Yes, for all intents and purposes, I'm considering Samurai the same as Cavalier, Ninja the same as Rogue, and Antipaladin the same as Paladin.

That depends entirely on what it is. If it's from Pathfinder, at least I have the benefit of finding it in the SRD, but otherwise I have to take your word for it. Also, I have no way of knowing how 3/3.5 stuff may unbalance PF.
