Personality: Although the reasoning itself it somewhat unapparent, her personality varies depending on which elements she uses the most often. An out of character point system is used to value how far into a personality she delves, ranging from one to ten. Every jutsu used in an element adds a point to that element, and using a different element takes one point from the highest of the personality point. Using an opposing element removes two points from a personality. This functions the same as the chakra wheel.
Suiton This personality would be considered her natural personality, as Suiton is her primary element. Water is considered the most powerful element because it can move around any obstacle in its path without losing its essential nature. It can, with time, carve its way through a mountain. Water's qualities are creativity, charisma, and passion for life and lust. She values her friends greatly, and is very personable overall. On the opposite end, she tends to be indecisive and uncertain, leading to an insatiable wanderlust, as well as somewhat vain. This personality is weakened by Doton (earth).
Doton Earth's personality traits are stable, practical, reliable, empathetic, honest, and kind. While her natural water personality values friendship, this personality takes on more of a protective role over her friends. Of course, in doing so, she often forgets to take care of herself. Her earth personality is much more thoughtful and reflective than that of any other element as well. She also develops a sweet tooth the further into earth she goes. Fuuton Her wind personality is the boldest and free-spirited of the personalities. It is represented by initiation, imagination, compassion, and competition nearly on par with fire. It is the best personality when it comes to decision making, and she will often take on a 'go-getter' or 'do-or-die' spirit. On the darker side, she can be easily discouraged by criticism, and seems to express a dislike for herself and what she is. This personality is the most likely to push others away from her. Katon Fire is intense, and its traits are passion, aggression, and expressiveness. While she can be cheerful, warm-hearted, and generous, she is also very direct and not afraid of confrontation. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ An average teen in pretty much every way, about the only thing Miyuki Fujimoto had going for her was her bubbly behavior and her proficiency with Suiton chakra. She came from a normal family who lived in Kirigakure with little to no ties to the shinobi lifestyle, but she thought the prospect of adventure was worth the journey. Of course, she'll probably someday be disappointed in the actual lack of adventure the shinobi life brings. As her parents were against her taking on this lifestyle, she didn't join the academy to start her journey until she was thirteen, when her stubbornness finally got her somewhere. It was much harder than she ever anticipated it being, especially when weird things began happening around the village, such as rumors of getting stuck in a time loop, and weird mushrooms that made people go mad.
As one with wanderlust, she happened to be away from the academy when everyone was evacuated just before one particular event. She'd found plenty of hidden alcoves around the village where she could relax and forget about the world for a while, but because she'd fallen asleep, the emergency evacuation was missed altogether.
Miyuki woke to a hunger she'd never experienced before, like her stomach was literally devouring itself. It fogged her mind, made her turn feral. As she dragged herself through the remains of what had been Kirigakure not hours before, unaware of the mutation happening to her body, the great tree known as Sero grew out of control, and corrupted chakra it released twisted every living thing that had been left behind.
The first thing she came across her mind told her was appropriate to eat. It must have been the half-rotted remains of some animal, perhaps a tamer's companion, given the dead masked figure who lay not far off.
She knew something was wrong with it the moment she tore into it, but the corruption from the tree wouldn't allow her to stop. She felt tainted, beyond what she already had. Almost everything became a blur following, but it was filled with agony.
Unbeknownst to her, the creature from which she ate bore an experimental parasitic form of the black tendrils known as Jiongu. Her naturally adaptive body and the corruption that was already there caused the tendrils to take over her almost perfectly, bonding to her on a cellular level. It devoured the corrupted chakra caused by the Sero tree, and she provided it a host to survive off of. The tendrils thrived off of the dark energy that only took the lives of others.
The next time her thoughts became clear, Miyuki found herself in the hospital, the skies dreary but no longer black as they had been while she wandered. Her calm lasted until an elderly doctor stepped into the room, and her mind turned feral once more, but this time more out of desperation. She knew the thing that was now her had sustained terrible damage, and needed fresh, functioning parts to repair itself. What better way than to take it straight from the living?
Having heard of and recognizing the black threads from shinobi of the past, the doctor managed to satiate her with a heart from their preserves--against the wishes of most others. While she was not fully healed, at least she wasn't going to attack again for the moment.
