Koru led the way to the cafe. She was glad he was okay with it since it was still unknown to him, hopefully there was something there he could enjoy. She noticed that he was walking closer to her than before. No matter what there was no way she was going to lose him. Besides being personally worried if she did she would have no way to explain to the school about losing someone...She re-focused on the cafe's storefront just up the street now. She pointed and turned to Ray,”There it is! See it's not too far away,” Then she picked up her speed and skipped to the tables and planted her hands on one as if to claim it for themselves. Cyndaquil jumped down from her shoulder and took a seat on the table and Koru took a chair, but removed her backpack and rested it on the back of the chair. She scooted in and pulled out one of the menus leaning against the parasol pole of the table. She pointed out to Ray before looking at the menu,"This place is great the waiter usually comes from in there after a while." Cyndaquil peeked at the menu and Koru took a look as well. She immediately spotted the kebabs and knew that she didn't need to look any further. She closed the menu and smiled at Cyndaquil,"We're gonna get those tastey kebabs from before; that alright with you Cyndaquil?" Cyndaquil nodded excitedly,"Cynda!" She petted his head and leaned on the table relaxed,"He really likes the sweet pineapple they come with. Well I do too. It's a match made heaven." She mused to Ray about the future meal.
After a couple of minutes a waiter emerged from inside the cafe and approached their table. As he greeted them and asked for their orders Koru went first,"I'll have the spicy chicken pineapple kebabs and some green tea. Oh and if's okay I would like some extra pineapple for my Cyndaquil please." Cyndaquil was delighted to hear her ask for extra, just for him to have. He blushed and clapped his nubs together cheerfully. Koru covered her mouth and giggled watching him. For such a timid pokemon he sure got happy at times. She always imagined him overcoming that timidness when he evolved, but maybe it was being at the school around the students and new pokemon that was improving him. It was amazing in her eyes. She stopped and put the menu away to where it was before and let Ray order whatever he had chosen. After the waiter left Koru leaned back in her chair and a sudden silence loomed over them.
Just a while ago she was planning to say so much, but now that she had the chance she wasn't entirely of what to say to him. She didn't want to come right out and ask 'What's been bothering you.' She twiddled her fingers in her lap unsure. Something finally came to mind to break this silence. She looked to him and Rey and asked,”If it's okay to ask you um-Why'd you come to Ordell?” Before he answered she immediately added,”I'm sorry that made it sound like you didn't derve it or anything- I mean like what plans do you have? I hope to become fire type specialist like my dad.” She added again with no skip inbetween,”I've heard what some of the other students want to do- but I don't think I've heard anything from you...” She finally stopped talking and gave him his space to answer. It donned on her that maybe this was a wrong question as well. She didn't mind talking about her dream, she was up front and, by her sister's words, 'Bold and always up in front'- Ray wasn't like this. He was reserved and shy, and maybe he didn't even have a dream and her words would going to hurt him. A chill went up her spine thinking this.

Ray hoped Koru didn't think that he was invading her personal space, after all that wasn't what he wanted to do at all. He had just wanted to make sure that he didn't get lost in this sea of people. After all, who liked being alone in an unknown area? It was really scary just thinking about it, he'd just rather not think of anything of the sort. When Koru pointed it out, and told him where it was he was a bit relieved. At least when they got there they wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. It was the that Koru picked up her speed, and Ray was rather surprised by this. He tried to match her speed, but he was slow. Sure he had stamina and could run for a long time, however, he was in no way really fast. Again he was relieved when they eventually stopped, and entered into the cafe. At least now they could just sit down and relax a bit, that and they wouldn't have to worry about getting lost either. Koru eagerly snatched up a table, before getting comfortable with Cyndaquil. He followed suit, and sat down slowly as Rey landed with ease onto the empty seat to Rays right. He nestled up to it, getting comfortable and looked over towards him as Koru had stated that this place had a great waiter and usually came quickly.
