When he finally reached Camphier, Ace was out of breath. He'd rushed something fierce to get to the small town, heading straight to the Pokemon Center to heal up his companions. Handing over Sidra and Derosa's balls, Ace found himself a seat on one of the many couches in the Center's main lobby. Amarantha waited calmly on his shoulder, enjoying a quick spritz of potion.
A few minutes passed before Nurse Joy returned with Sidra and Derosa's balls, a smile over her face. "Your Pokemon are fully healed. Take care." She stated, waving a hand gently towards the summoned Sidra and Derosa. Ace leaned back, looking them over himself. Sidra must not of liked him touching her... head accessories, as she suddenly darted off towards the doorway, only to somehow manged to get stuck in the automatic doors. Wiggling as much as she could, her tail side-swiped a wild Swirlix, that had wondered into the Pokemon center. A burst of light erupted from the sheep, forcing Ace to his feet. When finally a passing trainer stepped up to the doors, they opened and allowed the newly evolved Sidra to fall back to her butt.

Ace was quiet astonished by this sudden evolution and the manner in which it happened it made the male chuckle out loud. Holding up a hand to 'wipe' away his laughter, the male knelled down beside Sidra to aid the small sheep back to her hind legs. She stood wobbly for a moment, hugging Ace's arm as she grew used to standing on only two legs. As a Mareep she had no problem balancing, but now... she could barely stand unless she was holding onto something. The entire way to the Connecting cave, Sidra held onto Ace's bag, doing her best to manage with his pace. She was however, getting used to walking on two legs, so as they continued it was getting fairly more easy.

The trek out of the city took an irritatingly long time considering he'd never taken it before, but after asking directions a few times, Jacque was able to make it onto the route leading to Camphrier Town. They encountered a few wild pokemon shortly after leaving the city, but they seemed incredibly weak. Maybe he'd come back and catch some at some point, but... he just wasn't entirely willing when he might be able to find the pokemon at a slightly stronger state somewhere else. Strength wasn't that big to him, especially if they were going to be a staple of his team, but if he was going to be catching them for the pokedex, he didn't want to keep them forever when they might rather leave after evolving, and the longer that took, the longer they'd be, well... captive, essentially.

Given it made no difference, Jacque closed his eyes as he walked. Mary Lee toddled along beside him with Jesse on her back, and Heracross lead the way-- though JD had since ceased holding onto the pokemon. Reaching a hand up to adjust his hat, Jay leaned forward, heading uphill in the direction he'd been directed. There was apparently a cave or something further along, that he could take to try and get to Geosenge... The distance wasn't that far, it would probably take a bit, but... he hoped that the pokemon would be stronger in that area. He really didn't want to spend all his time battling lower level pokemon.

After a bit of walking, Jacque decided to return Heracross. The pokemon was full of spunk and happily marching along, but he wasn't 100% confident of his ability to focus. As he was returning him, Mime Jr popped out, shaking her head, and happily bounding over. "Maary-- Oh." She stopped skipping as she saw the Numel, with Jesse already on her back. Mary Lee craned her neck around and back to glance over at the pokemon. "Hi Mimey!" she greeted, and this time Jay could hear the translation through Mime Jr's telepathy. The fairy-psychic pokemon seemed to pout a moment over losing her ride, but hurried along so they could catch up with Jay, who was blindly making his way towards the cave, listening, and now clicking his tongue a bit to use echolocation to make his way. He wanted Zoey to be able to continue resting, for now.

Shenaiya finally got to the town and turned. Not finding Rose behind her... She was curious because she was sure the red head had been right behind her. But the fact that she wasn't was a little worrying but she was sure that Rose was probably just searching for Fynx or Marx. With a sigh, Naiya made her way to the pokemon center to feed her pokemon because she knew at least one hungry beast who was probably hungry already. She let out her pokemon and got them some food before sitting and looking out the window. Hoping to spot one of her two friends. But she wasn't sure if they would be able to find their own way out of the city. All those people even. She sighed as she looked back over to watch Serenity eat her food and the others nibble a little because they weren't hungry. Serenity was always hungry though... Stretching a bit as she walked, Naiya pulled out her flute and started messing with some notes as she walked. Xena started humming a bit with the flute, and this made her smile. She may actually get that team she had always dreamt of. One that she could go through battles musically. And not have to worry if her pokemon would understand. They seemed to be starting to understand. At least Fae and Xena did. She was very glad for that. Her dreams may yet come true. Unknown to Naiya, the Misdreavus was a little put off by the leaving of the other two. She wanted to know what was going on between the three. Any hope of enjoying the trip with his friends was pretty much long gone. Marx didn't know that Shenaiya had actually managed to, rather quickly, move along, but unfortunately he wouldn't have spotted her, either. He was too busy zig zagging his way across paths, around the nearby greenery, and, once they reached Camphrier, around buildings. Sableye seemed to be fully relishing being a ghost, using his phasing to dodge and duck away from Marx, going through walls, knocking over trash cans, and wreaking havoc for his trainer. And, unfortunately, many of the native inhabitants of the city.

