As Andy stood in the living room checking over things wanting everything to be perfect once Desha stepped out of the room. He also got Michael's mental info on Desha from Dancer about the love mark and that made Andy smile as his brother and Dancer just gave him the idea of what he could give Desha to show him that he wasn't going to go any where and wanted to be at his side always. Andy stood still facing Desha as he steps out of the room, leaving Andy a bit stunned a moment as he looked his lover over, from what he was wearing to his wonderful braided hair, he looked amazing making this surprise even more perfect and as he turned around hand gave him his one and only smile for Desha as the sofas were moved to the side and a small two seat table stood next to the fire place as it glowed with warm flames, a white knitted table cloth covered the table with a few rose petals, as a small vase with about five small red roses sat in the middle of the table, on each side was a meal covered with a metal lid and warm candles lit the room as the lights were dim and soft music played in the background. A few vases of red roses were around the room with the candles making the whole room fill with there sweet scent. Andy softly walks up to Desha as he had the rose he handed him earlier in his hands and softly placed it in Desha's braid at the top of his head and gives him a warm smile, "What do you think?" Andy says warmly as he watches Desha's expression.

His eyes went wide as he looked at the totally romantic setting for a wonderful dinner for two, the roses a touch something he would never have considered to be as sweet a touch as they actually were, the soft candle light and music only making it even more perfect. He turned to try to say something just as Andy tucked the rose into one of his braids and could only show his shock as he looked at him. In the end, he couldn't say anything so he simply kissed him, acutely aware that no one had ever done anything this romantic for him. How could he come up with actual words to describe his feelings right now? It was simply impossible. So the kiss was the best he could do.

Andy smiled in the kiss as he wrapped a arm around Desha kissing him sweetly back, holding back his desires some more saving them for later as he then softly breaks the kiss giving him playful look, "Wonderful" he says happily understanding how much he loved this from his kiss and softly walks Desha over to the table for two, pulling his chair out for him and then pushing it in lightly once he sat. "I will admit I didn't cook any of this, I can cook but not as great as my dear niece so I left it up to her, the meal is going to be a surprise to me as it will for you" Andy says warmly as he then lightly removes the metal covers over there dishes showing him the wonderful meal Rebecca cooked for them, goes to set the covers on a cart off to the side that had goodies for them to treat themselves with after the meal also with bottles of wine. One bottle was one of the blood wines for Andy that Rebecca thought would go great with the meal and other wine was for Desha, Andy softly picks up the bottle walking back over and picks Desha's glass up filling it for him and then fills his own glass up with the blood wine, then joins Desha sitting in his seat with a warm smile. "I set this all up for you Desha, to show you what its like to be with me, I'm a sucker for doing romantic things like this and to show that for all you do for others that you need to be appreciated for the wonderful things you do." Andy explains with a warm sweet tone and his wonderful smile as he looks at Desha across the table.

Desha had to use the napkin to wipe at his eyes and took a sip of wine before he could speak, "No one has ever done anything like this for me, Andy..." he said softly then leaned over to give him another tender kiss before he tried to concentrate on the meal. He had to admit that the venison roast was fantastic. It wasn't heavily spiced nor was there a very large portion of it, instead being just enough and spiced perfectly with plenty of vegetables. The wine went perfectly with it as well. But every time he saw the roses or Andy or the rose petals scattered around, he got a bit teary-eyed and felt completely overwhelmed that Andy had gone though the trouble to do this for him. That lead him to wondering about what he could do for Andy that would compare to this. Unfortunately, he kept coming up empty...

Andy gives Desha a sweet kiss back and smiles warmly at him as they enjoy there meal together, Andy couldn't help see Desha tear up a bit every time he looked around at the romantic things he did for him. "Well I hope you get use to this then Desha, because I am going to enjoy doing this a lot for you." Andy says warmly. Andy enjoyed this meal with his new love very much and never felt happier then this moment right now and he hasn't even got to the best part of the surprise just yet, but he will in do time. "My Rebecca dose know her way of making the perfect meals for such great times like these." Andy says sweetly giving a warm smile. Once they were done with there meal, Andy softly stands to take Desha's hand and lead him over to the couch to get comfy as he went over to the cart grabbing the platter of treats and joins Desha snuggling against him as he set the tray on his lap. There was chocolate strawberries, raspberries, and many other fun little sweet treat snacks they could enjoy feeding each other with.

