Shameless Fanservice Girl: When Saitou makes her a custom bath, she thinks nothing of undressing in front of him and when he has a Please Put Some Clothes On reaction, she explains that since he's a human and she's a fairy there's no problem. But later when he sees her naked after a Shapeshifting Excludes Clothing incident she does have a Naked Freak-Out, and it's implied because during the time she spent as a human, she grew to have a crush on him.