Per protocol, the Mizukage at the time, Jack Snipe, had been informed the instant it was known about what she were. From what the doctor told her, he had a history with her kind, which he explained in as much detail as he could, although it seemed her circumstances were greatly different. The doctor informed her she was something...new. Something they'd never seen. As such, Jack told the doctor to give her anything she needed, to help her grow.
There was a mention of a woman named Koko, but no further details were given.
So she was examined thoroughly, by her choice now that her mind was stable in search of what exactly she'd become. He offered to allow her access to older shinobi hearts, ones of cadavers, to experiment with, but she would be given but one to keep. She had to pick carefully, and it was through this careful process she discovered different types of chakra had effects on the way she behaved. None necessarily negative, but still prominent changes in her personality. Eventually she settled on a Doton heart, since it seemed to allow her to have the clearest mind.
One side effect discovered, however, although she never noticed herself, was also unique: where others would be murdered by the corrupted chakra below the tree, she thrived on it. She grew stronger the closer to such the radiation she came, but likewise, her tendrils became more active, feral, and regained that hungry from the Sero incident.
Once they were sure she wouldn't snap again, she was released to finish her training at the academy, of which she'd been nearly complete to begin with, and eventually graduated.
Somehow, though, her wanderlust has taken her out of Kirigakure to the trading village of Takumi, where her true adventure begins.

Personality: Mizuki is a certain kind of attention whore. The kind that likes to flirt with anyone that has a pulse just for the fun of it. Maybe it's the back and forth, or the thrill of it but either way its the same in the end. Innuendo, compliments, jokes, and flattery are her poison. Perhaps it's a developmental quirk because of where she spent her childhood? While she'll happily tone it down for those that make such a request, the default setting is definitely on. Interestingly enough she actually shies away from anything beyond shallow flirting and NSA arrangements between adults. Talk of love, babies, or marriage sends a shiver running down her spine.
When she's not tossing out romance bait Mizuki tends to be rather laid back in most situations, preferring to chat others up, trade stories, and cook. That last bit has always been a hobby of hers. A quick way to get on her good side is definitely talking food. With her love of food also comes a willingness to get dirty and work hard. Even as a small girl she's always had a will to survive and a strong sense of determination. However while she might the type to make love and not war she does have a bad side and a really easy way to end up on her s**t list is trying to make her cover up more and asking her to baby sit. Otherwise she often has a smile on her face, and sometimes even just hums or sings for the fun of it. In a way she's rather optimistic about life in general. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ There's not much to be said for where Mizuki came from, no father and a mother who traded flesh for cash in a house of ill repute. A less than desirable life for the young child, she squirreled money away until Mizuki would have enough money to make it to Kumogakure and a chance at a better life. With what money her mother had given her a pre-teen Mizuki paid for passage with a Takumi based trading group that was on it's way to Kumogakure before it would leave the land of lightning. That military village was where she hoped to find a life outside the brothel her mother could never escape. Little of consequence happened on the young girl's journey, Well perhaps one thing of consequence did occur. Among some of the others hitching a ride was a boy around her age named Kaneo who provided her company for the trip. Kaneo had originally intended to leave the country but as they became fast friends he decided to follow Mizuki to Kumogakure. With precious few options available to two destitute children signing up for shinobi training was the best choice available as it represented food and shelter. An obvious choice to make for two starving children.
The years after these conflicts went by filled with training, classes, and tests. In between those days of study she experienced both the first and second Battle for Kumogakure. Both events delayed her graduation somewhat. Mizuki also withered the great blizzard that killed many of her classmates. Eventually the time came to graduate even if perhaps a little later than some of the children who lived with their families within the village as they always bounced back from tragedy faster than the parent-less children could. Graduation papers in hand, Mizuki sought out the Raikage for a new assignment.
That assignment came from the Raikage Shiro Chosokabe. However first he granted the young woman a headband sewn in black cloth and took her and Kaneo out for drinks. It was during that celebration that Mizuki managed to make quite the impression on Shiro. Let's just say that she got quite the opportunity to show off her seduction skills. After becoming a full fledged kunoichi Mizuki continued to put in hours at the hospital to complete her residency. Much of that time was spent studying eseijutsu and using more mundane skills in the triage center. Eventually coming away with her doctorate in psychiatry she is now an official doctor of Kumogakure.