Apologizing frantically as he ran, Marx quickly fled the (several) angry individuals Sableye left in his wake. The ghost-dark pokemon was having too much fun. Luckily, by now, it had finally occurred to Marx that he needed to return Sableye, not catch him. Of course, the moron hadn't caught onto that the first several times the pokemon phased through him, but... at least he caught on eventually. Sadly, though, that didn't... 100% fix the problem. Sableye was still... exceptionally skilled at dodging.

Sebastian needed to buy himself roller skates. There were no if, ands or buts about it. The route along the way to Camphrier Town was apparently loaded with numerous hills with roller skaters displaying their skills left and right. The amount of times he stopped and just stared to watch them was too numerous to count. It looked like a ton of fun really.
Of course, Sebastian wasn’t really a master of roller skates. He’d certainly been on them a few times, but probably not enough to warrant trying any of the stunts these roller skaters were trying. But heck, that didn’t mean he couldn’t try! Somehow Spade and Blackjack seemed to sense their trainer’s enthusiasm to try the stunts going on before his eyes, each exchanging than amused glances. Well, at least Sebastian didn’t have any of those skate things…

Luck always found a way. So did misfortune. So which one was it that presented Sebastian with the opportunity to get his own roller skates and probably put himself in unreasonable danger? It depended who you asked; it was hard to say.
As Sebastian was watching another group of young skaters show off their skills, a voice chimed from behind him. ”Hey there! You seem pretty interested; you skate?” The voice inquired. Sebastian turned to look at the young man in a bright orange helmet and pads standing behind him, blinking and looking between him and the others. "Oh, no. No I don’t." The young man gave a disappointed from. ”Oh? Why not? You look like you could handle some wheels.” Sebastian gave a half-smile. Well that certainly sounded like a compliment if any. "I’d love to give it a try; I’ve rollerbladed a bit before. But I don’t have any blades of my own."
”Really? Well that’s just a shame.” The young man put his hands on his hips, eyeing Sebastian up a moment. ”A skater without wheels is like a Fletchinder without its feathers!”"Uh … huh…" Sebastian responded, trying not to sound completely lost. Judging by the name Fletchinder was an evolution of Fletchling. That was just a guess though.

Suddenly he perked up and snapped his fingers. ”I’ve got it!” He raised a finger up, an enormous grin crossing his face. ”I always keep a spare set of wheels with me just in case. If you can beat me in a battle, I’ll give them to you! How does that sound?” Sebastian looked surprised. "Really?"”Sure! Why not? But like I said, only if you beat me. I’m gonna make you work for your blades!”
A grin took over Sebastian’s face. That sounded like a deal to him! A little training and an chance at his own set of roller skates. Who could ask for more? The only ones who didn’t seem to share his enthusiasm grimaced, the two dog-like pokemon once again exchanging looks that seemed to suggest disaster was imminent.

The young man continued to grin and nodded, rolling backwards a bit on his skates to distance himself from Sebastian as he retrieved his first pokeball. ”Alright, awesome! That’s a tough one…,” The young man remarked has he returned his fainted pokemon, the grin dimming just a bit as he pulled out another pokeball. ”This one might not hold up to long… but lets give it a go anyways!” Sebastian didn’t recognize the Deerling as it was brought to the field, having to pull his pokedex out to get an idea. He gave a half smile, head tilting a bit as his tone was sort of apologetic. "Alright Naps, just go with Ember this time." It was such a cute little pokemon too, he’d have felt bad just straight up crisping it.
