the new king that could be used to use for magic or even use it for power anything in the castle but then again she was still working on how she could use it for powering up anything because really... some elves didn't like the tech Nightingale makes so she guess she going to say that its for magic use.
Just remembering that this person was here she smiled lightly " thank you again for your help back there. Im Nightingale. " She said taking out her hands as she wanted to shook hands with him.

He looked to several of the other men and women who came closer to take a closer look at the elf who ran into their village. He faced them and addressed them. "Everything is alright. She is simply lost and the wolves were....hungry. Anyway, please continue on with your day, and I will return by nightfall as I am taking her to the forests edge. I ask for one volunteer to come with me and help keep me company as I return." A male stepped forward his bow and arrow in hand. The chief nodded and the chief looked to Nightingale. "Let's be off then shall we?" The male with the bow lowered himself down for Nightingale to climb up onto his back so the three could travel more easily.
