You get a candy apple but your teeth get stuck in it and once you finally bite into it the apple has a worm living in it and all the girls around you are totally grossed out by it and run screaming from you and its now impossible for you to get a date!

Granted, but the manicurist used a new type of polish that wasn't yet proven safe for humans, and your hands and feet fall off. gonk
