YCQ invader Celestial_Tenchi flys.... kinda hard to explain... umm... its about a guy who can read things out of books into the real world... and its actually a trilogy Inkheart, Inkspell, Inkdeath...

YCQ invader Celestial_Tenchi flys.... Cornelia Funke wrote the Ink Trilogy, along with The Theif Lord, and Dragon Rider... (both also good books)

I got distracted by school in the middle of Eldest so I've got to read that soon. Those Ink triology books sound GOOD. Everyone keeps telling me to read, House of Night. Anyone here read those?

Eragon is the first book and it's about a farm boy, who lives with his uncle and cousin, named Eragon who finds a "stone" in the mountains when it appears by magic. The "stone" turns out to be an egg and hatches into a dragon. The dragons were thought to be extinct except for one. A dragon rider had betrayed the rest of them, killing them off. He alone now rules as king. Eragon is now unwittingly a dragon rider. His uncle is killed when the king's servants attack his farm while Eagon and his cousin are away. He must now fight to free his country from it's oppressive rule. All while fighting, tracking the ones who killed his uncle, learning to use magic, and fleeing from capture.
That's the basic idea of the first book without giving too much away.