So he waited, and in the meantime looked at the menu that was in front of them. Again Ray didn't have much of an appetite, so he was planning to just order some green tea. Green tea was his favorite after all, however, Rey pointed towards a certain item and Ray blinked. It seemed that Rey wanted a croissant, something that Rina would usually always order on the side for her meals. He looked at him, about to say no, but then again Rey was Rina's partner originally so therefore he should be able to eat her favorite food. So when the waiter did finally come around, Ray waited for Koru to finish ordering before he ordered a croissant sandwich and a green tea. He looked up at the waiter "just a croissant sandwich and a green tea..." he said softly, before the waiter nodded and took the menu from him. He didn't say anything, but he wasn't planning to eat anything. The food he ordered was for Rey, not him. Rey knew this and looked at his partner concerned laced in his eyes, he thought Ray was going to order something as well. However, he only got himself a tea. If only he could speak, and ask someone to help his friend. How could he do that though?
Rey decided against causing a scene, besides when Koru saw that Ray was not eating a meal she'd put two and two together eventually right? It was then that Koru explained that cyndaquil loved sweet pineapple. It made Ray wonder if Rey would like that, then again he may not after all he was a different pokemon type. After waiting a while, Ray noticed the there seemed to be a sort of awkward silence between the two of them. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to say, after all it wasn't like he knew what to talk about. However, it seemed that Koru had some idea to keep the conversation going. However, when she asked why he came to Ordell he immediately turned pale. He wasn't expecting her to ask that question, in fact he wasn't sure how he was going to answer. Then she rambled on about how she hadn't meant for it to sound like he didn't deserve it or anything, and asked what plans he had. He took a quick breath, that was it. He was at his limit. He had been trying so hard this whole time to keep it locked in and to not let anyone see him in this condition.
However, like any jar if you add water to it once it's completely full and you add even more to it, it'll overflow. Right now, his emotions were at their max. He knew Koru meant well, that she was only tying to understand him and be a good friend. He bit his lip, frustrated with himself. He couldn't take it, he couldn't take all the questions being thrown at him. It was like one punch after another in all the wrong places, and Ray just wasn't that mentally or emotionally strong yet.
He stood up rather abruptly, even surprised at himself. He felt like the room was getting smaller and smaller, and it felt like it was really hard to even breath. Rey jumped alarmed, as he flew around his partner in a rather frantic way. Tears spilled out of his eyes, and Ray didn't want them to fall. He didn't want Koru to see him like this, this wasn't happening right? He ran. He wasn't conscious of the fact his feet started to move away from the cafe, he hadn't really registered his actions until he was out the door. It seemed like a quick 'I'm sorry' was the only thing that flew out of his mouth before he was gone. He didn't even bother to grab his things, let alone bother to see if Rey was still with him. He just ran and ran and ran. He pushed passed people, running to god knows where, until eventually he was out of sight. Rey swooped after Ray, and fly up into the air. He didn't know if koru was following, after all she must be shocked right now. So he flew up high, Ray never leaving his sight. He made sure he followed closely so that he didn't get lost.

He left because he was an the brink of breaking down and he didn't want Koru to know about it. So he ran off, but I was thinking that maybe she could find him at the town square and try to cheer him up? I'm sorry I ruined everything, I was just so into writing his character that I only just realized how I messed things up emotion_facepalm))

Koru's worries may have been right. After she had asked him about his goals and reasons for being at Ordell she could clearly see he was tensing up, and his face went as pale as a ghost. This caused her to tense up. She was hesitant to speak or even ask if he was okay. She thought they were having such a nice time too, she had a small tinge that she'd mess it up somehow. She stiffened as he took a breath, prepared to hear his words, but nothing came out. He didn't say anything. She was becoming more and more confused. She finally decided to take initiative and say something,”Ray...are -!,” He surprised her as he stood up. She fell to the back of her chair from the surprise and looked at him with wide eyes-he was crying. As he stood there she could see large tears spilling from his eyes. His actions made it seem like he was hiding them, but Koru could see them as clear as day. She partially stood out of her seat and tried to reach for his hand on the table,"Ray wha-what's wrong?" Like a whisper she heard "I'm sorry" and like that he was running off. She completely shot up from her seat and stood at the side of the table. This sudden movement surprised Cyndaquil and caused him to jump back. Koru shouted with her hands cupped around her mouth,"Ray wait! Come back!" She knew of of course he wasn't going to listen. Looking at him he didn't seem to be aware of anything at the moment. She cringed and her whole body began to shake. What should she do? Where would he go? He doesn't know this place he could get lost or even worse hurt himself. She was feeling scared. She hadn't felt this scared since that time in the forest. Thinking about it froze her entire self and her lower lip trembled. A soft touch on her hand brought her back, it was Cyndaquil looking at her worried for her. Koru looked at him the same way then realized she could let this happen again. She furrowed her brow and scooped Cyndaquil up and he went on to her shoulder. She then snatched up Ray's bag he had left then started running from the cafe towards the direction Ray went off to. Rey was following him so if she spooted him then maybe she would find him too, but again she might not. While running she reached into her pocket and released Fletchling from his pokeball. It spread out it's wings and glided in the air. Koru commanded,"Fletchling follow Rey!" She pointed in the desired direction and Fletchling did as she said and flew up into the air"Ling!" it chirped. Koru then kept her eyes on the horizon of the street and shifted to the sky to watch for Fletching. This whole mess was her fault, she shouldn't had pushed him, she needed to help him somehow, no she wanted to,"RAY!" Exit to Town Square

Tera features brightened at the thought of an entire garden full of flowers in the town. It reminded her of place near her hometown. "Ohhh that sounds so pretty!" She took a mental note to visit Floaroma town sometime along her future journey. "What they researched?" She began as she started to stretch her arms. "My parents both research areas where Pokemon live and stuff like that. Sometimes, when it wasn't dangerous, they'd let me tag along." She smiled, reminiscing about the days that she'd check out the mountainous areas with her father.
