Heard of Banjo-Kazooie? It has a Hidden Feature called Stop N Swop otherwise known as the Rareware Witch Project.
This is where the Bear & Bird must collect 7 items (6 Mystery Eggs and an Ice Key). Once Collected, the player must take them to a secret location at the start of Gruntilda's Lair to activate Stop N Swop.

Once activated, the player must then within 10-60 Seconds, turn off the Nintendo 64 and insert Banjo-Tooie then turn the N64 back on to get the items from Stop N Swop. The catch is that due to Nintendo Hardware Adjustments in 1999, the timing was reduced to one second leaving this impossible.

Stop N Swop returned in the XBLA Version of Banjo-Kazooie. To find these Items, the player must collect BOTH 900 Musical Notes & 100 Jigsaw Pieces then beat the game. Once that's done, 3 Pictures showing 3 Locations of 3 of the Stop N Swop items.

You also need a Save File of BOTH Banjo-Tooie, and Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts.

This was one of those things where when you 100% a game by finding everything, they would show secret teasers of the sequels or prequels, just to name a few, which would follow from where the previous game left off.

Kingdom Hearts did this as well, so if you found everything in the Kingdom Hearts games, they would show a teaser of the next game in that series after the Post Credits before returning to the Title Screen.
Have heard of Banjo-Kazooie, never played it

heard of the 7th Guest? While it looks like a Haunted Mansion Adventure Game, its a Puzzle Game for DOS in 1993.
Needless to say in that Horror FMV Puzzle game, some of the puzzles are easy such as the Cake Puzzle while some of them are hard such as the Music Puzzle.

The Chess Puzzle is another Hard Puzzle where you need to place each queen piece in a slot so that it won't take the King Piece.

The Heart Puzzle is tricky as you need to go backwards from the End of the Maze to the Start of the Maze.

The Knight & Bishop Puzzles play similar with a few differences as the pieces need to be aligned a certain pattern.
The Catch is for those 2 puzzles, Bishops move diagonally while Knights move in an L Shape on a Cheesboard.

Just to name a few.

Evening. Heard of Grey Lancer for the Genesis? Its a Side Scrolling Space Shooter that was released only in Japan but is on PS5. The Game has 10-11 Stages Total and the option to play with the Story Mode enabled or disabled.

Disabling the Story Mode in Grey Lancer makes it feel like an Arcade Game where you can collect Power Ups and blow up enemy ships then take on the Boss Ship to clear the Stage and proceed to the next for a High Score.

Heard of the System Shock Remake? I would get that game and play it both Classic and Remake versions but there's a catch...
There's a Time Limit In-Game and Pause Menu as there's a Reason for it and that is you can set the Difficulty of each Gameplay Aspect such as Puzzles, Cyberspace, Combat & Story before starting the game from Stages 1-3 from Easy to Hard.

Setting the Story to Stage 3 (Hard) gives you 7 Hours to beat the game in the original while the remake gives you 10 Hours to beat the game. The Time Limit however, does NOT appear on Stages 1-2 (Easy & Normal Difficulty Settings) of the Story Setting.
