It was left accidentally, but a torn bit of Ayaz's tabard, which Pacha used to save his life, flutters away on the wind and into the night sky, long after the pair have gone their separate ways. As Ayaz made his way, slowly and haltingly, back to his own herd, his mind lingered on the unicorn that had saved him and, however reluctantly, healed his wing enough for him to be able to walk home. She was so young, he thought. But not so young that he felt she needed to be kept with her herd for her own safety; young in the sense that she was experiencing the world for the very first time. Granted, most of the first-time experiences he'd witnessed her have had been terrifying, but...he'd seen the look on her face as her horn glowed and began to gently ease the pain in his wing. There was a maturity there, a peacefulness.
As he looked up at the night sky, unaware of the wishing star passing overhead, he simply thought, I'd like to see that mare again someday.
He couldn't have known that elsewhere, back in her herd lands, under the same star, Pacha was wishing, for him, the very same thing.

Short IC Response:Elentári Tintallë Tinurýn-Aysel approaches the strange little altar with no small amount of amusement, flicking bright eyes up to the star and then back to the smooth surface. As she sets down the glimmering bright star charm from her own headdress, ensuring it's centered on the offering stone, she takes a moment to think of her siblings. So many of them were unhappy under the rule of her father, she hopes the escaped as far as she has... She hoped they are happy. "This is a strange thing, to speak to you," she admits to the star, considering the swirling galaxy of her mane and the stars that dance there. "But if it will bring some of my lost family back to me, I will remain forever grateful. I have many brothers that I have not seen in such time, those that took after my mother unlike myself, and earned my father's disapproval. I was hoping you might do your best to direct them here, where I know it is safe and they could be happy, if they happen to be lost and wandering as I was. Echo's Song brings a bundle with various flowering blooms. They are tied together with hemp into a rough bouquet. Nestled alongside the bouquet are various berries that were harvested by her familiar. Buried deep is also one more bead from the bracelets that jangle along her legs. Short IC Response:Echo's Song had secreted away in the middle of the night. Ever since she had been visited by Midnight's Whisper had dread settled around her heart. One of her own offspring, now willingly a cursed shifter, Echo's mind recoiled at the very thought. Worse, if things could have gotten worse, yet another of her daughters had seemingly vanished. Not wanting to appear distraught in front of Dradneos she had swallowed down the nervousness and bid her time. Now, with rumors that the Wishing Star had once more been sighted in the skies above the land did she make the journey. The hope was that perhaps the star would bless her once more. Her steps were measured as she ascended the hill that served as the altar before simply bowing her head, "I have but one wish this evening: help me to heal the hurt that has been brought upon my familial line. Relic and Psyche both leave a vial each of their own blood. Short IC Response: In the dark of the night a stallion and a mare travelled side by side. Each one had a glass vial clamped gently in their teeth as they traversed the distance required to find the altar of the wishing star. Of the two the stallion had been the one to wish and locate his sister and now they both yearned to find the one that had given them life. Stopping at a small hill the stallion glanced at the mare and nodded in slight encouragement.
Psyche stood proud and strong. She'd been accepted into the herd that her brother resided in and except for a few small altercations had managed to fit in like a missing piece of a puzzle. Psyche went to the nearest rock outcropping before glancing to the star. Her eyes glistened for but a moment as she gently tipped the vial over the rock. Stepping aside she glanced at her brother as he joined her.
Relic was trying to keep his emotions at bay. It seemed that every time he visited the altar of the Wishing Star somehow his wishes were granted. This was the first time though that he had told Psyche and it had been really her idea to try and get the star to guide their mother back to them. It was a long shot really but they had to try. Dumping the contents of his vial over the same rock that Psyche had chosen Relic sighed before glancing at his sister. Together both of them began to speak.
"Wishing star, we implore you,"
"From our blood, spilled upon this rock with strife,"
"Send to us another of our bloodline,"
"The one that gave us life,"
"We only seek our mother,"
"Wherever she may be,"
"Scour the lands for blood like ours,"
"And make our family three."

Despite being separated from her family from the time she'd been in her basket, her family has begun to find her again. She has started to find peace in what happened to her, but she would still love to find her first friend. That one soquili who helped her through those initial years in foalfood to not give up, to find strength and resiliance in the cards the spirits left for her. Who ensured that she never felt alone and helped her find her familiar Nova who could be there when they couldn't be. She's of a sweet and spiritual disposition, and she would love nothing more than to see her first pillar of strength again.