Not wanting to leave her little Kane-kun behind the woman sought out her long time friend with benefits and challenged him to a spar. It was a rather fun affair and it caused her to work up quite a sweat too. There was little time to rest however as an emergency situation caused Mizuki and Kaneo to be assigned to another genin, Natsumi Himura, as part of a reinforcement squad. Apparently the Bloop-nin she had met while getting drinks with Shiro had been captured along with a village of his clansmen. The tree set out hastily to the coast to back up his remaining squad members.

Pa's are hard no'd on giving you a rank reduction on costs or a rank increase in damage on techniques, so thats a no to the first PA. I get it might have been approved before but it isn't acceptable.
The Second PA is fine if it's just recovering tendrils, but it can't refund chakra or stamina usage.
Where are all these chakra and stamina increases coming from?
With the 50/50 chakra/stamina I can't remember which holidays they came from but they were from holiday events. I can't find the holiday threads either. I think it was Thanksgiving and Christmas. (Edit found out it was Halloween and Christmas)

Personality: Knowing damned well she is beyond gorgeous she often teases others with this. Drawing them to her with her body language making her both magnetic and mysterious. She knows this very well and is proud of herself for being able to do such things. She will refrain from dominating her partner and let them lead in the relationship... for the time being. She knows she can mesmerize others and this only increases her confidence. She will not blatantly show her appreciation for her partner in front of everyone and pour her heart out in that instance. Instead, she will look at her partner in a sensual manner, and tease them in a seductive tone full of romance. If an individual isn't sincere with their feelings... the individual shouldn't even try to get close to her. With her gorgeous, royal blue piercing eyes, she can read an individuals body language most of the time with ease. She can easily make out people's intentions from their body language.
Even when her tone is soothing, her demeanor kind and her smile uplifting, she could be planning a devastating retaliation against an individual. When she is insulted or gets hurt, her wrath knows no limit. In this instance, she can become the most hard-hearted and sarcastic person on this earth. Her expression will mostly remain neutral, betraying nothing. Her anger is horrifying and its better to get out of her way when it gets out of hand. She's a store house of secrets, while not giving any of hers out in return. Her personal life is completely out of bounds for others. While, she will never tell the secrets that have been told to her, not even to her mother. This however doesn't mean she's dishonest. Quite the opposite, she will be brutally honest that, at times, she may hurt others in the process. She will choose her friends carefully and the credible ones will remain with her until she dies. She will never maintain a relationship with unworthy people.
Determination and will are her strongest traits. She can use them to come out of anything that is negative. She is an extremely strong willed individual as she’ll see anything through until the end. Once she sets her mind to something there’s not a single person that can deter her from her objective. Her sheer determination will push her through the mission no matter how the odds are stacked against her. No matter how strong the enemy is... No matter how numerous they are... No matter how hurt she is... She will always prevail no matter the cost. Should anyone win the love of this glorious woman they will never feel lonely again. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Minako and Yato have had a rather interesting life so far. Minako was abandoned by her family in the forests of Konoha. Caring very little for her and discarding her like trash as they were too prestigious to have a child. A child would only drag their lives down into the dirt as this was how cruel her family was. As she cried and cried eventually she was found by a pack of wolves in the winter. She was barely alive at that point but still cried out as this was all she could do as a baby. When the wolves went in for the kill Yato burst through the forest slamming into the first and fatally maiming it. Circling around the child she faced down the wolves ready to kill all of them. None of them were anywhere as big as her nor did they have as much experience. The wolves accepted their loss and retreated with their dead. They wouldn't let any drop of meat go to waste... not even if it was their own. As Minako continued to cry and cry Yato did the only thing she felt was decent. She wrapped herself around the child to act like a blanket. Keeping her warm and thinking of how much extra work she would need to put in to keep the child alive. After finding a suitable cave this is where they made their home. They lived their for years with Yato being her mother. Teaching and guiding her as she grew up to be a truly beautiful woman. Recently she was found by oinin forces as they were hunting down a fugitive. Yato fiercely protected her and then they made an offer. To bring the two into the village so Minako could be with her kind and aid them. Yato didn't see any other way so accepted their proposal and were inducted into the shinobi life. In the most recent events Minako lost perhaps the most important aspect of her life, her mother. It was known by Minako that her mother was elderly but not understanding just how elderly she was. Time took her mother away from her when she needed her the most. Minako now heads through the journey known as life upon her own path.

