Sakiko journeyed into the woods almost immediately encountering a level 2 spearow... It hopped out of a bush and stared... "Bulbasaur, lets try this" She released bulbasaur who looked ready to go until it saw the spearow dancing about... "Arent we going to battle it? This is your first time maybe? Try tackling it!" Bulbasaur looking excited just randomly charged and failed so hard. It tripped over a rock and got pecked a lot in a taunting manner as it struggled to get up, not from tiredness or anything, just the weight of the shame. "eh.. be serious.. we can do this.. probably"

The two pokemon seemed to be having some strange competition.. bulbasaur and the spearow wrestled and chased each other around. It seemed they were both kindof inexperienced. The spearow laughed a bit it seemed.

After a short break after chasing the swift spearow around a bit deeper into the forest it stopped to fight them getting tired of seeing them try.

Sakiko gave her command, this time immediately and with some advice "Bulbasaur use tackle, remember that he will go up if he tries to evade you" Bulbasaur charged in to indeed tackle putting more force into it to go higher as spearow tried to dodge and counter.

With a bit of extra effort and an assertive command Sakiko won the first battle of this new trip. It was strange handling such low level pokemon as a trainer rather than an instructor or scientist. She would need to research what kind of things pokemon respond best to. As such she would need more samples. She tossed a pokeball at spearow thinking it best to get a good variety not that she'd have any trouble finding that in a place like these woods.. the pokeball seemed to be one of the newer models but it wasn't confirming the catch yet, she'd just have to watch. She also began to realize how deeply they had chased this thing.. though she was planning to come here anyways. As long as she made good time she would be able to avoid being out there if it rained or something. The map had mentioned some sort of checkpoint halfway at the base of the mountains anyways and then a town after that.

╔═══════════════════════════════════════════════╗ After the boat made land and Zorua had VERY reluctantly agreed to allowed the Abra to pick her up the trio made for an escape from the boats storage compartments vie another teleportation. Yukie was only now waking back up. The bruise and cut on his forehead were healing but they would need to take a brake some place close by in order to allow Chansey the time she needed to tend to his head and make sure he was going to be ok before ether taking him to a hospital or allowing him to keep going.
Landing some where off in a forest Zorua toke on a humanoid form and release Chansey. Explaining what had happened the medically trainer pokemon then wasted no time in seeing too his wound. It would be another few minutes before yukie would wake back up to find a bandage wrapped around his forehead and forearm. His head was ponding and he felt like he'd been run over by a mack truck and left for dead.
He was laid out atop his bed roll under a large oak tree. Zorua unable to further hold her illusion form had reverted back to normal. "Feeling any better Yukie ?" Yukie didn't answer. He was much to angry to want to say anything to her knowing he would take his temper out of her if he did. So with a clinched fist and a snarled face he nodded his head to say yes.
Though the Chansey helped him she remained unwilling to let him up slapping him anytime he attempted it. So here he lay for another almost hour before he started to hear something.

Nearby someone was catching a Spearow, the bright red light from the successful pokemon capture could be seen for some ways away in the forest. Something equally interesting was the strange pink thing moving around somewhere near where the town met the forest. Yukie gave her a dirty look but ignored the comment looking about as he stood. Yeah it was a forest that much was clear. Straightening his dress back out he found it had blood stained on the neck trim and dirt all over his butt and legs. "Damn it this was my favorite dress!" He huffed annoyed again. He toke very good care of his things and made an effort not to ruin them or let them get dirty like this. His shoes weren't any better and he didn't have a change of cloth with him so this was what he was going to have to make due with for a while. He felt dirty and wanted a bath as he felt his skin crawl a little. "Zo, How long was i out ?" "No more then a few hours. We toke the boat back but didn't catch what town we landed at." Said the tiny pokemon as he picked her up to cradled her in his arms like a child. He could hear as something seemed to be getting closer but he assumed it was a wild pokemon curios of what was going on. He noted the Abra resting against the tree now. "An abra ? Whats it doing here ?" He questioned. "It helped us. Says its from those people you work for." Zo squeaked softly enjoying a little TLC as Yukie scratched behind her ears. So he was being watched after all. "Well then, guess i should catch it for next time i need a quest escape." He smirked. An Abra's Teleportation ability could literally save him from another beating. The memory's, though blurred, of Sonoko and the festival flooded back to him. "She let me go?" It was more of a comment then a question. "Seems so, Who was she any way yukie?" [n]"My only regret." he responded softly. "Shes the person i hurt that i wish i hadn't." "Oh, well then your even now." Yukie looked back to the pokemon snuggling into his chest. "How so?" "You hurt her and she hurt you. An eye for an eye." "Leaves the whole world blind" He said solemnly. "Only if you seek revenge ..." he retorked.
Yukie didn't have a response so he didn't. Instead and shifted through his bag seeking a poke'abll to catch the Abra with still holding Zo in his arms. He then replace Torchic, Treecko and Mudkip with Meowth, the damned bug that got him into this and the Abra.

A lavender haired girl in the woods sent her catch to Bills PC and approached holding her pad up to try and identify chancy. She didn't get a good shot but luckily porygon Z was able to match it using its database cross-referencing skills it would always use to cheat on some puzzle games.
The pokedex gave a lot of info on this one since they were so well known to be seen at the pokemon centers. It wasn't so strange to see one in town but here in the middle of the woods meant there was likely a trainer or someone in need of help. Hurrying over to check and see if there was any civic duty she could perform while examining chansey she happened upon what seemed to be a mix of both. A bandaged trainer who had a chancey.. or maybe it just didn't have its hat on? Either way, seeing someone else in the forest was somewhat reassuring. "Are you a new bark local?" She would ask remembering that she had heard someone talking to someone. She'd heard of talking pokemon before but considering that he was bandaged it was best to not assume the unlikely and ask the obvious "Is everything ok?"

"Iv got this!" Squeaked in Zorua whom without warning blasted the tiny bird with an invisible telepathic attack knocking the bird out of the air. Yukie had no real intentions of catching the bird but gave it an attempt anyways. A spearow would evolve into a powerful Fearow and they could be quite useful for long terms aerial recon missions add to that the pokemon he caught were more for his missions then him needing to like them so thinking practical was more important then thinking which pokemon he liked and didn't like.

A very useful skill for battles.He'd heard Sakiko give hername but didn't have time to think of a proper response to her with the battle taking place so quickly. "Nice to met you mis Ito." Straightening her glasses she had the rattata sent to Bills PC after a moment then watched as Yukie handled catching a pokemon. A bit more simple but nothing like what she had been hoping for. It seemed pokemon battles were a bit simple at this stage and yet she could sense there was a lot to learn. She recalled bulbasaur noting that it had gotten a little stronger "Excellent work, keep it up bulbasaur" She would say in a very deadpan excitement voice. It seemed to smile at her even before she really finished what she was saying, she was certain pokemon could pick up on human language but it seemed this one was fond of attention.. were they all like this? No, Porygon Z was fine without much attention as long as it could get back to playing its computer games endlessly. A little further ahead there was a small maze of trees and small cliffs. She really couldn't imagine herself climbing up such things so much as she could just hopping down, they'd probably have to walk around them to go west. She checked their location and got a vague idea of where they were.. she'd need another pokemon with scan to get the specifics. The temporary one she had before now worked for Silph Co's electrical department as a safety and rescue team pokemon. She added scanning pokemon to her list of things she wanted.

He was only asking to see if he could get her attention away from the damn thing. Looking at her Bulbasuare he figured if he could steal it it be a nice prize but other wise worthless to him and of no value to his group. So ultimately not worth the trouble.
