She was perhaps not cut out for this forest travel.. and all that seemed to be out here was the typical mouse and bird.. well that and a girl with an oddly masculine scent........ she probably just had a boyfriend or brother or something. Sakiko pointed at the sun and the shadows on the ground. "You can figure out your position on the map and which way you are facing using this. You can even figure out the time if you measure." Now that she thought about it she had an idea as to why bulbasaur had some difficulty before and had him come out and walk with them. As they entered a small opening she looked for a tree to show off a little with, she could actually find their exact location on the map but it didn't really matter anymore, "I see an old man and I think a building up ahead.. this must be cherrygrove." Bulbasaur stuck close and tried its best to keep up in all the brush and rocks having been in a lab or a pokeball for a while. Most likely this one didn't come from a mountain or anything. It might not have even been at professor oaks lab long enough to spend much time in the nature preserve nearby.
They quickly approached as Bulbasaur regained its bearings and could begin to easily keep up. Bulbasaur stared a bit at Yukie curious about something interesting it could see from its vantage point then back at sakiko wondering if she thought it was strange or if she was even aware... emotion_awesome

It might be looking up her dress. Rushing a hand over his dress to protect himself he gave the tiny thing a dirty look. "Are you looking up my dress!? Mis Ito get your Bulbasaur." Yukie commanded stepping back and reposition the skirt at his legs making sure it wasn't turned up or something that might have provoked the pokemons perverted oggaling.
Zo in his other arm giggled at the whole thing. Yukie hushed her quick enough before giving her a dirty look as well. He would have liked nothing better to have just changed cloths back at the old oak but the chance hadn't presented itself before Ito showed up. Once they were in Cherrygrove he knew of a few stores he could snag a few outfit and if they he could get home he had his male attire there. He wanted to retrieve them before to long other wise he feared Litzy might come looking for him, and with company. "Hay Mis Ito. when we get into Cherrygrove can we make a pit stop please ?"

While he was sitting and waiting Giovanni decided to pull out his Pokedex and open up the Daycare feature he accidentally discovered. He felt like his Skarmory had been there long enough and based off the update report they gave he agreed. It was abit different not being able to train his Pokemon himself but it showed that these Daycare people knew what they were doing. Suddenly the train pulled up onto the tracks and Giovanni stood proudly ready board it and get on with getting to Hoenn

Giovanni checked his bag real quick just so he could make sure he haf all his items and Pokemon. He in two quick strides jumped onto the train and was ready to go. His Lucario on the other hand took the six steps and made his way next to his Trainer. On the train there was about six other people but none of them looked like they were very big trainers or even traind at all.

"Um...uh...""Do you need me to help?" Takumi was making little noises of concentration trying to imitate Jun. "No I've...got...it...gah. Okay fine." He huffed and gave up, holding his arms out to the side for Jun.

He started wrapping the rope from the boy's shoulder to the hip, creating a sling for the eggs much like his own. "There you go," he said as he tied it off at the back.
Brings back memories of practice, he thought to himself. He'd tied his mentor's protector many times. They had sparred all the time, in order to strengthen his hand to hand before moving on to the sword. Those times had been... had been... "Ah..." Jun's eyes glazed over. The memory slid away as he tried to remember more until he couldn't even remember what he had been thinking about. He felt as if he had been remembering something nostalgic.
Takumi was getting way too excited about Jun getting so close to tie everything off. He was both relieved and disappointed when he felt the older boy's hands fall away. But when he turned around Jun seemed like he was on another planet. "Jun? Hello? You're not fantasizing about me naked again are you?" he joked, waving a hand in front of his face, "Because that's very inappropriate." Since he and Jun had grown up together, they'd seen each other naked enough times for it not to matter, but Takumi still thought it was hilarious. Mainly because Jun never seemed to be interested in anything but swords and making him look stupid.

