Nova was raised by two loving parents, a self centered, loving mother and a proud, caring father. Her father, Papillon, was a bit over protective with her and wanted what was best for Nova and her siblings. Her mother, Hema, was loving and the complete opposite of Papillon. When she was a filly, either she spent her time with her family or walked off with one of her father's little butterflies following her the whole time. She was only allowed to go so far from her father and learned everything she could while out on her adventures. She looks up to her father and hopes to be like him some day, maybe not as protective, though.
