Don't sweat it, you can still dual-wield shortswords without it using your current build. Your current feats are already going a ways to close the damage gap for using smaller weapons, and Two-Weapon Defense will make up for a lack of shield.

From a min-max point of view. Character/story wise it makes perfect sense. But you don't have MP2 and you're going defender. So I'm sure you'll be fine. xd

he is speaking on the lines of a min-maxer... people who do everything they can to make their character god like... a your fighter does a good job at being a striker, and because you are up close. you are more likely to also be a defender. So you have the best of both worlds. I personally like your character.

So you have the best of both worlds. I personally like your character.

oh, I never do that min-max thing. I like flaws. It makes my character more natural. And I'm almost done with her back story....
