For Whimsie's outfits, there... = Mermaid = Newly human = sail rags = bath = bath towel = town dress = ballgown = nightgown = swimsuit bikini When Whimsie becomes human, she would be so happy she has human legs but won't she need something to wear? Nice. Grace Hastings is from Twinkle Toes.  When Grace becomes human, her pink tail becoming human legs would be wonderful and she would be so happy to see her new legs and feet and blushing as she would need something to wear.
