Hmm... It looks like one user's already snagged nearly every number there is... Isn't that kinda...?
Hmm...
Oh well. May as well try. I'm horrible at jokes though... It's been spoilered so you don't get the urge to kill me immediately for your... convenience? >__<
A Filipino and an American ride an elevator going down. Two floors down, the doors open and they see another Filipino.
Filipino 2: "Bababa ba?" Filipino 1: "Bababa."
The elevator doors close without the other Filipino getting on. Then the American turns and asks:
"... Did you just have a conversation?"
The number I'm gonna go with is 36. Another user already picked it, but what the hey, I guess. >__<
I pick 45 I'm not usually very funny but I guess I could do an old fashioned yo mama joke... Yo mama so stupid, she went to the dentist...to get a bluetooth!
q: What's the difference between a baby and a candy bar? a: About 500 calories.

You weren't technically the first to guess 42 but the other user and i need to have a talk. ANYWAYS YAAAY YEAH IT'S 42. TRIAL ONE HAS ENDED. I'LL PM YOU AND YOU CAN CHOSE YOUR PRIZE.
Okay the first is either Tangerine Florida or Argentine Florida, and the both exist so question
second is equator temp pearl, that's all I could get out of those letters, google brought up islands and graphs when I went to see if it was actual thing, unless they were meant to be separate
last one is hurricane rotiferans? like the hurricane makes sense but rotiferans are microorganisms
I spent like twenty minutes writing those letters down in different combinations and then googling to see if they were real

I'm not sure if the word scrambles are phrases, but I've got:
1) Argentine Florida 2) Equator temp pearl 3) Hurricane rotiferans
If they're a phrase it doesn't really make sense, but as words alone they do. sweatdrop
Welp. Here's my shot at the second trial... (I'm probably posting too late though. DX)
EDITED TO RENEW MY ANSWER:
tangerine florida
equator temp pearl (Despite the new hint, I couldn't form a coherent phrase. The closest I could think up is "a temporal equator", but it lacks letters...)
raunchier rotiferans (Edit also because of the new hint: hurricane rotiferans)
