No sooner had the Golett been sent packing did another come to take its place, glowing eyes only holding indifference as the Automaton peered at the four living creature above ground. Its eyes zeroed in on the paper lantern Huey was holding and took a step forward, though it only managed that single step before Sarabi sent a pitch-black energy at its back. That was more than enough to subdue the Golett, and just like its brethren before it the pokemon was forced to retreat.

Sarabi shook herself out after another successful defeat, practically elated at all the practice she was getting in. It'd been a while since she'd last battled, and although the pokemon appearing weren't necessarily a threat to her, or any of the others really, this was a good time as any to stretch her legs and hone in on a few of her moves; if she kept it she could start doing tricks with some of her moves! As an added bonus all the pokemon she was encountering were ghosts, had Huey planned for that? He certainly was a smart little human for doing that.

Sarabi had only just cleared the air of yet another Golett when another appeared to take its place, its familiar, stiff figure falling in Sarabi's line of sight. As the Flurry darted forward, energy building around her flickering form, she couldn't help but wonder if this was the extent of Huey's little toy, only able to call forth a limited pool of pokemon. Of course she didn't mind this, especially since the pokemon were still ghost types, but if that was the case, well then that'd be a shame. Of course, this potentially disappointing conclusion wasn't enough to dissuade Sarabi from her battle. She did have a job to complete, after all.

Deciding to take a break Sarabi sat back on her haunches, puffing out slowly before she laid herself down onto the cool cave floor. Although grateful for the lower temperature she'd gone and run around too much and was in desperate need to cool herself off. She kept her body as still as possible, hoping that inactivity would be the cure she needed, though perked her ears up when from nearby another ghost began to materialize. It was a new pokemon, thankfully, but Sarabi's ears fell back when she noticed the fire that flickered healthily atop the Litwick's head. She hissed in displeasure and then swiped the air in front of her, sending out another Dark Pulse to take care of the haunted candle.

Taking note of Sarabi's exhausted state Huey couldn't help but to frown, his eyebrows furrowing with worry. He pushed himself off the ground and made his way over to her, the paper lantern swinging gently in the air. "Hey Beep, could you take over for a bit?" he asked, eyes shifting towards yet another Litwick as it appeared. Beep saluted his trainer, already eager to battle, and as he bounded towards the newest guest Huey turned his attention to his other pokemon. "Yuki, would you mind lending your power to Sarabi?" Holding back from making a face Yuki nodded before approaching the two, waving her hand up into the air lazily to summon a small snow storm to fall around Sarabi.

While Yuki acted as a personal AC Beep was frolicking about the cave, easily dispatching the second, and now third, Litwick that had been summoned by the paper lantern. It was rather impressive, at least to Beep, that just lighting one little paper thingy could make all these ghost types appear from thin air. How far were these pokemon traveling, and did being in a cave have an effect on how many pokemon appeared? These were a few questions that bounced around in Beep's mind as he danced about the cave, though he quickly began to think about Cloud. Wouldn't the little one like this sort of thing? He'd have to try and communicate to Huey to let him out.

Before Beep could get around to asking Huey to send out Cloud, he had to take the time to get rid of yet another Litwick. It wasn't anything too difficult, a single shot knocked the candle flat. Afterwards the Ampharos toddled back over to Huey, shooing away a few snow flurries in the process. "Pharos!" he tried to communicate, his cry only earning him a confused look from his trainer. "What's wrong, Beep? Are you hurt?" Immediately Huey reached back into his bag to pull out a potion, only to be stopped by Beep himself. "He wants you to let out Cloud. He thinks he'd enjoy this place," Sarabi translated, lazily waving her tail back and forth. "Oh, really?" Huey looked around and then nodded slowly, reaching back to pull out the Togepi's pokeball and release him. "Well alright then. Try not to get into too much trouble, you two."

Almost immediately after being released Cloud began to run about, deciding to give himself the chance to absorb his surroundings as he went instead of taking it in all at once. Seeing the shiny Togepi run off to press his face against one of the stones, only to instantly jerk his face away with a jolting titter, Huey turned his head back to Beep. "Do you want me to help you with him?" Beep shook his head with a laugh of his own, saluted Huey, and then wandered off to interact with Cloud, taking care of another ghost he came across on his way over.

Chuckling sheepishly Beep rubbed the back of is head and then puffed out his chest, giving himself a mental pep talk. This was just one of the many duties of a superhero, protecting the innocent and keeping them safe! Beep was panting, just a tad, by the time he met Cloud on the other side of the cave, though he did his best to play it off and leaned causally against the cavern wall. "How are you liking the place so far, Cloud?" he inquired, sucking in a deep breath afterwards to try and refill his lungs. Clasping his little stubs together Cloud spun around on one foot to face Beep, a grin on his face. "It's really pretty! Have you touched these floaty stones? They're all electrified!" Just to show his point the Togepi hopped over to slap the nearest stone, jumping up at the soft electric current that ran through him.

"That was amazing!" he cheered, though a moment later he began to jump up and down and point in a new direction. "Look! There's another one, and it looks like a tree!"

Even after taking care of the, admittedly, odd looking ghost Beep still looked out at the last spot it'd been in, not quite capable of comprehending what he'd fought. Cloud had been right, that pokemon had looked exactly like a tree, which was... odd. He'd never seen that before, which made it.. pretty cool. Thankfully that wouldn't be the last he saw of the haunted tree, as another popped up, and then another, and another, until suddenly Beep found a miniature forest approaching him.
