History: Zula has always been in love with the mountains. She will say that the thinner air makes her think more clearly when in reality, she just likes looking out at the world below her in wonder. She has dreamed of dwelling amongst the heights but more than that..she wants to belong somewhere with all her being. Zula was abandoned along with her siblings the moment they were weaned, their mother never looking back. One by one, her siblings fell victim to starvation, predators, or the elements till Zula was truly alone. How she survived is a mystery that Zula will not talk about. Since then, she has searched for a place to belong and a family to call her own.

History: Isit was a very shy and timid cub, preferring to hide behind her more outgoing twin thus earning her the nickname Shadow. The twins were never apart, Safi always defending his frightened sister, acting as both her guardian and keeper.

This might have set the tone for their life if not for a nearly fatal accident one late summer day. Isit had become separated from her family and more important from Safi. Calling out in fear, her panic drew a member of the demon pride. The cruel youngster tore into Isit. Her screams of pain and fear quickly called to Safi who came to defend his twin. It very nearly cost the brave boy his life. When the demoness grew tired of tormenting the cubs, she left them for dead. Isit managed to drag Safi back to their father.

From that day forward Isit swore he would never have to defend her again, that SHE would be his protector and keeper. She also swore, never again would she led a predator to her family. From that day on, Isit never spoke another word. She turned herself into a ruthless warrior in the name of her family. Few that have crossed her clan have lived to tell the tale.

In the name of protection, Isit often traveled with her twin when he goes roaming for a female. It was on one such sujorn that the twins met the enticing and mischievous Lulu. Both fell hard and fast for the gold eyed beauty, and for the first time in their lives, they found themselves at odds with one another. However the Gods must have liked them as with a laugh and a playful glance Lulu laid claim to both!

The startled but happy twins returned to their family with their gypsy queen beside them. Such things tend to fade though and like the wild wind Safi left once more, only without his shadow as she had stepped up to head the family with Lulu at her side.

When their home pride disbanded, Zhak chose to travel with his parents for awhile. Once it became clear his mother was with cub again, Zhak decided to stay on to help his father care for their growing family.

On one such trip, she came across the twins Safi and his quiet shadow Isit. She fell hard and fast for the pair of them. Rather than split them up, Lulu decided to keep the pair of them for her own and returned to their clan with them.

When Safi later decided to leave their mating, Lu was disappointed but not surprised. Still, she had the love of her Shadow all to herself then and she would never part from her dark beauty.
