╔════════════════════════════╗ Matthew Spencer Twelve Years Old - Second Year - Gryffindor - Halfblood Member of the Adventurer's Guild ╚════════════════════════════╝
Now that summer was over and Matthew wasn’t pulled out of Hogwarts by his mother for thinking that vampires were teaching, he was excited for another year of adventures with his fellow club mates. He found that the campaigns that were the most fun were the ones where he had a large team, so he hoped they’d have a good turnout this year. As he walked into the room, he heard cracks and was surprised to see that they came from Zack’s body. “Is your neck okay?” he asked before filling out a form. Kasamir Aloysius Patrovna Slytherin │ First Year │ Eleven Years Old │ Single
It was Friday night, and Kasamir was curious about something called ‘the Adventurer’s Guild’ which was convening not all that far from the dungeons where the Slytherin Common Room was. He’d heard it involved Tabletop Roleplaying Games, which was something the First Year had some experience with. During the time he’d been recovering from his injuries, and staying with his cousins down in St. Petersburg, one of them introduced him to the whole concept of designing characters and being involved in adventures.
The idea of being part of a collaborative effort to create a world, and having a character who was part of it appealed to him greatly, as he really was seeking out a creative outlet, and the other clubs didn’t fit the bill. Thankfully, he’d thought to put the three gaming books he had in his trunk, as he had those now in his school bag, along with pencils, sheets and a bag of dice. The books were Russian language editions, but they were the most up to date, so he was hoping that was something to start with.
Walking into the club room, he saw there somebody else there, one of the prefects, he thought. As he started filling out a form, he said, “Hello, I’m Kasamir. So what games are we playing tonight? I brought what I have, but I don’t know if anyone else might be familiar with them.”
Kasamir Aloysius Patrovna - Slytherin Year: First Experience Level: I’ve played a few games Games You Know: ‘Das Schwarze Auge’, ‘Zweihander’, ‘Warhammer 40k’ Race/Class/Style Preferences: I’m open to any genre Interested in GMing? No, but I’m willing help write
I'm not afraid of getting older, I'm one less day from dying young I see the light go past my shoulder, I'm one less day from dying young
I see my life, Like a train with a one-way track I've made mistakes, And I couldn't take 'em back And I've been runnin' 'round in circles, 'Til I'm dizzy, I can't lie But every night I go to sleep's, A day that I survive

Matthew entered the room, practically bouncing with excitement for another year of the Adventurer’s Guild. By the time he had arrived, Zack and an unfamiliar student were in the room, discussing the games that the newbie had brought. “What games did you bring?” he asked curiously as he grabbed a form. “Oh, I’m Matthew by the way,” he added before diverting his attention to fill out the piece of parchment. She would've never considered this years prior but after practicing more during the summer (and unfortunately killing her poor mum's elfling, RIP Mace) she was pretty confident she had a good campaign for the first of the year. She knew Evie wouldn't purposely look at her plans but she still made sure to hide her notebooks to doubly ensure it would stay a surprise. All she could say was there was going to be a mimic and she could already guarantee a near flipped table when the players figure out who/what/why it was. It was time yet again to follow her sister into the gaming club. The Levy family had a lot of game hours, though Everly had been banned from lecturing people on the correct way to use the various tools. It had led to a heated argument where Kai insisted he knew how lockpicks work, but after a particularly stressful attempt, ended up "Kai-ing" and broke a pick up against the lock pins... leading it to need replaced. Thankfully, Everly was more than happy to do that sort of work. But since then, there was a ban about making tool-based bets... or at least testing them on the bathroom door.
"Hey Ruthie. Got any big plans for club? I'm excited to see which campaign you run." Everly tied her hair up into a messy bun, setting out her dice case and well-worn copy of the PHB. It was going to be an awesome time... even if Ruth wouldn't tell her what was happening. "Kai said you've got something big planned, but then he accidentally threw dice at my face... so who knows." She laughed, then grabbed an application to fill out.