I was trying to remember the last time you willingly took a bath. Years, as I recall..." Of course, Jun had been away for years. He ruffled Takumi's hair. It was a bit unusual for Jun, but he'd noticed Takumi liked it (or at least he thought Takumi liked it) so he'd made a habit of it.
- Sebastian stepped back outside of Professor Elm’s lab into New Bark Town, eyes still studying the Pokedex now in hand before finally shifting to observe his surroundings. Great! He was one step closer to achieving his goals. Speaking of which…
Sebastian paused a moment, perking up as he did before quickly reaching down and removing Cyndaquil’s pokeball from his belt. It only made sense to meet one of the pokemon who’d be helping him after all, right? He pressed the button on the front, eyeing the ball as it returned to proper size before pointing down at the ground right in front of him.
”Alright let’s see what we have here…,” He said to himself as the pokemon was released, the Cyndaquil appearing at his feet in the traditional wave of light. The young man couldn’t help but quirk an eyebrow curiously at the sight of the small creature, immediately pointing his pokedex at it for information. ”A fire mouse, huh…?” He remarked, browsing the entry and checking Cyndaquil’s stats and abilities as he did.
Cyndaquil didn’t seem as thrilled about the first meeting though. In fact… it hadn’t really moved at all after being released. The fire mouse pokemon was curled into a ball on the ground, having not moved to even look at Sebastian. In fact, it wasn’t moving at all from what he could tell. There were no flames on its back either, now that he noticed.
Sebastian frowned. This certainly wasn’t what he expected. He knelt down, gaze narrowing in observation. ”Heeellllooo…?” He spoke, receiving no response from the pokemon. The frown grew a little more, a hand reaching out and poking at the pokemon curiously. Well this certainly wasn’t good…

Sebastian continued staring at his pokemon, trying to figure out what to do. Suddenly there was a slight movement. The Cyndaquil wiggled a bit, though remained curled up as a ball. Sebastian blinked and poked it again. Another wiggle. Another poke. Another wiggle. Seriously, what was this? Sebastian gave the Cyndaquil one final poke; he didn’t really have all day to be poking it.
All the poking seemed enough though. Finally the Cyndaquil uncurled, sitting up partially before rubbing at his eyes and yawning loudly. His snout twitched once, then twice before finally seeming to look at Sebastian with a look that said he’d just disturbed a great nap as well as ask who exactly who this strange man was.
Sebastian stared at the Cyndaquil a moment. Well… it was awake now right? He smiled, tilting his head to the side as he studied his newly gained pokemon a moment.
”Well hello there, good to see you’re awake.” The friendly attempt at a greeting was met with nothing but a blank stare. At least, Sebastian thought it was blank. He hadn’t exactly been in a position that allowed him to read pokemon regularly. But he was definitely going to assume it was just a stare.
A stare that went on for several moments. Anyone else probably would’ve been unnerved at the lack of response. Sebastian was just confused. As he recalled, the first time he’d ever claimed a pokemon it had been far more… ecstatic? They were certainly livelier than this-
Flop. Without so much of a word, the Cyndaquil plopped right back into a ball. The young man stared. What? His eyes shifted first to the left, then to the right and then finally back to Cyndaquil, blinking in a mixture of concerned confusion. ”Er…” His brow furrowed together. This certainly wasn’t what he was expecting…