Her father was killed when she was very young and her mother quickly fell into the arms of another man in search of comfort of her own. Needless to say this had a profoundly damaging effect on Chole. The only friends that she had managed to make at the time quickly distanced themselves from her under the simple reason that no one really knew how to handle her anymore and choose to gloss over her instead, which is more than likely the reason that she has become the person she is today. More to the point, with anger at her father for leaving her and the blame she shoved onto her mother quickly welling up inside of her Chole at last was pushed far enough to run away from home. Refusing to spend another second in a place that reminded her everyday of the life she lost and the people who grew to ignore her.
Well as one could imagine her life on the lamb didn't turn out so well for her. The fact of the matter was that she was still a cool crisp thirteen year old and had no real way to provide for herself. In the end she spent two years of her life doing whatever she could to survive, this included stealing, street preforming, and even joining a traveling circus for awhile and above it all Chloe absolutely adored it. The freedom to do whatever she pleased was like a new high for her. The only real problem with this was the kind of company this lifestyle frequently lead her towards. Practically everyone she met was a criminal or scoundrel in some form or another, and this did much to foster a feeling of distrust of others. Eventually she came upon the village of Konoha where she finally found a place where she could catch her breath in. Whether or not she ends up staying or if this place will just another stop on her path through life remains to be seen, but one thing she did know? She was gonna milk the ever loving hell out of learning ninja skills.

Nindo: " It's darkest before dawn. " Personality: Suzuki is an ambitious person. Once she sets her eyes on something she will stop at almost nothing to get to her goal. This makes her seem stubborn and down-right determined to get the job done at any means necessary. Although, even if she is trying her hardest to beat you in a battle, Suzuki will always be as courteous as possible. It's against her nature to be outright rude. Most people only see the confidant and happy-go-lucky, almost childish and naive side to Suzuki. Though she has a temper and can lash out in anger at someone these times are so rare most people don't even believe there is an angry bone in her body. Suzuki has never been one to hold a grudge either, preferring to forgive and forget than dwell over a past aggression. On the rare occasions that she has lost her temper it never amounted to more than harsh words. However, after these times Suzuki finds herself guilt ridden for having said harmful words in the first place. She's the type of person who, after having a fight with someone, too cook them a good meal and serve some tea to talk things over in a more civilized manner. It's during these moments that one would see that Suzuki is...for one thing a horrible cook and secondly completely oblivious in certain situations.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ As strange as it may be, Suzuki was born in Otogakure. Her parents were both shinobi there before her mother became pregnant with her. Before Suzuki was born her parents only had one child, a son just slightly older than Suzuki. They lived peacefully, her father retired from being a shinobi and worked as a general merchant instead. Selling and trading anything they could to live a happy life. Just after Suzuki was born however, their store was broken into and all their wares had been stolen in the night. The thieves were never caught. It didn't take them long to come to the decision to leave Otogakure in hopes of finding a safer life for their still growing family. They made their way to Konohagakure and there Suzuki's father began to work as a shinobi once again. Her mother stayed home with her children, which counted to three children as Suzuki turned five years of age.
During her childhood Suzuki was always a little bit rambunctious and wild, but also a bit more mature than say both brothers combined. By the time she was seven year old and now the happy big sister of a little sister Suzuki was known for being able to wrestle with the boys and have a tea party right after wards. She was enrolled into the Academy at the age of seven as well, although she wasn't skilled in anything in particular. She showed good skill in both taijutsu and ninjutsu, but was a total klutz on her feet. By the time she was ten years old her teacher was almost convinced she needed glasses after she smacked face first into a closed window while trying to see a bird out on a tree limb. Despite her teachers objections Suzuki did not in fact need glasses. She was simply that big of a klutz, having tripped on own her feet while walking towards the window. As the next couple of years went by Suzuki became increasingly aware of what it meant to actually be a shinobi.