[[After a while of walking in the streets of the Lamia district]]
"Hmmm... What was it called again?" She asked as she tilted her head left to right as she tried to piece the town map in her head. She hadn't been in town for a while, so her memory was foggy as to where it was. Sure, she had a decent ballpark range of its location, but certainly not the exact address. The sun was soon to set which made her realized how long she and Marcus had been wandering around. Her Pokemon seemed to be getting hungrier and hungrier by the minute. "I'm real sorry Marcus, I swear it was right 'round here somewhere." She felt bad leading him the wrong way for the second time today. That just didn't sit well with her. 'Dinner's on me today!' She thought, determined to find the cafe more than ever now. Little did she know that they were a lot closer than she thought.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the street were a young waiter with silver hair and a slightly older looking waitress cleaning up the tables outside of the cafe. The female's movements slowed down, grabbing the male's attention. "Hmm what's wrong?" The woman pointed the broom she was holding at the a pink-haired girl and a brunette boy walking across the street. "Those kids over there in the Ordell uniforms have been walking in circles for a while... They seem lost." The male squinted his eyes at first only to widened them when he had laid them on the girl. "TERA!?" What was she doing here of all places!? He fished for his phone in his pockets to contact very woman who had suggested he start working at this cafe. Just so happens that that woman was Tera's mother... When calls didn't go through he went to text. All he got for a reply in return was a 'Do me a favor and watch over her 'kay? (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧' and 'Do your best~ ヾﾉ≧∀≦)o♡' The man couldn't help but face palm at this point. 'That damn woman got me again...'
Tera's ears perked at the sounds of a very familiar voice calling her name. Eyes darted to where she thought she heard it coming from which coincidentally lead her to the place that she and Marcus were looking for. "Ehhhhh!? Tito(Uncle) Jin!?" What was he doing here!? She then turned to Marcus while pointing at the silver-haired male. "He's supposed to be in Verdanturf!" She told him as if he would know what was going on. "Ahh Cafe Salvatore! That's what it was called! We're here!" Noticing that her uncle was at the cafe they were looking for, she started walking in its direction, but not before waiting for Marcus.
Upon noticing that the girl had probably heard him, the waiter fled to the inside of the cafe. When she had gotten to the cafe's entrance the man was already inside. She wanted to talk to him, but she had to feel herself, her Pokemon and her friend first. "Table for four please!" She said to the waitress who was now alone in the front and looked rather irked, taking into account the space the group might be taking. The woman quickly gave the children a place to seat themselves and told them to wait a moment. When she came back she dragged the man who had gone in to make him take their orders.

