1538. Here's a list of dead rock stars. How big of a loss to the music industry was each one? Dave Williams, Ian Curtis, Aaliah, Rozz Williams, Elvis, Tupac, Michael Hutchence, Sid Vicious, Jimi Hendrix
Most of those folks I don't even know who they are. But Elvis is probably the only one of those bunch that I know for sure was a big loss. It's rare to find such great music like his anymore.
1539. What are the most cruel words someone could say to you?
Um... not sure. Depends on who it is.
1540. Would you rather catch your parents in bed or have them catch you?
If you mean the "Mattress Mambo" when saying "in bed", then it would be neither.

1541. If someone offered you $1,000 to cheat on your boy/girlfriend, would you do it? I have no boyfriend right now, so that offer would not apply to me. Anyway, no, I would never cheat on my boyfriend. I'm having a hard enough time finding a boyfriend in the first place. Why would I go cheat on him after all that work of finding him?1542. Would you rather date someone 3 years younger than you, or 15 years older? I've actually done the 3 years younger thing actually, and it felt weird. So I would rather go with the older end. Sure, it may be pushing my general age difference boundary a bit... but as long as I'm happy with the guy.
After all... that's almost the age difference between me and Benedict.1543. Would you rather like your guy/girl more than s/he likes you, or have him or her like you more? Equally balanced.

1544. Which is better, the rush of kissing a new person for the first time, or the comfort of kissing the same person a hundred times?
Well, I've only kissed one person and there wasn't any "rush" when we kissed. sweatdrop So, in the end, I guess it depends on who I'm kissing.
1544. If you could read your boy/girlfriends mind, but only by letting him or her read yours, would you do it?
Why would I need to do that?
1545. Would you rather lose your bathing suit to a huge wave right in front of a cute lifeguard, or your whole family?
Would there be the traditional romantic comedy occasion between me and the lifeguard if I went with that route - in other words, would I get to go on a date with the lifeguard? And how much of the family are we talking about here? Immediate or extended or both?

1546. Is truth sometimes stranger than fiction?
It can be.
1547. Do you look back and laugh at things that hurt or were embarrassing at the time?
There's probably a few things like that.
1548. Would you like to live in the Playboy Mansion?
No.

1549. Have you ever looked in anyone's wallet that wasn't yours?
Yes, but the owner gave me permission to look at their stuff.
1550. What time and date is it?
May 4, 2011 11:21 am
1551. What song would you (or have you) sung karaoke?
I've sung "Play That Funky Music" with a group of people before.

1552. Do you run through the sprinkler on a hot day?
Depends on where I am and whether there's a sprinkler going or not, lol.
1553. Could you survive without: Electricity? Heat? Air conditioning? TV? Radio? A car?
If I didn't live in a technology-based lifestyle, I'm sure I could. Unfortunately, I would need the electricity in order to go online to stay in contact with a lot of my friends. Heat - no. We don't have AC in our house in the first place. For my car, I'm sure I could go without it, since my parents' cars don't have it. TV - if there wasn't so many great shows on right now, I probably could, lol. I rarely listen to the radio as it is. Car - where I'm living, no. Too long of a walk to town and too dangerous.
1554. Would you ever consider shaving your head?
Hell no.

1556. What age would you want to stay forever?
Um... I don't know.
1557. What is the softest part of your body?
Not sure.

1558. What would make your day if it happened right now?
Getting a nice chunk of money back for my books. Um... *shrugs*
1559. What are you thinking about?
Mostly going over in my head the schedule of things I plan on doing before class starts.
1560. Are you on: Drugs? The road to nowhere? The crazy train?
No to all of the above.

1561. Do you say everything to people's faces or do you talk behind their backs? If I have something to say that I feel they need to know, then I'll tell them. But if it's something I don't feel comfortable saying to their face, then I usually won't say it all - either to them or any one else. The only time I do talk about it is if I'm letting my feelings out through my rambling on here, or writing in my journal.1562. What is gone that will never come back? A lot of extinct species.1563. What's your biggest turn on? Blue eyes that take your breath away.

So I sold my books back yesterday. There was only three books I wasn't able to sell back (one due to being "out of print"; and the others because they aren't taking them back at this time *shrugs*). Anyway, I got about $43 back for them. :) Definitely a nice chunk of money back, and it seems reasonable when looking at the prices I bought the books for. So... I'm pleased.
I got my two new books as well. And my new permit pass.
Ended up having dinner at Burgerville, due to the school cafeteria being closed.

I found this picture today. There was a thread created in the main forum area where the question "Are you there?" was posted, and I wanted to post River Song's quote in response. Thankfully there was this perfect picture with the quote. :D

At first I thought one of the sites that I get bases from was gone forever, but thankfully I knew the webmistress had a dA, so I checked out what she was saying there. Apparently she's doing some revamping to the site and will be reopening soon. So I'll have to check it out... along with then new bases she apparently will be releasing during the reopening too. Can't wait to see what all has been done to the site.
