mmmmm....
well, im american. known for our vast amounts of junk food... but it depends on the region.
South- fried anything but specifically chicken and chicken fried steak. North east- sea food, shrimp Midwest- Corn wheat etc. South west- BBQ, and mock mexican foods west- could be anything, not all that sure what. Alaska- Crab... and more crab

In Canada I think the official national food is Poutine.
But really we eat every type of food here.

i used to live in philippines food is probably the lechon pork its pig cooked as a whole except the insides, of course

I'm not exactly sure what the official food in my country is, but I'm a mexican and we eat a lot of tacos and beans biggrin

i am an immigrant from the Philippines
they eat premature duck fetus in the shell and it's called BALUT!

Jamaica: Ackee and Saltfish. You can have it with rice or dumplings, yam and banana or even bread. It's our national dish.