She graduated the academy at the age of twelve, with the rest of her peers. For a few months everything was happy and was going well. And then her father went mission on a mission. Days went by slowly Suzuki and her siblings. She knew her father never took on any mission that had a high risk of him not coming home. So it seemed inconceivable to her that something bad had happened. Barely a week had passed when the news came back to her family. Apparently her father had been killed by one of his teammates in an accident. Or so the report stated. But the teammate, her father's closet friend, the one to report the incident had taken all the guilt and burden of having killed his dear friend. One would think that Suzuki might have lost her temper here, but as her family could attest to none of them felt any sort of malice towards their beloved father's friend. In fact while they were disheartened and grieving for their loss Suzuki found her goal as shinobi here. The week after her father's funeral Suzuki seemed to take her life as a shinobi far more seriously.
As the years went by Suzuki grew into a skilled ninja, although she kept her rank and title of genin the entire time. Refusing to become a chunin until she felt the time was right. During these years Suzuki became known for never killing her opponent. She would always find ways to immobilize a person before outright harming them in a major way. She never went after a target out of anger nor took missions that involved taking something in an act of vengeance. There had even been times when she deliberately lost a mission by letting a person get away for the sake of sparring their life. Suzuki was not without her faults, but no one could dissuade her from being like this. She simply refused to act on vengeance. This is how Suzuki has lived her life for the past twenty-five years.

Miki is rather very different from other Uchiha in mind and soul especially her father and sister Kein, Koan. While others of her clan grown hungry for power she craved acceptance and love. Having been neglected by all and losing her sister her personality shifted if anyone speaks of her sister she loses her temper to a point that the girl might lash out towards the person. On the outside she holds her mother's charms of kindness tho still hold's some of her awkward childish perks but this is only a mask. While the inside dark twisted much like a yandere for short cold, bloodthirsty but craving for love with hints of jealousy some have consider the girl to be a reincarnation of Kein's in ways. She would treat anyone like a pawn if needed it to save or protect her loved one even herself. Miki's not all bad despite her rough edges she's always seeking change find herself among the world. Kira is Miki's guardian and only family member left that she takes advice from or treat differently than most due to their history.

Miki remembers very little of her past since her attack while being away from Kirigakure. Her personality has switched from being moody to more humble and soft spoken approach. Some things remain the same about her still like her quick temper but its not as bad as before. Miki developed a ruthless mind set in battle and doesn't really know when to give up or take no for a answer. After gaining all her memory back and the loss of her arm and leg combined with losing friends She has grown more withdrawn preferring to be alone than with others fearing the pain of losing more people she cares about. Even tho she was not the center child in Kein's eye's as a little girl she didn't care. She would sneak away from studies to watch him train Koan praising their skill until that fateful day. Loosing the only parent she had left crushed her trust towards adults and promises they couldn't keep. Miki continued on with her studies trying her best to catch up with Koan before they grew further apart She was just always three steps ahead passing all expeditions. She failed twice but passed on the third attempt upon her eleventh birthday. Wishing to spread this news with her Miki desperately searched the village, Returning home at one point she was meet with a Anbu carrying a blood stained headband. With no word tear's rained down taking the headband she ran out of the village taking nothing other than the band and a pendant which belonged to her mother cursing life. Day's past on as Miki was exhausted from traveling along the land of fire's forest starving to point of being half dead. She had reached a lake passing out face first into the water as the young girl sunk three figure's leaped into the lake saving her. Before the child passed out she caught a glimpse of her saviors a woman with two wolfs and a fox like cat that kept the girl warm till they reach the woman's home. It had taken two years for the woman to nurture Miki back to health mentally and physically. At the age of thirteen Miki left with some of her sanity back accompanying the girl on her Journey Kira was given to her due to the bond shared ever since she saved Miki from drowning .The two partners found themself's traveling all over fighting off bandits until they reached their new home kiri.
