Comments: I painted this the other day and forgot the time spent. Acrylic on canvas. Beach scene with seagulls. I didn't use a specific ref aside from beach scenes in general. One of these days I need to spend more time on a beach painting and take time to actually paint more of that wave texture in. And sand. I need to spend time painting all the dips in the sand... and.. well, everything
Anyway, I'm just getting Day 60 art posted so that I have a spot to write an update.
I have been keeping up with the event art; I just canβt post the rest tonight. Need to sleep. Well, I'm technically behind on today's art. I was gonna draw this morning for once, but I held off in case the SC instructions got edited in. (It wasn't) Today is day 64 of the event. (And now day 65 as I post this, ha)
I've been spending a lot of my spare time (that I'd otherwise use for Gaia) on a large painting. Not gonna post it. And by the end of each day, I just don't wanna have to start my laptop back up and sit down just to post. XD
Soooo I'll find time to post the event art.. eventually⦠in the next few days..
Edit; coincidentally, I am looking into what setup / devices I want that would make it easier to post from my iPad. Itβs such a shame that I hate posting from my ipad so much. XD
Iβm looking into that independently of this event, but it just dawned on me that itβll solve this problem too.
Iβd still miss my browser extensions (Gaia upgrade and better Gaia) so that will prob still be a dealbreaker

All the same ongoing story but I've been repeating it since I don't expect people to read every single post. Or possibly even read this. But anyway, I've been working on an ongoing art project that's taking up a lot of my time. I've been too exhausted at the end of the day and don't feel like thinking. So I've been relying on a pokemon crutch to do some of that work for me... but I've still been putting in some thought while drawing. XD;
Anyway, my project will be done.. soon. And then I can focus on fixing my art setup. I hopefully shouldn't hate posting from my iPad as much and won't have any excuse not to post. And sure, I know I could be posting to the discord daily but... it's ghost mode and they don't care to have proof that I've been drawing daily.