After a minute or two of thinking about the situation and unsuccessful poking, Sebastian had opted to simply pick up Cyndaquil and carry it. It was alive and really that was the most positive point of this whole situation. It was possible it just needed some sort of stimulation to get it going. He couldn’t imagine there was much stimulation to be found sitting inside a pokeball. Of course, he imagined that they got some exercise from time to time before going out to trainers. Right?
He’d considered trying to have a battle, there was grass around the town that was sure to hold a bunch of wild pokemon but further consideration had made him nervous. If Cyndaquil wasn’t exactly awake, then it probably wouldn’t do any attacks… and that meant the battles would end less than favorably.
Sebastian frowned, shifting Cyndaquil in his arms and looking at it a moment. ”This isn’t like a habit or anything is it?” He spoke, receiving no response. Sebastian just looked up, still walking along the route as he thought out loud. ”I’m sure there’s… something we can do to get you awake.” He quirked an eyebrow. ”Maybe we can try your moves out first. That might help, right? ‘Course there’s not really much to tackling things… ‘course you can’t really tackle while asleep.” He frowned. ”I’ve got nothing.” Road blocks were a part of life, but it was hard to deal with them when they involved the only pokemon in your possession being in a near consistent state of sleep. For a moment Sebastian wondered if he had in fact acquired a Cyndaquil or- no, no, no, no. No thinking like that. His pokedex had even confirmed it. He took a breath and gave a sigh; there had to be something he could do. He just needed to think.

- Sebastian turned around curiously, looking in the direction the voice had come from. Only a short distance away walking in his direction was a rather gruff looking man, who looked akin to some sort of wildlife feel to him, as though he’d spent a lot of time outside. Sebastian straightened up, shaking his head.
”No thank you, I’m good.” He responded. The man gave a sort of leery look his way before stopping, first eyeing Sebastian and then the Cyndaquil in his arms. ”Oh? Your talkin’ out loud about problems, but everything is just peachy?”
Sebastian considered the man’s remark a moment before shrugging. ”Ya, pretty much. He’s just not waking up is all. Just trying to figure out a way-”
”I think your Cyndaquil’s got no spark for its fire.” The man interrupted. Sebastian frowned, looking confused at the man’s words. ”What.” The man cocked an eyebrow, arms folding over his chest. ”I think the lil’ guy just needs a kick.” With that he looked away to the rugged satchel at his side, opening it up and digging inside before producing a disk-like device.
”Here. To help it find its flame.” He stated, holding it out in offering to Sebastian.

- Sebastian eyed the disk a moment, recognizing it as a TM. Weird. He hadn’t expected to have the option to use any of those things so early in his career. Or least of all have one randomly offered to him. ”Okay… sure.” What was the harm right? It was just a TM. The man smiled, a gleam in his eyes as Sebastian took the disk from him.
”Here you go. Teach it this, and I’m sure it’ll get a nice wake up call.”
”A TM?” Sebastian shifted Cyndaquil a moment, freeing a hand and taking the disk device from the man. He looked it over curiously a moment. ”This might actually work.” He considered a moment. Yes, it just might help. If anything, what could it hurt to teach it to him. Of course that depended on what it was…
”Well thank you sir, I appreciate thi-” Sebastian began, stopping in mid-sentence as he looked back up to where the man had previously been, only to see empty space. He stared blankly a moment. Where’d the guy go? He stared for a moment longer before just looking back at the TM and placing it in his bag. Maybe he would hold off a moment before teaching Cyndaquil a TM from someone who couldn’t bother to wait for a thank you.

- A little while after the interaction with the man, Cyndaquil had briefly woken up. He still seemed confused about who exactly Sebastian was as well, though didn’t seemed to terribly phased by the new face. Sebastian took what precious moments there were to actually greet the Cyndaquil, letting it know who he was and what they’d be doing and how it was nice to get this moment to talk, was this sleeping thing permanent?
By then though Cyndaquil, who had seemed actually mildly interested in all the talking had flopped back down and back into a ball, returning to sleep. Sebastian was beginning to get the feeling that this was something he’d have to get use too. That was fine. For now it seemed worth it to get moving to next place. After visiting a local shop, he got himself a map to get an idea of where he should head next. Cherrygrove City seemed the next best stop.
"Alright then, let's get going." Sebastian remarked, opting to return Cyndaquil to his ball for now before heading off down the route to Cherrygrove City.

Yukie wasn't really concerned with the time of day or any of that none sense but it was useful knowledge all the same. He knew very little for self survival which was why he always tended to stick in towns or make camp long before night fall.
