Sierra watched below as she flew across the skies. She did flips and turns, and even tried to zoom past one of the clouds though the invention was starting to smoke with all of the action. I should just fly for now. I'll tell Seb it needs more endurance later.. She thought to herself, flying a bit lower where she was closer to the ground yet higher then most of the buildings. She could hear the voices again as soon as she did. Most was complaining, and some complaining about how she was flying. Seb should only have this invention for limited costumsers.. She growled to herself, attempting to ignore them. It was like she was in a crowd with all the thoughts that echoed her mind of those below.
She could hear a train pass by, and for a moment she could hear the thoughts of those inside the train. How fun it must be..to ride a train with someone to talk to.. Her expression went blank as she thought this, watching the train go past her and leave to whatever stop it was.
(Edited* It was stated that the train was a subway >< Though my statement stands the through the pattern of thoughts from the train she would still hear it go pass and locate it through the sources of the 'voices')

The shadow chuckled and disappeared. Following him were his last words to Smith. "Vamp would love it if everyone knew his secret. He always finds a way to use things to his advantage."

"She's not even here yet." Amaya argued, walking up to the door and knocking on it. The door opened and Calista came flying out, almost tackling Amaya in a hug.
"Mommy we had so much fun last night! We made cookies and iced them and grandma and grandpa let me open a present and it was a Barbie!" She shouted excitedly, now pulling up the Barbie doll to show Amaya and Adrian.
"That's great. Did grandma and grandpa give you sugar?" Amaya asked with a sigh as she rested her hands on her hips. Another sigh followed when she saw Calista nod. "Fine, just go get your stuff, okay?" Amaya said, nudging Calista back inside.
"Sorry, she was just too cute not to give her a cookie." The old man said with a sheepish grin as he handed Amaya a bag of wrapped presents.
"That's fine Howard...I had a feeling my requests were falling on deaf ears as soon as you saw Calista again..." Amaya sighed with a small smile. "She'll just need a nap by the time we get home. No big deal." She said, shrugging as Calista ran back out into the hall. "We'll come see you after New Year." Amaya told Howard and his wife, who had just walked to the door to say goodybe. "Merry Christmas." Amaya told them before heading back down the hall.

"Remember, her puppy dog eyes could double as weapons of mass destruction. I don't think I could resist giving her sugar either." Adrian said with a smile as he picked up one of Calista's heavier bags so the girls had one less thing to carry themselves.

Seraph waved to the gerbils as they left, and turned as Amaya and Adrian came out of the building with a child and multiple pieces of baggage in tow. "I remember you. Callista, yes? You've grown up quite a lot."

"I don't know who you are..." Calista said, seeming a little nervous as she now hid behind Amaya a little, staring at Seraph.
"Seraph was in the fights with Adrian and I. You only saw him once or twice." Amaya explained comfortingly to Calista as she looked back at her. "He'll be staying with us for a few days." She told the little girl, who nodded in return, but still hid behind her. "She'll warm up later." Amaya said as she looked at Seraph for a moment, sighing with slight frustration as she notice the all too familiar look in his eyes. "Let's head home. Seraph, don't buy anything else from strangers." She snapped rather coldly, having noticed it now and being none too happy about it.

Seraph shrugged as he followed Amaya. "What? It was just sugar. Not even very good. Want me to help with the bags?"

"No, you idiot. It was not sugar. Nobody sells sugar on the street." Amaya hissed, handing Seraph a bag as she kept walking, headed for the subway station.

"Didn't anyone ever tell you not to take things from strangers?" Adrian sighed while shaking his head in disbelief.

Sierra flew until more smoke started to come out of the invention, and that was probably a bad sign. Before anything bad was to happen, she tried to land in one of the many alleyways. Though half way there, the machine died and she started to fall. Not going to scream...come on, so close to the ground, I can do this. She thought as she fell, trying to maneuver past the hanging laundry. She managed to land though she slid out of the alleyway cutting her leg on the pavement in progress. To make things worse, she bumped into a group of people though she couldn't see who. "S-Sorry.." She grumbles, rubbing her head. She wasn't able to look up towards them to see who it was thanks to her smoke covered face from the invention.
She backed up slowly, rubbing her eyes trying to get out the smoke, as the invention on her back giving off a smoke trail through out the alley behind her.

Amaya had heard the girl crashing in the alley and grabbed Calista, pulling her out of her path and then jumped in the air, letting the girl slide under her before she landed right where she had stood a few seconds earlier. "Are you okay?" Amaya asked with a sigh, really not wanting to deal with more random people for the day, though it seemed she didn't have much of a choice.
"Wow! That looked like it really hurt! I did that once on my bike and I had a big scab for two weeks and it hurt when I tried to walk for the next few days! Does your leg hurt?" Calista asked excitedly as she pulled against Amaya's grip a little bit.

Sierra rubbed at her face smudging the smoke more yet cleared some of it out of her eyes. Her leg still bleeding from the scratch she received from the crash. She looked up at the group and barely heard a word anyone of them said. She could see their mouths move as they talked though. Right...I don't have my headset.. She grave a groan as her headache worsen from all the thoughts echoing at once from the people of the city.
Luckily, though, she was able to make out the thoughts of those in front of her more then the others and she could hear what they were thinking thus knowing their concern. She almost smiled recognizing the worried mother from the arena. "I..I'm fine..." She says lowly though her mouth was too dry to speak properly. She coughed more, her appearance and state nowhere near the term 'fine'.