"It's pretty cool" he said when Tera seemed to like the idea of Floaroma He listened intently when the girl explained that they researched pokemon habitats. He had thought that was amazing! Marcu's mother (and most of her family including one of his grandparents) were Rangers so Marcus had always had an interest in pokemon and their environment. He had always thought of researchers as people in labs, so while he loved to learn he had never really been captivated by the idea of it. Being stuck in a lab just didn't sound like fun. Again he thought of Evelyn and how she seemed really interested in pokemon facts. He wondered if she was interested in Research, and if so what kind. We should have her come along with us next time, the boy thought, and maybe Ava and Ray too. That was if Tera didn't mind, but the friendly girl didn't really seemed to be bothered by anything...or anyone for that matter. But Tera's parents apparently did a lot of work outside. They looked for pokemon and places the "That's awesome, I always thought research was like books and labs...do they go to like different terrains and stuff?" Talking about pokemon and their habitats always managed to make Marcus more enthused and into the conversation. He was really interested in that kind of research and wanted to learned more about it "what kinda habitats do they look at? I bet tagging along's really cool. So he hardly noticed that they had been wandering around the town square for most of the evening. "It's fine" he said when she apologized yet again "you're fine" He was surprised when Tera yelled out 'Tito Jin', raising an eyebrow questioningly when Tera exclaimed the man should be in Vendartuf. Was that were the waiter lived? And how did Tera know him? "He should? What's in Vendanturf?" The man apparently worked at the very cafe they were looking for, which was a very fortunate coincidence. Was he taking them to the surprise? Marcus looked around...he had never been to the cafe. not even when he arrived in school. He had gone shopping for some food to see him through the semester (since his dad had explained he'd give him a small monthly allowance while he was in school) then had gone straight to his dorm. It was homey, he decided and the colors were nice. He wondered if anyone from the school frequented it..it seemed reasonable since it was so close to the school. Looking around however, he didn't really see any uniforms or any adults he recognized. He supposed since they were into their second week everyone else had gotten loads of homework, a fate he and Tera had both luckily been spared. "I've kinda never been here" he confessed to Tera looking around for a menu and ordering an iced tea (though not before asking what their selection was) when the waiter asked for a drink. "Sorry..my grandparents kinda work at the herb shop in Eterna..I kinda have a thing for tea" he said apologizing to both Tera and the waiter "but yeah, I've never been here...do you know what's good here?" He wasn't sure what to order but maybe Tera could help him out.
After ordering his food with help from the waiter, who Marcus found out was Tera's uncle. The conversation had resumed. Marcus had showed Tera a picture of Floaroma and the girl had become even more enthusiastic about seeing it. "Maybe you could see it for vacation" he had said "if you do you should totes give me a call. I'm right by it" Their food had arrived (Marcus wasn't sure what his was but Teras uncle had recommended it) having walked around for a while they had dug into their food, eventually slowing down. After dinner and more conversation they Marcus bid Tito Jin goodbye and headed back to school
It took much less time than Faye imagined to reach the quaint little Café. Still, it was a far cry from what Faye was accustomed to. It was no five star restaurant, but as the Heiress had come to realise over the last few weeks, beggars couldn't be choosers. So she walked towards the cobblestone terrace and waited at the wooden podium for the serving staff to seat her and her friends. A young, smiling waitress approached and picked up three plastic menus before asking politely, "Welcome to Café Salvatore ladies. Table for three?" Faye mealy nodded and the girls were led to an empty table near the edge. A bright umbrella blocked out some of the light.
Taking her seat, Faye accepted the menu from the waitress. "Something to drink to start with girls?" Faye pondered the question for a moment before she answered, "Iced Tea for me." The waitress smiled, taking the drink orders of Ava and Tera before walking off to fill them. Faye flipped open the menu, glancing over the choices with some distaste. Appetisers, sandwiches, main courses...all of them looked far to low class for her normal tastes. But she read through the small descriptions, none the less and made a choice of what to get.
Putting the menu aside, Faye looked at her companions. She knew Ava a bit, having talked with the short brunette in their Technology Class, but Tera was still somewhat of a mystery. What better way to gather more information then a lunch chat, "Well...aside from knowing that you're game for getting into trouble Tera, I don't really know much about you. Where are you from? I'm from Olivine Town and Ava bounced around a lot. What brought you way out to the middle of freaking nowhere to this school?" At her feet, her Eevee found a sunny patch of cement and curled up, making sure to stay out of the way of human feet.
Shortly after, the waitress returned, setting down the ordered drinks and asking if they were ready to order. Faye handed the menu back to the server and primly sat back on the cheap chair before answering, "I'll have the Seasame Tuna Roll with a side of garlic toast." The waitress nodded, writing down the order while taking Ava and Faye's order as well. "Excellent choices Ladies. You all look like students from the Academy. Could I trouble you for a glance at your ID's on your Pokegear just to confirm? Every student gets one free meal when they visit any restaurants in Amphirite City, but I just need to double check." Faye sniffed in response, but did pull out her red equipment to show her identification status. The waitress glanced over the info before nodding and moving off. Faye looked over at her two friends, immersing herself in friendly conversation.

