I'm having so much fun doing this Facebook photoedit for my OC Irene. xd Especially with coming up with the canon character's responses to thing.

Here's an example of one of them:

Sherlock Holmes: [leave's a post on Irene's wall] You have a grand gift of silence. It makes you quite invaluable as a companion.
Mycroft Holmes: [leaves a comment] When are we to expect the happy announcement?
John Watson: [leaves a comment] Wait... what?! What announcement?
Sherlock Holmes: [leaves a comment] Mycroft, try not to start a war on false rumors. John - ignore my brother.

Sherlock's post is based on an actual statement he says to John Watson in both the original text and a quote that is brought up in the 2009 film. Mycroft's responses is based on a quote he says to John Watson in "A Study in Pink" of BBC Sherlock, when they first meet. He teases John since he knows John just moved in with Sherlock and what not. And finally John and Sherlock's comments are both inspired by the conversation that the three guys (Sherlock, John and Mycroft) have at the end of "A Study in Pink." John acts clueless and confused when he hears Sherlock and Mycroft talking about "Mummy" - their mother. Sherlock tells Mycroft "not to start a war before I get home," since Mycroft works for the British government and what not.

Once I'm finished doing Sally's response to Irene's post, I'm going to start watching Ellen.

Ooo... I just found a 30 Days of Sherlock meme.

I'm going to do it. But instead of waiting to do each day like you're supposed to. I'm just going to do each day as a different post all at once. xd

Day 04 — Your favourite quote

Well, from the 2009 film, I'll have to go with these two quotes:

Sherlock: "You have a grand gift of silence, Watson. It makes you quite invaluable as a companion."

Sherlock: "Madam, I need you to remain calm. Trust me, I'm a professional. Below this pillow lies the key to my release."



From BBC Sherlock, I'll have to go with :

Watson: You don’t have a girlfriend, then.
Sherlock: Girlfriend? No, not really my area.
Watson: Mm. Oh, right. Do you have a…boyfriend? Which is fine, by the way.
Sherlock: I know it’s fine.
Watson: So you’ve got a boyfriend then.
Sherlock: No.
Watson: Right. OK. You’re unattached. Like me. Fine. Good.
Sherlock: John, erm…I think you should know that I consider myself married to my work, and while I’m flattered, I’m really not looking for any…
Watson: No, I’m…not asking. No. I’m just saying, it’s all fine.
Sherlock: Thank you.

Day 08 — A Sherlock photo that makes you go sad
I wish I could find a picture of the particular scene I'm thinking of from "The Great Game," but at this time, it's hard finding any photos of the show. And the places that do have screencaps... I wouldn't be able to link them. So... I guess I'll go with this one.

Any time that Sherlock isn't smiling. I love Sherlock's smile - every version of it, from the sweet smile to the mischevious smile.