Finneas MacDavis- GreyGryffindor │ Second Year │ Twelve Years Old │ Single
One of the things Finn was definitely looking forward to was the start of the Adventurer’s Guild. After a long week of classes and homework, coming to the Guild after dinner on a Friday evening was a sure sign of the weekend. This year, it looked like it was being run by the Everly twins, whom he knew originally through Linsey, of course. He wondered what story Ruth had planned for her campaign, and he was definitely looking forward to seeing it unfold.
Along with his papers and dice and his books, Finn brought along his kit holding a number of encounter monsters he built and painted up over the summer, as well as the figures he created of the various characters he made for games. There was also a notebook he wanted to show Ruth, containing the notes he was working up for a campaign environment. There wasn’t much to it, as he only started working on it over the course of the summer, but there were some maps, and illustrations he’d worked up of the lonely islands he thought was a good place for player characters to come from.
"Hello, Ruth, Everly," he said cheerfully, as he set his kit down. "Behold, I bring gribblies and other things that go bump in the night. I also have this really cute baby owlbear I thought would be a cool little companion for my Druid-Ranger."
Finn MacDavis-Grey - Gryffindor Year: Experience Level: Fairly well, got introduced through wargaming Games You Know: Pathfinder, The Dark Eye, Warhammer Fantasy Race/Class/Style Preferences: I'm willing to give any race, class or genre a try, but I'd like to see somebody try out historical roleplaying Interested in GMing? Not yet, I need more experience. However, I am willing to build character models and encounter creatures to put out on the board.

Kasamir Aloysius Patrovna Slytherin │ Third Year │ Thirteen Years Old │ Single │ Chess Club Captain
Kasamir was in a good mood as he strolled to the Adventurer’s Guild room after dinner on Friday night. With the week over, the dark-haired Third Year shed his usual school clothes for a Russian Federation hockey team sweatshirt, trousers and a pair of comfortable soft-soled moccasins. He had his school bag with him, loaded up with his gaming books, pencils, as well as cookies he rescued from being cleared away, and wrapped up in a large bit of cloth. In one hand, the Russian carried a particularly large steel beaker, but unlike his Keptin on the Quidditch team, it wasn’t filled with one of her coffee blends, but was filled with hot tea instead. Kasamir also had Medved bouncing along at his side, the fluffy little pup was wagging his tail and making excited little yips while tugging at the end of his tether.
After being part of the Guild for two years, and now entering his third, he was looking to do more than simply play various characters. Over the summer he started creating his own fantasy campaign world. It took him a while to come with the basic idea, and then put pen to paper, and the results of his work was in a binder in his bag. Going with the idea of ‘writing what you know’, he based his world on medieval Russia, whose legends were in the books in his grandparents’ house in St. Petersburg. Now he had the start of a campaign map, notes on various nation-states, some personalities, and a lengthy list of creatures and races and beings who could be allies or opponents as the characters ventured into a world which was slowly falling into the grips of a years-long winter.
Arriving at the at Guild Room, Kasamir saw the Levy sisters were already there, as well as their resident artificer, Finn. “Evening, everyone. Been looking forward to seeing what you have planned for us, Ruth. I’ve been writing my own campaign world, I would appreciate it if you could look over my work. Perhaps if you need a break, I might run it later on in the year.”

Rebecca Mary Levy Ravenclaw First Year Adopted Muggleborn xxxLittle Crafterxxx Location : Adventure's Guild - Dungeon Room Company : Club Members...
Rebecca wasn’t planning on joining the adventurer’s guild, but her sister Ruth was running it. How could she turn down the idea of being present. Besides she had some experience given her siblings and family. Coming from the common room, the first year Ravenclaw went to find the room they were meant to meet in. The dungeon was a very confusing place next to just about everywhere else. Luckily, she managed to find the location where Everly and Ruth were already present. There were also a few others she did not know.
“Hi,” Becky greeted the room quietly as she walked in. She was never one for unnecessary attention. Besides this wasn’t about her. Becky noted the pup that was next to the dark haired boy. Definitely a fluffy one. “Thought I’d join.” She said setting a small bag down. Inside contained her dice and notebooks for the evening ahead. She always kept everything for dnd together, got to keep all her ideas down somewhere. Rebecca Levy - RavenclawYear: First Year Experience Level: A few years while at home. Games You Know: Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, others from home. Race/Class/Style Preferences: I lean toward a technical tinkerer type. Usually an elf but I’m open to anything. Interested in GMing? I’m good with being a participant.