Much to Ava's surprise, the cafe was a lot closer to them than she had thought it would be. Honestly, she didn't pay too much attention during the walk towards the store they ended up trashing together. She really just knew the general direction she walked in. If worst came to worst, she could always just look up where she was or ask for directions in another store. Ava wasn't as concerned as she probably should've been. The cafe was an adorable little place, as aesthetically pleasing on the outside as the food on the inside was good. Or, so Ava felt. Any place that looked this good would more than likely have good food. She was led to a table in the ever fading sunlight, something Ava paid zero attention to.
She smiled as she began to peruse the menu. As Faye ordered herself an iced tea, Ava gave her choice. "Could I get a lemonade, please?" The nod from the waitress confirmed it. Once the drink orders were in from the three, Ava looked over the menu some more. So many pages of delicious food, but Ava went straight for the page dedicated to sandwiches of all sorts. Faye began to ask Tera about where she was from, questions Ava didn't really think about all too often. "Yeah, I was born in Laverre Town in Kalos, but I live in Mistralton City in Unova right now. Where are you from?" She saved the winding lecture on the places she's been for another night. Ava didn't exactly expect the quip about the school being in the middle of nowhere, however. Then again, she didn't really expect a lot of the things Faye said. Ava loved being here, but maybe Faye didn't have the same regards, despite the extra days they had to be here.
The waitress returned pretty soon with three drinks on her tray. Ava took her lemonade and had a small sip. Delicious! "I'll have the BLT."With a smile on her face, she handed the menu back to the waitress. Once all of the orders were taken, the woman began asking for identification from Ordell. Ava complied, pulling her school ID out and showing it to the woman, who seemed to accept it, as she asked no questions. She moved off and Ava looked to her friends. "So do you guys have any brothers or sisters?" Despite having talked to Faye and Tera a few times, Ava didn't really know too much about them, honestly. They were in Charizard House and that was really it."I have a little brother Charlie. He's back home with my parents, but he might come here in a few years." Her and her brother were pretty close. They argued sometimes, absolutely. But not as often as some people might expect. They had a lot of adventures back home, wherever home was at the time. Now, she was having some here with her Charizard house friends.

Before Tera knew, she, Ava and Faye were in Cafe Salvatore. Once again she forgot to remember any landmarks on the way. It didn't really matter much since it wasn't the fastest way to get to the cafe from the station, to her poor, disoriented memory anyway. Her mind was still on the fact that she was hungry to concentrate on that!
Soon after their entrance, a waitress seated them and gave them each a menu. Looking around, she didn't seem to see her uncle anywhere. Maybe he had today off? She slumped her shoulders a little, saddened by the thought. When they had received the menu, she focused on the it like it life or death. A great task was ahead of her after all. What, one may ask? Well what to eat of course! She couldn't have a proper conversation on an empty stomach and boy was she hungry! "I'd like some ginger ale please!" She told the waitress with a raised hand when it was her turn to order, her eyes still on the menu. Her eyes peeled off of it as soon as she made her decision, hoping that the lady would come back soon before she started hesitating.
While waiting for the waitress was getting their drinks ready, Faye had asked Tera where she was from and what brought her to this school. The pink haired girl let out a giggle before answering. She wasn't familiar with any of the places the girls had mentioned, but the town the Faye was from sure sounded like a tasty place! "I was born and raised in Verdanturf Town of the Hoenn region!" She then paused awkwardly as she remember how she got here, her features showing a little uneasiness. "I was actually tricked by my mother... She told me to come here to pick up my first Pokemon so that could start my journey, but she enrolled me in Ordell..." She quickly followed with an equally awkward laugh, feeling rather foolish by how easily she was tricked. She was happy that she attending the academy now, but even now she still felt hurt being lied to. "How about you guys'?" Trying to change the focus of the conversation, she threw the question back at them.
When the waitress returned, Tera waited for the other two to give their orders first in case she wanted to do a last second change. "Could I have one chicken wrap and one garnache please?" After the female worker had received their orders, Tera's eyes sparkled with delight! How quick was she to change her mood. It was clear that the girl was more than relieved and happy to hear that she'd get one free meal. She joyously pulled out her Pokegear with her I.D. on display when asked.