Desha agreed with him about the meal readily then found himself surprised yet again when he was lead to the couch and a tray of absolutely sinful delights was placed in his lap, all fully intended to act as aphrodisiacs, if he wasn't mistaken. It was a good thing he wasn't adverse to being seduced or this would have been very awkward. Instead he simply smiled and enjoyed the moments that followed as they fed each other the treats with the occasional teasing kiss or touch. That, of course, lead Desha's thoughts down a very different path and had him wondering where the rest of the evening would take them. As Andy fed him a particularly delicious chocolate covered strawberry, he had to give a soft chuckle, "I do believe you're trying to seduce me, Andy... If so, it's working..." he told him honestly then offered the last dark chocolate raspberry to him, shivering when his fingers were nibbled in the process.

Andy smirks from Desha's words and after he fed him the last raspberry, Andy leaned in kissing Desha deeply as he moved the Raspberry into Deshas mouth and continue the kiss a little longer at the chocolate melted on both there tongues then softly breaks the kiss and smiles at Desha with a playful smirk. "Good to know my plan is working" Andy says playfully, he then softly wraps his arms around Desha pulling him into his lap and cuddles him. "Desha I wanted to ask you something, more like give you if you want to accept it if you wish too. I want to give you my Lovers Mark... I have never met anyone like you and I have been searching so long for the right one and the moment I laid eyes on you I just knew. I Love you Desha and I want to spend the rest of my life at your side and ill gladly accept your mark as well if you wish to give it to me if not I fine with it either way. I just want you to know how much you mean to me" Andy says in a sweet warm loving tone and a shy but sweet smile on his face as he pours out his heart to Desha looking him in the eyes.

Desha thought he was prepared for anything but he was so very wrong. He sat up in Andy's lap to look into his eyes to make sure he was serious about that. Then he ran a hand through his hair nervously, his eyes wide with shock. "Of all the things you could have asked me, Andy, I was not expecting that one. Of course I'll wear your Mark, proudly for the rest of my life. But in asking for mine you should know what it will mean... You'd never die... You'd watch Michael and Rebecca die eventually, unable to join them... I already have to face the fact that I will eventually watch my son die as an old man some day... But you should know what it means to share that much of my life with me... "I'm not immortal by a happy accident... I did something very bad once when I was a younger man, bad enough that I was cursed to live for eternity paying for it. Unlike others who wind up still human but immortal, I don't have an out clause. It sounds wonderful until you realize just how many friends I have to watch age and die. And yes, even vampires will eventually age. "If you accept my mark in return, you have to understand what that will mean..." he told him softly but honestly, not realizing that he was actually shaking from shock and nervousness. He knew that if Andy was going to back away, this would be what did the trick...

Andy feels Desha shaking as he was really nervous, Andy kept a warm sweet smile on his face though as he listened to Desha, and one he was done speaking Andy pulled him in a sweet calming kiss, softly rubbing Desha's back to relax him. Once Desha was clam enough he looks him right in the eyes. "I know Desha, Michael found this out from your son and then Michael informed me. I had thought it over all day and I know for sure that I would want nothing more then spend my days with you till the world ends. I know I would out live my family, but at least I still will have you always and you will have me always, we will never loose each other and will always be there for each other no matter what. You don't disserve to spend your life alone and I want to be the one to spend it with you if you will have me?" Andy says speaking calming and soothing with a confident smile on his lips, putting a soft hand on Desha's cheek softly stroking it to show him he was serious.