After last year's non-failure and pleasant surprise that she could in fact take care of a club, this year she only really had half of the original reservations. And these were mainly focused on the various campaigns she had lined up for her group. They had loved (read: absolutely despised) the mimics from last year so she had used all of summer to come up with even better (read: worse) antagonist for her compatriots. She had just finished setting up the tables and forms when a knock brought her attention to the door and a young first year standing hesitatingly by the door. The ravenclaw cocked her head slightly, something about him seemed familiar. "This is the imagination club right? Or something like that?" the preteen asked softly picking at his fingers.
Ruth just smiled gently at him and nodded. "Definitely 'or something like that.' It's a roleplaying club for tabletop games. It's ok if you don't know what those are exactly, we can teach you. No one ever comes in a master at these things so you'll fit in fine." she told him softly yet encouragingly. The boy just gave a hesitant smile back but finally walked fully into the room.
"I'm Addy, are you like, in charge of everything?" he asked, curiously looking around the room.
"I'm Ruth and, sort of? I'm in charge in that I'm club captain so I help keep everything organized but as for games and such, I make sure to lead only a few games so others have a chance to playout their own stories." Ruth tried explaining. Addy just nodded and went back to filling out his form only speaking to ask a few questions here or there. She was so sure she recognized him from somewhere...

Kasamir Aloysius Patrovna Slytherin │ Fourth Year │ Fourteen Years Old │ Single │ Chessmaster & Chess Club Captain
It was Friday night after dinner, which meant it was the end of the week, and it was time for another installment of the Adventurer’s Guild. Kas had shucked his usual school clothes in favour of a more relaxed style, with his Russian Federation hockey team jersey, black pants and soft-soled leather moccasins. He had his school bag slung over his shoulder, containing his dices, books and papers needed to play tonight, and he had the notebook he spent much of his spare time over the summer compiling material for.
After over a year of research, assembling notes and maps, he had the campaign world he designed ready to be run. The campaign world was based upon the myths of legends of the Rus and the Norse, with a background centered on a version of medieval Russia, a detailed bestiary and a fleshed-out cosmology of the ancient deities of the Rus and the Norse. He was pleased to say he even had his first couple of adventures already written out, just in case he was asked to start running straight out of the gate.
He knocked softly on the door to announce his presence, and saw their red-haired Captain, and … possibly a new recruit to the Guild, were already there. He vaguely remembered seeing the younger student get Sorted, although in truth his mind at that particular point was still fixated on that magnificent dress Hes wore. “Good evening,” he said politely, as he nodded towards the younger student. “I am Kasamir, pleasure to meet you….” Looking over at Ruth, he patted his schoolbag, and added, with a slightly exaggerated Russian accent, “I hope you had a good summer; mine was productive. The Lands of the Rus await, if you are interested. I brought my campaign world for you to look at.”

Everly was... running late. Well, not late per se, but she definitely wasn't running early. Currently, she was halfway inside her trunk looking for her missing D&D gear. Ruth was running the show again, but Everly had brought all their necessary gear.... After finding her dice lizard, Everly pushed up to her feet and grabbed all the things she'd located. Next came a mad dash across the school to get to the game room. Thankfully when she actually made it, there were only a few people in the room. "Sorry, sorry! I promise I was set to be on time, but then I couldn't find Frank!" Everly shook her google-eyed dice bag, as if to say he'd been the sole problem.
"Also brought the big box of minis, a bunch of spare dice that I think used to be part of Kai's goblin collection.... oh, and the tube of maps." She set the items on the main table as she mentioned them, then the teen flopped into one of the chairs. They for sure hadn't been kidding when they said that Seventh Year was a totally different monster to the others. Honestly, she'd rather 1v1 one of those mimics that Ruth kept surprising them with during the last long campaign of AG last year.

