The ball would sail through the air, and as it did the Rockruff's ears would perk up. Sensing an attack from behind she would turn to face the assault....and freeze for an instant. Her perks immediately perked up, brush like tail wagging as an age old instinct suddenly took hold. With a gleam in her eyes, and a reflex she couldn't control, the stone cold dog would suddenly cry out in glee ">BALL!<" before jumping up and snatching it with her teeth.
A moment later and there would be a flash, the Rockruff being drawn inside...
Striking the white ground, the PokeBall would rock from side to side as the pup struggled to break free. Once....twice....thrice....time seemed to slow down to a crawl before finally...
[PING]
A tone, and the ball would stop.
Tiye had done it....she'd caught her very first Pokemon!
Onyxia gave a sigh as they won the dance battle. She returned the bow before taking the honey. Before she could even ask for help the make shift band and dancer were gone. "Dang it... keep pushing then." She went back to scavenging, looking for cloth or a phone. She was looking for anyway to contact out or send a signal to the chopper. Which she was still pissed about, she had used it on a cliff edge when she used the flare.
Ah yes, the lovely cliffside where the girl had been obscured by fog and enough steam to clean a carpet covered in Muk. Truly the ideal place to not be seen from the air.
As Onyxia continued forward she'd happen upon a Trubbish, lounging about in a garbage can and periodically stuffing his face with whatever he was sitting on. Sometimes it was squishy, sometimes crunchy, and occasionally it crinkled! Aaaaah, such was his dreamy life on his island.
Trust knew this battle had been long already. She needed to hurry up and end things so that Trafalgar and Trust could return to the academy. They couldn't bare to fight any longer. They needed to win this battle, one way or another. It was time for Trust to defend, and she knew against this Pokemon, most attempts would be futile. However, she had to try, she approached a large trunk and hid behind it.
The idea that the pokemon had turned to catch it, and literally ended up captured made the girl wish she could get the pokeball back. Strong but dumb, was never a good combination as Tiye look over at Aida. The pokemon would sit down heavily as she growls at the pokeball.
Tiye would just roll her eyes.
"You might as well get over it. We will have to work together in the future."
The girl would admonish her pokemon before picking up the pokeball and places it beside Aida's. Then she would take out a potion as she walks over to the pokemon and start to spray the wounds as the dog would growl in pain. Eventually it would turn to heavily panting as the wound started to dissolve.
"I can't do anything about the paralysis, so back into your pokeball for you, for now."
Tiye would recall Aida as she would then call out her newest pokemon ....
"Curie."
The pokemon would appear in a flash of light and the first thing she would do was bare her fangs. Tiye would walk over to the pokemon and drop to her level before popping her on the nose.
"None of that, we have to work together now ...you and I. So, let's be civilized, otherwise, I will recall you and drop your pokeball into the nearest ...biggest and deepest body of water...okay."
The girl declares with a smile before she stand up again.
"Now, Curie, I need you to sniff for human scents. We are here for a rescue mission, and the faster I find them ...the faster we can leave."
Tiye told her before off they would go. A growl was still in her throat, but the Rockruff would follow her demands ..sniffing the ground all the way.
Tiye would quickly learned that Curie wasn't Aida. The pokemon followed her commands, but .... unless directly ordered everything else she did was all her ...and all wild. Tiye was expecting some wildness, but not the grossness as Curie would make her first pit stop within a couple of feet. She was literally marking her territory as they walked, and Tiye's command to stop only halted her for a few more feet.
The pokemon would turn and bare her fangs.
Her territory.
Curie hadn't yet realized the differences between then and now. She still thought of herself as a wild Rockruff, and thus, she did everything the same. Though she did have to listen now to the annoying voice of the girl who had caught her. Her tail would wag slowly as she tries to make herself get to like her trainer.
Then she took a deep breathe and blew it out.
No matter, the sooner she helped her to find these people ...the sooner she would be back to her own territory. Those were Curie's thought, but the pokemon had no clue ...that she would be leaving this island and never returning with this girl. Her time here was over.