Miki left Kiri despite the meeting between herself and Spyhers. Upon two or three days outside the village Miki & Kira had been attacked by UHV troops. A fierce battle of staying alive between the two small groups. Miki & Kira successfully took down the last member until the last one leaped forward blowing himself up and blasting the two down a hillside. Miki awoken later with little memory expect her name and images of her mother thanks to the necklace she had. Wounded Miki steadily walked down the road leading to a small village where she remained for a few month to rest. Gaining some knowledge of where places that had been near by. She decide to leave and journey back on the road determined to remember who she was or her past..
Act lll After leaving Kiri for what feels like the third time Miki has been alone isolating herself from others and living off the wild with nature. She lived this way before so going back to it was no problem well somewhat due to a prostatic leg and missing arm. For six months Miki decided to come out of hiding traveling away from her old homes and itching more to the darker side of the nations.

Personality: Haji knows how to keep his head up, push forward and do what he think's right. The way he held himself in the Academy sorta got him popular with the underclasses, not that he was to popular himself, nor a star student. He holds honesty high and does his very best to follow his Nindo. He's never really been one to harm anyone, but this is an inevitability in the life he's to lead. For how good he does his best to act, sometimes he's a bit to reliant on his teachers and friends around him. With that said as well, he can even be super naive and over trusting of people. This has caused him to get angry and aggressive, once he's found out he's been used. Though that is rare for him.

As a young child he had been afflicted with a case of sleep paralysis, it hasn't bothered him for a long time. Ever since then it has caused him great fear to be in a position where he can't move or talk. Early on his parents and he, knew he could use Chakra, so he was sent off to the Academy as soon as he was of age. During his free days and starting before he even started, he learned the ways of the Samurai and has a very basic understanding of their swordplay. His father had taught him as much as he could, it was knowledge from his youth. In the Academy Haji learned the basics of their Jutsu, specializing in it as well as the ability to use two types of Ninjutsu. In classes he was neither incredibly smart nor a dunce, he performed well enough to graduate from the academy. Couple Things: Your ninjutsu count is incorrect, as is your chakra and stamina count. I think since you've been gone you may not have seen but all the classes were updated, as was Uchiha so flame proficiency no longer exists. Also, you should make sure all of the techs you;ve learned are properly linked.

Even tho she was not the center child in Kein's eye's as a little girl she didn't care. She would sneak away from studies to watch him train Koan praising their skill until that fateful day. Loosing the only parent she had left crushed her trust towards adults and promises they couldn't keep. Miki continued on with her studies trying her best to catch up with Koan before they grew further apart She was just always three steps ahead passing all expeditions. She failed twice but passed on the third attempt upon her eleventh birthday. Wishing to spread this news with her Miki desperately searched the village, Returning home at one point she was meet with a Anbu carrying a blood stained headband. With no word tear's rained down taking the headband she ran out of the village taking nothing other than the band and a pendant which belonged to her mother cursing life. Day's past on as Miki was exhausted from traveling along the land of fire's forest starving to point of being half dead. She had reached a lake passing out face first into the water as the young girl sunk three figure's leaped into the lake saving her. Before the child passed out she caught a glimpse of her saviors a woman with two wolfs and a fox like cat that kept the girl warm till they reach the woman's home. It had taken two years for the woman to nurture Miki back to health mentally and physically. At the age of thirteen Miki left with some of her sanity back accompanying the girl on her Journey Kira was given to her due to the bond shared ever since she saved Miki from drowning .The two partners found themself's traveling all over fighting off bandits until they reached their new home kiri.
Miki left Kiri despite the meeting between herself and Spyhers. Upon two or three days outside the village Miki & Kira had been attacked by UHV troops. A fierce battle of staying alive between the two small groups. Miki & Kira successfully took down the last member until the last one leaped forward blowing himself up and blasting the two down a hillside. Miki awoken later with little memory expect her name and images of her mother thanks to the necklace she had. Wounded Miki steadily walked down the road leading to a small village where she remained for a few month to rest. Gaining some knowledge of where places that had been near by. She decide to leave and journey back on the road determined to remember who she was or her past..