After the woman had left with their orders on hand, Ava had asked the two if they had any siblings. "Yup yup! I gots a little sister a year younger than me named Ayame! Even though I'm her older sister, she's waaay taller than me, haha!" Then again, she wasn't that tall to begin with so it shouldn't be too out of the ordinary. She didn't know if Aya wanted to become a trainer so she didn't if she'd ever attend the same school. 'It'd be cool if she did!' Tera wanted her sister to experience the fun that she[Tera] had been having!

Faye sipped on her cool drink delicately as she listened to the other two girls talk. Ava mentioned a brother named Charlie and Tera response eagerly with confirmation that she too had a sibling. Faye felt mildly out of place as an only child, but it passed quickly. What would she have done with a brother or sister anyway? Babysit them? Played dress up? Had someone to talk too....someone she could rely on...someone who loved her? Physically shaking the dark thoughts from her head, Faye schooled her features into a relaxed look, hoping that the other two girls hadn't caught the brief look of jealousy and pain flitting across her eyes. Instead, while they waited for their food, Faye smiled at her friends, joining into the conversation, "Verdanturf huh? Don't think I've been there before. Granted, I didn't travel much to either Hoenn or Unova. Still pretty new regions to me."
Still drinking her slightly bitter tea, while enjoying the rich flavor, Faye almost chocked on the mouthful of liquid when Tera confessed to having been tricked into coming to the Academy by her Mother. The situation felt oddly similar to her own, save for the fact that she hadn't been given a choice and had been flat out told that she would attend. Running her finger over the rim of her glass, swiping up moist condensation, Faye quietly replied, "Yah....parents somehow have this thing about thinking that sending their children away is the best possible thing that they can do for them. Never mind asking them what they want or how they feel..." Faye realised that she was giving away more then she really intended too and cleared her throat awkwardly, recomposing herself before answering Tera's question, "I don't have any siblings, I'm the only child of the Rhoades Estate. My Mother is heavily involved in charity work. She's currently petitioning to become the Ambassador of Olivine Town so she can work more closely with the treaties and bills passed in the Johto Region. My Father is a highly skilled tradesman and runs a shipping company that travels all around the world, bringing all kinds of goods far and wide. I'll be expected to take over my parents Estate when I come of age. This stop here at Ordell is just an....inconvenience along the way. I'm sure they'll come to their senses soon enough and I'll be back in Johto soon."
Her boasting of her families prestige and wealth was cut short by the arrival of the waitress bearing a large tray over her shoulder. Smiling brightly, the young lady picked up three white plates and set each order before the girls. Faye looked down at the white rice log sprinkled with sesame seeds. It resembled a Sushi Roll, but only just. She would have much preferred a delightful platter of fresh Sashimi and properly done Sushi Rolls, but this wasn't terrible. The waitress had even brought her a pair of wooden chopsticks. Breaking apart the cheap replicas, she elegantly and expertly wielded the bluntly pointed utensils before grasping her first sliced roll. Popping it in her mouth, she wrinkled her nose. The fish was far from fresh and the tempura wasn't very crunchy, but it was eatable....barely.
Sniffing in distain at the meal, she gave Ava and Tera a few moments to sample their own food before she sipped at the Iced Tea again to cleanse her palate. Knowing that she had little choice but to eat the second class food before her, Faye forced herself to keep eating. After another bite or two, she inquired to the girls again, still eager for conversation, "Certainly not a meal that would tease pour l'tounge, but adequate enough I suppose. So ladies..." Faye seemed to notice the shift in lighting and looked around. The sun was starting to set and night lamps would soon be turning on. The chill in the air was further proof that night time was coming.
Faye smirked devilishly at the realisation, "Look like we might be out after hours. Too bad I don't like to follow all those fuddy-duddy rules the schools puts in place. I was personally responsible for ending classes early in Mercedes Academy on 5 different occasions. One time I managed to convince the Professor of my History Class that his toupee was on sideways and he resigned the next day cause everyone in the class started to call him Moon Head. You girls seem to like a bit of trouble now and then too. Stick with me, and we'll be ruling this place in no time. But anyway...aside from coming here to learn about Pokémon and that junk, what else do you girls hope to do? What do you like to do for fun? Beside trashing cheap retail stores that is..." Faye grinned broadly at her words, not caring or understanding that her attitude came off as selfish or cruel.

