Aile grumbled as Darts rushed off, rubbing The bridge of her nose in annoyance. “I swear, he keeps that up, something is going to get scrambled….” The woman would nod at Amaranth once she spoke up, quickly getting on Breeze and patting her gently. “Thank you, both of you. No- Whoa!” She’d find a grip as best as she could, holding on as as they flew off.

“Wait, buddies? You’re not alone? Merde…. Where are you louts,” the grunt would scream, darting into the forest and attempting to lose Reno and the rest of the Snagems. As the Snagems themselves would enter the forest,two things would become apparent- A, it was really friggin dark and hard to see thanks to it being night time, and B, the grunts definitely did not get away unscathed. Bits of cloth would show up on some of the lower tree limbs, and on one occurrence, they’d even find a knocked out grunt, if they didn’t accidentally step on him. Apparently, he lost a fight with one of the newly formed trees. When they arrived on the other side of the forest, the grunts would barely be ahead of them, running up to another group of Flare members that just arrived outside of the town in front of them. Among them with her arms crossed was Celosia, a scowl on her face as she berated the grunt holding the container.

“So, you lot can’t even capture four cells before having to leave… Incompetent, all of you! It looks like I’ll have to do this myself if things don’t go according to plan. Speaking of,” she spat, turning her visor to the Snagems arriving from the forest. “You lot are tricky. I don’t remember there being a forest here in front of Couriway Town. However, I’m going to require you hand over that core you carry now with you now.” It was certainly apparent that Celosia was still oblivious to her hitchhiker.

As the Lumiose group would arrive within vision of this, Aile would groan as she looked at Route 18. “How did a forest that thick show up so fast?....”

Kain would somberly walk out of the forest, swaying with every step. He would come out aways from Reno but still in plain veiw of the group of flares. His steps where heavy and aimless as the zombie like being would walk around filling up the circle cover their best route of escape. Kains head was twisted with his little poem. Remembering the play of which the poem was written Kain began to sing the bone chilling song.



Pulling his Honedge from his scabbard, Ioch, would ready letting out a metalic hum matching the song. Along side Ioch Kains Litwick ,Lume, who had been floating above the trees would settle down next to him.

"I think we'd be better off not knowing... Breeze, go in for a landing and watch the woods," Amaranth spoke up, her Togekiss swooping towards the ground to come in for a landing.

Cera would take the opportunity to try and keep Celosia distracted, flicking a weak Aura Sphere and hoping one of the others would be able to get the core to Aile with the few seconds she hopefully bought for them. Or at least levitated it over, either one would work if it came down to it.

"What are you- YEEEEAAAACH!" Celosia would arch backwards and lock up as Gengar gave her that wonderful Lick, then fall backwards as the Aura Sphere. The grunt holding the container would send out a Krokorok to help get Gengar off of Celosia, running up and Crunching down on Gengar. The other grunts would panic upon seeing the other Snagems and Reno's Mega Houndoom, sending out Pokémon en masse. A Toxicoak, Mawile, Inkay, Seviper, Poliwhirl, and Graveler would all show up from their trainer's Pokéballs, a knee jerk reaction from seeing everyone there. Probably a good idea from them at least.

Aile would look at Darts, tilting her head for a moment. "Me? Um, well then..." She looked at Zac, who was now comfortably with Rhyme, to Flare, to her jacket, then back to Flare, then Rhyme and Zac again. Silently, she sent out her Greninja and send out a few hand gestures to him. The ninja looked over at where Flare was, then narrowed his eyes, which would result in a few more hand gestures before he nodded, though seemingly unsure as he bounded off, disappearing into the night. Aile would then thake one last look at her fellow Snagems before taking a fair few steps back and bringing out her Master Ball. "Regirock. Stone Edge." Her face would light up with Regirock's dot pattern as the golem was released, the behemoth pounding its boulder fist into the ground. However, what wouldn't be expected by anyone was its target as the jagged rocks shot up out of the ground- right where Darts was.

While the Regirock was taking center stage, Kayvaan would make his way over to Rhyme and Zac, sending out his tongue scarf at the little blob and wrap it up. After that, he'd immediately belch out a Smokescreen and jump away towards the Flares, a smirk showing up on Celosia's face as she stood back up. "About time something went right."

Glancing around as chaos erupted from the surrounding group, Reno would focus quickly onto the new target: Kayvaan. He had named the little blob it was after and he was not going to let Aile's traitorous butt get him. Quickl;y latching onto Harleen, he would glance over at Ezekiel and point towards the Regirock. "Kill it." Reno growled as he faded into existence elsewhere, directly in the path of the Greninja's tongue. Latching onto the appendage with his left hand, Reno would yank on the tongue as he brought his right hand, with glowing palm, aimed to slam into the Greninja's face. He hoped.

The Houndoom would respond quickly, as a gout of Flamethrower erupted out of the Fire type to engulf the rock monster. Shuffling around to keep the Regirock's back to the rest of the group in an effort to give them flanking on the legendary.

Amaranth's slight push did little to dissuade the rocky blades from impacting the Giratina hybrid, though it did keep the damage from being something devastatingly crippling the rocks bounce him back and forth, his championship hitting the ground with a heavy sounding 'thud' as he makes a diving leap for his egg that had almost scrambled itself all over the rock face right before another Stone Edge smashes into him, the impact of the powerful Legendary causing him to cradle the egg underneath his chest as he slams from stone to stone, ending up on his back with what seemed like a fresh set of bruises rising on and under quite a few parts of his jacket. "Hah.... Hah..." He wheezes, trying to catch his breath. The sheer power of a legendary sneak attack had caught him completely off-guard. Upon hearing Cera's cry to battle, he attempts to pick himself up to compy with shaky arms but the complete blindside of the thing had hammered him, leaving one question running through his brain. Why Aile? Why?

His Gengar attempts to get back to its trainer, pulling itself free of the Krokorok and firing off a mesmerizing Hypnosis.

"What?" Isaac shook his head in confusion. Cera's message was clear, but still, he wasn't ready to believe that Aile had turned against Snagem. As he looked out at the enveloping smoke, he coughed. Didn't Flare have any other plans other than vomit smoke and run away? Regardless of his annoyance, the smoke was certainly proving effective in disrupting the Snagem's efforts, and probably causing more than a bit of friendly fire. Time to be rid of it then. "Again, Konrad," he said, and the little bat flapped up off his shoulder before whipping up another whirlwind, clearing away the obscuring smoke.