Type: Bloodline Element: Yukiton -- Snow Description: The user will first finish a long sequence of handseals. Afterward, The user's eyes will glow white as they summon upon a great and furious snowstorm that can obstruct any army and keep them struggling for a long time. The size of the snowstorm can encompass an entire village and parts of the land outside of its walls. The storm itself makes for poor visibility, whipping winds, extreme temperatures and hazards normally associated with the arctic. Can not do this jutsu alone as it leaves the caster open for any attack while they gather the chakra needed and perform the seals; unless the enemy is not so smart and lets you get away with it. Each chakra particle is like its own chakra structure and can be independent from the other particles. But it won’t do much good alone.
Effects of being outside in this storm will lead to hypothermia in no more than 5 posts without sufficient protective clothing. Katon users can risk their body to extend this timeframe by five posts. Those with protective clothing have 15 posts before hypothermia sets in, which can be modified with various things at the users discretion. Being inside and out of the hazardous element means they just feel cold.
Effects of hypothermia
Mild -- starts to sink in while the time frame for warmth dwindles.
Symptoms of mild hypothermia may be vague with sympathetic nervous system excitation (shivering, hypertension, tachycardia, tachypnea, and vasoconstriction). These are all physiological responses to preserve heat. Cold diuresis, mental confusion, as well as hepatic dysfunction may also be present. Hyperglycemia may be present, as glucose consumption by cells and insulin secretion both decrease, and tissue sensitivity to insulin may be blunted. Sympathetic activation also releases glucose from the liver. In many cases, however, especially in alcoholic patients, hypoglycemia appears to be a more common presentation. Hypoglycemia is also found in many hypothermic patients because hypothermia often is a result of hypoglycemia.
Moderate -- starts after Mild sets in.
Low body temperature results in shivering becoming more violent. Muscle mis-coordination becomes apparent. Movements are slow and labored, accompanied by a stumbling pace and mild confusion, although the victim may appear alert. Surface blood vessels contract further as the body focuses its remaining resources on keeping the vital organs warm. The victim becomes pale. Lips, ears, fingers and toes may become blue.
Severe -- 3 posts after Moderate
As the temperature decreases further physiological systems falter and heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure all decreases. This results in an expected HR in the 30s with a temperature of 28 °C (82 °F).
Difficulty in speaking, sluggish thinking, and amnesia start to appear; inability to use hands and stumbling is also usually present. Cellular metabolic processes shut down. Below 30 °C (86 °F), the exposed skin becomes blue and puffy, muscle coordination becomes very poor, walking becomes almost impossible, and the person exhibits incoherent/irrational behavior including terminal burrowing or even a stupor. Pulse and respiration rates decrease significantly, but fast heart rates (ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation) can occur. Major organs fail. Clinical death occurs. Because of decreased cellular activity in stage 3 hypothermia, the body will actually take longer to undergo brain death.
Duration: 40 posts of the user or when the host decides to turn it off.
Type: Bloodline Jutsu Element: Snow Description: By using all 9 of their [ Hatsuyuki ] (Meaning the user has to use up all three of his activations beforehand) The user is able to produce a replica like clone of any person or beast appearence and size. (So long as the user has seen it.) Able to cause actual damage, its snowy built makes it good for absorbing a lot of damage. They possess shadow clone like intelligence.

Type: Fuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user after years of sensing the emotions that people let out so easily. Discovered a way to not only hide his emotions, but to hide all other info of himself. With a seal carved into his body he can activate it at will. The user will then not give off any info to any sensor no matter who they are. But in return the user cannot use chakra or stamina and this is incapable of fighting on a fair level with this jutsu active. The user must release the jutsu for him to able to use jutsu and then reactivate it again after. Hiding all information must be active for a minimum of 5 posts before it can be broken. It should be in the form of a seal place on the person for it to use, but due to the technique they would unable to discover the seals presence. The second part of the jutsu is basically the same as the first, the user can hide all his info from the enemy. But this way allows him to use Jutsu, because of this a (only)sensors the same rank or higher can see his info after 5 posts of studying. And the jutsu must be active for 5 posts before it can be broken.