Tera apparently had a younger sister too, but that sister was a little older than Charlie was, it seemed."That's really cool! Dad says that Charlie is gonna be taller one day, but I don't think so!" Ava let out a small laugh. Even for boys his age, her brother was a little on the short side. Her dad would try to tell him how he shot up in height when he was 15, but it isn't something either of them believe too much. Nevertheless, Charlie hopes to be taller, even if a little bit. Tera and her sister were from Verdanturf in Hoenn. Faye hadn't been before, and neither had Ava. Not for a moment did she realize the pain on Faye's face.
She sipped on her lemonade some more as Tera confessed to being forced to come to the academy. Was this as common as it seemed to be? Not wanting to come here and being forced to anyhow? Ava had been excited about this since her acceptance came in! It was all she could think about. But it wasn't the case with Faye or Tera. Odd. Faye went more into how she was an only child, as well as what her parents did, as well as her plans to return to Johto. They sounded pretty impressive, more so than just owning a dock.
Before Ava could interject with her story, the food came! A scrumptious looking BLT sandwich was set down in front of her. "Thanks!" she said, quick to dive into the food. So. Good. Ava liked her choice a lot, though Faye didn't seem to be much for hers. Adequate, she said. But some other words threw Ava off. "Wait... what do you mean, poor lungs?" Tentative, Ava looked down at Faye's sesame roll. She knew it was sushi, but she also knew that they put some weird stuff in there sometimes. She could believe they would put a lung in there... But why would you eat it!?
As Faye pointed out the time, Ava looked to the skies. Sure enough, the sun was setting and the street lamps were beginning to turn on. They weren't supposed to be out here, but there was a thrill to it that Ava couldn't ignore. Judging by Faye's teacher story, it wasn't something she could simply ignore either. "Well, I like exploring and climbing trees and stuff. I would want to explore the school area. Maybe there will be something cool in the woods or in one of the rooms." It was like her to dream of something cool going on in secret. Secret doorways leading to hidden passages or weird things. It was something cool to daydream about at least. She continued eating her sandwich as she looked to Tera for her thoughts on the matter.

Hisaki sat back, watched the dancing with as much interest as watching paint dry. Every so often he'd take off a shoe and naw on the side of his bare foot then slip it back on. He honestly couldn't understand the reason or purpose of this event. Hell the Museum of fossils and how things used to be sounded a hell of a lot more fun than couples dancing. He herd some kids responses, he just kept to himself and envied the clouds. Lucky nothus clouds. Not having to suffer like he has to.
Once it was over-thank the creator of all things- Hisaki got up and left for the cafe for his one free meal. Didn't know what he was having but it wasn't turkey. God help him if there was turkey. After some time he sat down at a empty table, kicking his legs in the air like a small infant would do. As he grabbed a menu and looked at it and frowned a little at the choices. When a waiter, he ordered sushi just to play it safe and for his beverage he chose orange juice.
As the waiter turned in his order he placed his hands together and rested them on his stomach as he watched the sky. At least he didn't have to wear that stuffy school uniform. For now, he would enjoy this small taste of freedom while it lasted. Sitting up he pulled out his Pokedex and took a photo of himself in front of the building and sent the image to his friends and family, wishing them all good luck and told them he found the place... Somewhat stuffier than he'd thought. Then he proceeded to set it down and wait for reply's and his food.

ffffff↬Following Ava, Phoebe moved quickly to keep up with her. The last thing she wanted was to get lost. "So have you been there before or just seen it passing by," she asked her friend as they walked, keeping up with her. If she's eaten there before, she planned to ask her what was good on the menu. Phoebe wanted to try so many things, especially food. She wondered if they'd happen to have any special dishes just for the festival. She hoped they did. It would be amazing to try dishes that fit into the culture presented to them.
It didn't take too long for the girls to arrive at the cafe. Phoebe pointed to a window table and led Ava there. Taking a seat, she smiled as she looked out at the street. It was so busy and colorful, the sight was a lot to take in. "Hey Ava," she started, "what do you think of the festival so far? I really like it! Its so different from anything I've ever experienced." Ava was from the city, so maybe she had been to something like this before. A part of Phoebe hoped she hadn't though. Then the two could bond over the excitement of something new and strange.
