Star Trek: Next Generation
And any Star Trek cross-overs!
PostPosted: Sun Jun 01, 2008 4:20 am

Frisky Dingo
Firefly
Lexx
Futurama
Aeon Flux

starting to get into Battlestar Galactica and Star Gate...... still need to get my Farscape on.....

Alf, Dungeons and Dragons, Totally Spies, and Inu Yasha deserve a Comicon riot as does gaia.

Someone needs to give all things Dune props.... tis the master mold.

i'm tossing in the comic book series BLACKHOLE and ending with a Serenity quote:

Kaylee Frye: Goin' on a year now I ain't had nothin' twixt my nethers weren't run on batteries!
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: Oh, God! I can't *know* that!
Jayne Cobb: I could stand to hear a little more.

this might time some time since i have loved sci-fi / fiction from the day i could watch tv 'til now.

let us start with some old shows:
1)Star Trek - look at what they were doing in that show and see what we have today. many scientists watched it as kids and thought "what if" and now we do. (i have all the episodes)
2)Lost In Space - just plain fun
3)Time Tunnel

later you have:
Star Trek Next Generation
Star Trek DS9
Star Trek Voyager
Enterprise
Babylon 5 (have all episodes and movies)
Crusade (have all episodes)
Farscape
Firefly
Quantum Leap
Dr. Who (have all episodes from 2005 'til now and many of the earlies shows)--there have been 10 Doctors so far
Torchwood (have all episodes)
V
Alien Nation
Aeon Flux(have all episodes)
Lexx
Dead Zone
SG1
Stargate Atlantis

i could keep going but those are my tops

ps
sorry Razin Frostdrake but a time lord only has 13 regenerations.
to have more the Doctor must do like the Master and take another's life force.

I like certain episodes of Stargate SG-1. I never liked those with the Gua'ould. I preferred the episodes where they found some alien device that would be brought back to SGC and something funny would happen. EX: "Window of Opportunity" season 4 episode 6. or "Urgo" season 3 episode 16

Living Ink
The original Star Trek.

Yes, I know the sets were cardboard... and sometimes so was the acting. But was there a plot they didn't do?

Anyway, what's your favorite?

I like Voyager and Next Gen...

Oh, oh, oh, I have one no one's mentioned yet!

I used to like to watch SeaQuest DSV. Yes, it wasn't always spectacular, but it did have its moments!

I like Firefly, the original Battlestar Galactica, Sliders and Quantum Leap.

I have yet to see the new Battlestar, I just can't bring myself to watch it. Starbuck should be Dirk Benedict (I had a huge crush on him - loved him on the ATeam as well), not some blonde chick. cool

the new Battlestar Galactica is better than the original in many ways
at first i wasn't going to watch it either because i was hard-core original fan
but changed my mind when i started watching it because nothing else was on
the writing and effects are much better and believable

ps
i put Sea Quest in another area
like the tidbits of facts we watchers were given at the end of each show

fav characters were:
Captain Nathan Bridger
Dagwood
Tony Piccolo
Lt. j.g. Timothy O'Neill
Captain Oliver Hudson (when bridger/Roy Scheider left)
and of course Darwen