Noctis is from the Shinsetsu clan, he was there when they were going to be invaded and heard of how the other clan was completely obliterated. he had known people from that clan. He was mad how they were so suddenly taken away and was glad when his clan made them retreat. He learned from that that nothing good ever comes from showing off everything you got that the strongest keep things to themselves until the time is right. When his clan made the decision to send families out to different parts of the world. He was angry why should they have to leave their homeland. If they were able to hold of the invaders that time they would be able to do it the next time as well. But it wasn't up to him. And his family was sent to the Land of Fire they settled in Konohagakure, but the whole experience had made Noctis a cold person. He didn't really put much trust into anyone thinking that he could be better of by himself but the truth is that if he acted that way no one would get close enough for him to care if they ever disappeared. He became a academy to further himself in attaining more power so he could protect himself and not rely on other ninja or the kage to do it for him.
During his genin years he met many people, most notably Shikatsu Nara and Eclipse Naito Inuzuka. He quickly became friends with them, despite his urge to not rely on anyone. He then unfortunatly met another genin, Reiko Uchiha. He was arrogant, prideful and a a*****e. He hated him with every fiber because of this he wished to surpass even him. He trained hard and soon became a chunnin, surpassing his two friends. But Reiko continued at his level, becoming a chunnin the same time he did. He still kept in touch with Shikatsu and Eclipse, Eclipse more so than Shika. Him and Eclipse went out on a training trip, after it was over they decided to relax at a nearby bathhouse. Lets say things ended up getting heated between the two, basically a one night stand. They never told anyone and kept it a secret. Not like anyone would find out right? Oh by the way, she was engaged to Reiko Uchiha ya remember that a*****e? HIM.
The day of her wedding came, but she never arrived, she ended up giving birth to twins one with blood red eyes and the other blue as the sky. There was something oddly familiar about the kids. At least, about the twin girl, he suddenly came to the realization that they were his.Soon after becoming Jounin, It seemed the fates decided to actually alleviate his problems and Reiko was banished from Konoha for abandoning a mission. He was soon after killed by Kumogakure shinobi. Noctis then told Eclipse that the kids were his and she knew it too. They decided to be together, even though at the moment they didn't truly love each other. It was for the kids, and Noctis over time fell in love with Eclipse and he always loved his kids.
Noctis soon gained an apprentice, Jae Ketsueki. They didn't really mesh well together, she was a tripolar crazy chick. And he was a calm cold and collected type of person. He thought many things about her were off, he never remembered seeing her in the village. She just appeared, he didn't know the reasons the Hokage paired them together but he guessed it was for the best. They headed to Yukigakure, were Noctis committed what he thinks was one of the worst things in his life. He followed Jae after she had run off and discovered her secret. She wasn't native of Konoha, but then again neither was he. He revealed to her what he had done that seemed to be one of the definitive moments were a crack between them appeared.
The chunnin exams rolled around and he participated along with Jae, though after his match he was called away by Anbu. He was named Hokage, the leader of a village. For the first few days he was in shock. He couldn't believe he had to take care of this entire village. He didn't believe he had it in him, he was always a solitary kind of person. The previous Hokage approached him and said."Being Hokage doesn't mean being the strongest, smartest, or fastest. You just have to accept everyone in this village as your family and protect them as you would them." Those words resounded through his mind. His family? This village was his family? From that day on he was determined to protect everyone with everything he had. Jae returned to Konoha after the exams to the surprise of him sitting in the Hokage's chair. It seemed a the crack mended itself a little during each others absence.
One night, he found Jae drinking alone and she asked him a question."What do you think of Jae?" He was surprised by this. For one she wasn't loud or angry she just spoke normally. So he left, no one knew except a few who were sealed from disclosing personal details about him. He wouldn't be able to fake his death on his own. Time passed and he thought about his family. He heard news that his wife Eclipse had died, on a mission they said. But he knew the truth. She was assasinated, he thought that leaving them would keep them safer. He began to hate the UHV even more. There was no longer any atrocity he would not commit to further his own goals. And soon, the world would know of those acts. His body had gone through many changes since then, his hair had changed from a nice dark blue to a variation of purple. And his eyes, which used to shine like a great blue ocean now glowed with a yellowish hue. He let his hair grow out long, it went all they way down his backside and further. He was a completely different man now. After going through with the curse mark procedure, his physical appearance had changed. It would be fairly difficult to match him with what he looked like before.
