I've thought this for a long time... My theme song is definitely "Welcome to my Life" by Simple Plan. I feel like it was wrote for me, written from my point of view.

Well, me and my friend's theme would definitely be "Riot" by 3 Days Grace
I guess it would, like some other people, be according to emotion.