Finneas MacDavis-GreyGryffindor │ Third Year │ Thirteen Years Old │ Single
After a long week of classes and homework, coming to the Guild after dinner on a Friday evening was a sure sign of the weekend, at least it was for Finn. This would be the last year the Levy sisters would be co-running things, and he for one was going to genuinely be sad to see them leave. Still, there was to be a year of fun and adventures between now and then, and he was looking forward to that. He also had the chance to use the creations he made in Art Club.
Along with his papers and dice and his books, Finn brought along his kit holding a number of encounter monsters he built and painted up over the summer, as well as the figures he created of the various characters he made for games. Over the summer he was developing his skills for designing and sculpting his own miniatures, using old school methods with moulds and pouring molten pewter into them, as there was no way he could use a CAD system at school. In his bag was another of his projects, a campaign based on the Irish Rebellion, as he’d wanted to play in a historical setting, failing that he might try his hand at running it instead.
“Hey, everybody,” he said cheerfully, as set out his kit, and noting there were two new additions to the club this evening. “I brought my critters, and I’ve been working up my own sculpts. I’ve got my first batch of hobgoblin legionnaires made and painted up to show everybody.”
Finn MacDavis-Grey - Gryffindor Year: Third Experience Level: A fair bit at this point, got introduced through wargaming Games You Know: Pathfinder, The Dark Eye, Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer Ancients Battle (WAB) Race/Class/Style Preferences: I'm willing to give any race, class or genre a try, but I'd like to see somebody try out historical roleplaying Interested in GMing? I’m willing to give it a shot limitedly, I need more experience. However, I am willing to build character models and encounter creatures to put out on the board.
Floating free as a bird Sixty foot leaps it's so absurd From up here you should see the view Such a lot of space for me and you
Oh you'd like it Gliding around get your feet off the ground Oh you'd like it Do as you please with so much ease

Springtime in the country Each time I'm shocked by the light The world lyin' fallow and you are apart from me Everythin' in my vision is movement and life Riverboat, wheelbarrow, wildflower and barley Youngest Shepheɾd🐑 Hufflepuff Fiɾst Yeɑɾ 🐾 Peɾmɑnentlγ Unbotheɾed ₍ᐢ・⚇・ᐢ₎ So far everything was going ok, which Addy supposed was like, his best case scenario for it all. He hadn't actually planned on coming, he really joining any club really. He'd been perfectly fine with grazing the edges of the forest for a nice spot to watch the clouds and maybe nap but unfortunately, it seemed his older sister was onto his schemes. She'd begged, threatened, and eventually bargained him into at least attempting a school club. At first glance, the magical creatures club should've been up his alley, but it just made him miss everyone too much so he put it in the "not right now" pile. All the other clubs seemed swing between sociable and skills, and he wasn't sure if he'd be the right fit for either of that. He had chanced upon seeing the Adventure's club and after asking Preeti, she'd just mentioned that one of her roommates ran the club and from what she'd seen, it was stories and imagination type thing. Lucky for him, when he said as much to the apparent club leader, she'd taken it in stride and handed him a form to fill out.
As the room started filling with older students, Addy began to rethink his decision. Even though Ruth had said not knowing was fine, there was a whole lot knowing to not know! He was just about finished when an older boy introduced himself then turned to Ruth in a completely different accent about a new land and world to look over. The confusion must've shown on his face since Ruth laughed a bit behind her hand. "Hi Kas, I'll be happy to look over everything. If you think you're ready, I'd be willing to put you next after our two-shot tonight? Oh, and this is our newest member Addy. He's very new to roleplaying has been very curious about everything we do."
The young Hufflepuff flushed a bit but she hadn't said it meanly and was even still grinning, so he supposed it wasn't a bad thing. He looked between Kas and the other teen girl who'd come in all huffy also talking about maps as well as another boy who'd even brought figuries and lightly tugged on Ruth's sweater cuff to get her attention. "Does everyone get a map and figurine or is that a personal thing?" Addy asked quietly still looking a bit pink in the face. "Personal preference usually. Unless certain games call for it." He just nodded, wanting to get a closer look at the figurines but still a bit too shy to actually go over and ask.
Adlai Rowntree - Hufflepuff Year: First Experience Level: The lowest level Games You Know: Um, hide and seek? Race/Class/Style Preferences: I played the boy who cried wolf once, but I didn't like it Interested in GMing? No nope nope
