As for Genshin Version 4.6, I may have to make a tough Decision on who to unlock... Lyney or the Wind Wanderer. That is of course, before playing the Water Crystal Interlude Arc (Set before the Fire Crystal Arc in Genshin)

Yeah. In an MMO F2P JRPG, sometimes the hardest part when there's 2 characters you want appear in the shop and you have insufficient pulls, you may have enough for only one character and if you're really lucky, you may get 2 in less then the pulls you use but that's a Long Shot.
So the Premium Shops in some F2P games are pure luck.
