After laying down on the couch while keeping her feet over the edge so that she didn't get her boots on the upholstery, Sable stared up at the ceiling of the Pokemon center. She didn't bother to glance over as she felt Jin move, easily seeing at the edge of her vision that he was moving over towards the Eevee to do something. Something that required him to kneel down. She also saw him walk away, but did not do much to react. All she really did was adjust the position of the arm that had been pinned against the back of the couch by her body so that the upper portion was up beside her head and the lower portion was draped over her forehead. The other arm hung limply at her side and ended up over the couch's edge. Not exactly the most comfortable position, but it was better than having one of the arms fall asleep or get a nerve pinched or something.
Meanwhile, Jin had gone over to where the Eevee was and picked up the ball he was batting around."Now, now. No point in doing that until he regains consciousness,"he lightly chided, only to be met with drooped ears and a pouting face."Aw..."Even Sable would have been able to realize that her Eevee was groaning with disappointment if she were paying attention."But he deserves it!"the small Pokemon yipped as Jin straightened back up. The disguised Zorua chuckled, then smiled at the little normal type."I didn't say he didn't. I just said there's no point if he's not conscious."
Pouting as the dark-haired male took the ball containing the Mareep up to the counter to get healed, Sable's Eevee watched for a few moments before looking around. There wasn't really anyone else he could mess with at the moment between the Pokemon center being mostly empty and the only other teammate out being that Spritzee. All that left was his trainer, who wasn't going anywhere anytime soon given what happened. The little Pokemon had a scrunched-up frown for a moment, then decided that she would be better than nothing as he jumped up onto the couch and the teen's chest. He had a small smirk as the teen let out a grunt and laid down where he had landed."I'm guessing you don't like having to sit around this much either,"he heard the teen comment as she reached over and rubbed him in that sweet spot behind his ears at their base.

Jin returned to Sable's side soon enough and clipped the newly-acquired Mareep's ball to his trainer's belt."Thanks,"the female trainer said as she tried to sit up, but between the Eevee laying on her chest and the fact that she still felt numb, she didn't get very far. Grumbling, the teen went back to laying down and petting the fluffy normal type. The sooner she felt up to walking around, the better. The last thing she wanted was for Ezra or Avonlea to catch her while she could hardly move under her own power. Well, maybe not the last thing, but she wasn't keen on jinxing herself with those sort of thoughts quite yet.

After a while longer of sitting, Sable once again attempted to sit up. This time she was successful, although not without expending some effort. Letting out a small groan, she looked over at the Eevee, then Jin, and finally the yellow Spritzee that had been perched on the back of the couch and resting."Might as well see if I can get up now,"the teen mumbled as she swung her body around so that her back was against the back of the couch, then started to try and stand. She needed a little bit of help from Jin, but Sable was finally back on her two feet. The teen gave a bit of a nod, then recalled her Eevee and Spritzee before heading out of the building with Jin's assistance.

Entering the town of Pewter Simon looked around remembering it as one of his pit stops along the way of a contest that felt so long ago. Moving over to one of the waste baskets he removed the stamp book he tossed it away, that was a different time, a different place as he wanted his second time in Kanto to be brand new.

Walking into the Pokecenter Simon healed his whole team before heading out to the gym, even though he knew he could take him on and win with his own. Looking in he saw there was a gym battle actually occurring. The gym leader had an Onix battling an Ivysaur. Quickly scanning both Simon left them to battle. Simon may come back to challenge the Kanto gyms but not until he finished Unova and Kalos at least. Until then he looked over the entries for the two Pokemon he had seen. "Onix the rock snake Pokemon. Onix has a magnet in its brain. It acts as a compass so that this Pokemon does not lose direction while it is tunneling. As it growls older, its body becomes increasingly rounder and smoother." "Ivysaur the seed Pokemon. There is a bud on this Pokemon's back. To support its weight, Ivysaur's legs and trunk grow thick and strong. If it starts spending more time lying in the sunlight, it's a sign that the bud will bloom into a large flower soon."

There were two different routes he could go and would dump him into two different towns. Walking towards the two entrances Simon pondered if he should take the Diglett's Cave or Mt. Moon? Now Diglett's Cave would only have two Pokemon in there and Mt. Moon would have more different types so that was where he would go. Walking up the path to the mountain he got ready and went inside.

Sitting on the bench Simon rested for a moment before getting a drink and a banana from the kitchen area. Taking a seat again Simon started to eat for a moment before he noticed a Pokemon was watching him. The only problem was it was a Slowbro so he didn't know if the Pokemon was hungry or just staring in his direction. The Pokedex entry said,"Slowbro the hermit crab Pokemon. Slowbro's tail has a Shellder firmly attached with a bite. As a result, the tail can't be used for fishing anymore. This causes Slowbro to grudgingly swim and catch prey instead."

Throwing away his peel Simon started watching Slowbro back, according to the Pokedex the shell on his tail was a different Pokemon but they look completely different and what if it Mega Evolved? That Pokemon had the shell covering over his entire body making it look like an entire body. Was that still considered a Shellder or something else now, sadly when he scanned Camerupt when Mega Evolved the entry was for Camerupt, not a new one for the Mega Evolution.

Before he got up the trainer who had the Slowbro released another Pokemon, the first form of Slowbro, a Slowpoke. The first Pokemon went over to the larger one and finally the larger one started moving at a normal speed nuzzling against the smaller one as the trainer went to lay down. The pair started to followed her at a slower pace but with the Slowpoke looking around amazed at everything and the Slowbro bring protective. Scanning the Slowpoke Simon learned that Slowpoke is the,"Dopey Pokemon, Slowpoke uses its tail to catch prey by dipping it in water at the side of a river. However, this Pokemon often forgets what it's doing and often spends entire days just loafing at water's edge."

Finally rising to throw away his drink Simon went out into the city, if Mitsu wasn't in the Pokecenter he was probably still in the forest. Out of the two Pokemon he had Simon wondered if he was using Charmander and if he had did the little guy evolve? Of course it had taken Fennekin a few more Pokemon to finally evolve but who knew how much time Mitsu spent at it.

Stretching out a little more Simon went around and checked a few more of the buildings to see if his new friend was around anywhere. The gym proved to be empty but cleaning up as that one battle obviously ended a little while ago. Thinking on it Simon would have liked to be a gym leader but then again maybe not because they always lose. Even if they win, they lose in the end because you still need the badge. At least in the battle mansion if his sisters win or lose it doesn't matter too much because they will strive to win no matter what.
