Yes.
When I hear rock or pop songs, I feel like dancing around and singing. sweatdrop Pretty disturbing but true.
Just the other day, when I heard the song bye bye by [oohh, look at that] Mariah Carey, I cried a little because I remembered my own relatives who passed away.
The lyrics of the song makes it powerful.

I listen to music according to my mood, not the other way around.

it works better that way, because we don't wind up with people blaming music for school shootings and BS like that.

Most music I listen to are based off of mood, sometimes they set the mood, other times they're just something to listen to. whee

Well yes it does, but I tend to choose music depending on my mood instead of listening to whatever and having it influence my mood.

It depends on the song.
Any good song can get a reaction from me.
Same goes for really bad songs. -.-
Lyrics that really relate to my situation help too.
Not emo songs though.