Dear gods, how could he answer that coherently? How could he give an adequate answer? In truth, there was very little he could say. He leaned in and wrapped his arms around him, burying his face in his neck for a quiet moment, simply holding him, "Then you can have me, Andy... For eternity and beyond..." he whispered softly then pulled back enough to give him a kiss full of the passion and love he was feeling in this moment. He moved his hands into Andy's hair as they kissed, one or two tears of pure joy escaping his eyes in the process. But he simply couldn't help it. He'd finally found someone who actually wanted him for himself, actually wanted eternity with him...

As Desha wrapped his arms around Andy and hid his face in his neck, Andy held him close and soothing tight to him letting him take a moment, then as Andy heard those words and felt Deshas wonderful lips on his in a passionate kiss, Andy too started to tear up a little with joy as he knows he was making the right choice and he would never regret it. Andy continued the passionate kiss for awhile and not being able to help himself any more he moves his arms under Desha lifting him up as he stands carrying him to the bed and lays him down as he climbed on top of him, still kissing him deeply and passionately as he dose this.

After that, clothes were tossed around the room without care as they set to loving each other. At the appropriate moment, they gave each other their Mating Mark at the same time then found themselves overwhelmed with pleasure. They cuddled each other for a bit then reached for each other again for a slower loving that time. Then Desha fell asleep in Andy's arms, feeling truly loved for the first time in his very long life. He knew Andy now had full access to his thoughts and emotions, to his past and how long he'd lived. He'd been alive long before the civilization was even a thought, living with a desert nomadic people that finally migrated to live in the Americas. Andy even had access to how he felt about healing others, that it was a compulsion that was actually hard for him to fight. Desha could truly not bear to see anyone in pain without doing anything to help them. But he also had a loving and kind heart that had come to encompass so many people as dear friends here, which made his loneliness that much harder to bear over the years. And now, with Andy in his life, that loneliness was gone and was filled with a love that couldn't be denied and would never fade.

Andy enjoyed every second showing how much he loved Desha and when they gave each other there marks Andy was overwhelmed with things and feelings, It was amazing being connected to Desha and he will happily enjoy it the rest of his not long living life. Andy couldn't be any happier as he held Desha in his arms, softly combing his fingers through his loose hair now, smiling warmly as he felt so much closer to him now. Andy then softly closed his eyes drifting into a soft sleep.

When Desha woke up at sunset, he stayed still for a long moment, simply enjoying Andy holding him. But he wanted to do something and eased himself from Andy's arms long enough to get something from a chest against the wall then returned to the bed. He snuggled into Andy's arms again and placed a light kiss on his lips then on his chest over his heart, knowing it wouldn't take long for his lover to wake up. "I want to give you something, Andy... It's a tradition among my people to exchange gifts when they mate or marry. Usually something made themselves. I made these long ago when I was still hoping to find someone. I thought Mao would wear it but knew it wasn't right for him," he said softly as Andy opened those love eyes to smile at him. He gave a soft blush as he showed Andy the two hair ornaments, intricately and delicately made with feathers and crystals, that were meant to be wrapped around a braid in the hair. There was one for each of them, both matching the other. "I know it's probably not your style to wear such a thing..." he said nervously as he looked at them, knowing that while they were simply made if they both wore them it would show the world that they were mated even if their marks couldn't be seen.

Andy smiles as he starts to stir awake feeling Desha's kisses on him, he softly listens to his loves words as he wakes up more and then softly opens his eyes seeing what he has for him. Andy smiles more softly taking one of them in his hands as he looks it over, "It's beautiful Desha, I love it. Thank you" Andy says warmly as he gives him a sweet kiss and looks at the item some more. Andy then sits up a bit more in the bed, Andy had semi long hair but it looked like the hair piece might work still, He smiles as he holds it up for Desha, "Care to put it in my hair for me?" Andy asked warmly. As Desha put it in his hair Andy was thinking something over yesterday as he was setting up the surprise for Desha, "We should do the spell breaking for Rebecca and Valick soon. I feel like I should do something special for my niece because if it wasn't for her standing up for herself and coming here, I would have never met you Desha." Andy says softly.