[[Not a worry. Having a rough week myself, hence I'll be a bit slow.]] The Roggenrola shuffled forward slowly, thus convinced that her opponent wasn't going to fling any more ice at her... for now. Not that she especially minded ice-- she'd been grown on this mountain-- but having it flung directly in your face was a bit of a downer. She'd shuffle from one foot to the next, eyeing Isolde cautiously. Sandshrew were odd, and white ones doubly so... if she wanted to keep attacking the girl, she'd have to get through the pet. Time for a proper fight! An odd noise like rock grinding against sheet metal rang out from the odd creature's facehole, and she'd give a twirl before launching herself right at Isolde!
Onyxia saw the Trubbish and shook her head. Pushing forward to find where she could signal out. She also kept her eyes out for a flying type, a Pokémon she could trade her new honey in order to send a message up to the pilot. "Come on Ordo, I had an idea and our dance partner was perfect for it."
Aria cringed as Isolde was knocked back by the twirling roggenrola's strike. It was a solid hit, and that white sandshrew didn't have much battle experience yet. Switching out wasn't a good option anymore, though, so all they could do now was press forward. "Try another Icicle Crash!" Aria instructed, deciding to take the risk for now. If things continued to go bad, she did have a potion she could use. A shame to use it too early, but if it needed to be done, it would be done.
Isolde squeaked before launching more icicles at the rock in front of her. She hadn't been giving a good display of her abilities so far. Hopefully this next attack would do better, or else she'd really be in trouble. She didn't want her first battle under this person to end in failure!

[Kecleon Capture Rate: 10+]
The Kecleon's eyes would swirl as he reappeared, falling backward onto his tail and striking the ground. Attacking from the shadows was one thing, but with the shadows? Now that was just unfair! Though much of it's body remained black, parts of the Kecleon would glow bright red in display of it's annoyance.
Charging forward in an odd, twirling, skipping fashion, the Kecleon would haphazardly blend into the backround as he moved toward.It was a nauseating display that could make anyone feel dizzy even standing still.....but as the Kecleon appeared, fist clenched tight and swinging forward it would all become clear. This was a Dizzy Punch!
Walking down the not-so-busy streets of the hotel strip, Onyxia would find herself coming across the sight of something odd even for this island. A barricade. Made of turned over trash cans, a few plastic chairs, and one misplaced lawn gnome, there was only one opening right in the middle...and there was a Scraggy in it. Flipping a coin up and down, the Pokemon was looking up at the sky rather lazily...until of course he caught sight of a certain trainer.
">Eh....EH!?<" The Scraggy seemed annoyed already, eyes glinting at the same time they narrowed ">Eh. EH YOU! You lookin' at me? EH? ARE YA!? Well unless yer eyes quit workin' ya must be lookin' at me!!!<" He barked. Apparently eye contact was all it took to piss off this Pokemon. ">Tch<" He clicked his tongue against his broad teeth ">This 'ere is a toll ya Troll. So pay my Troll Toll or bugger off!<" The Dark-type barked, but this time as he caught the coin he'd been flipping, his hand would ball around it in a fist ">Less ya wanna be doin' this the hard way!<"
It would seem that Tiye would find she were some sort of magnet for certain types of Pokemon....or perhaps something was going on....as yet another Numel would plod passed the girl at a slow, steady pace. Unlike before however this one seemed paler than the rest, it's hump marked by blue instead of green. As well, unlike the oblivious or determined gaze of those before it, this one had more of a serenity about it. Like it was merely on an afternoon stroll....and yet for some reason like all the others, it was headed in a single direction...
Onyxia looked over the make shift wall. It was adorable, but was becoming more annoying. She was judging by the extended hand, the Pokémon wanted payment to cross it. She knelt down and brought out the honey. "Ordo, tell him he gets this if he lets us cross and helps us get to the roof to signal." Ordo gave his partner a nod and looked over to the Scraggy. Onyxia looked at the Scraggy. "Deal? Or you could receive a bunch of kisses from little Arla."

If Onyxia was anything, it was by no means a brilliant negotiator.
A vein practically bulged in the Scraggy's massive forehead, one eye opening wider than the other. Who did this chick think she was? Waltzing into his turf and thinking she could use her toll payment to start asking for favours?
Gritting his teeth, the Scraggy would grab the loose skin around his waist and pull it high. Before anyone could blink, acting on a combination of impulse and good old Scraggy instinct, the Fighting-type would launch forward in order to deliver Onyxia a skull cracking headbutt! As this was no true attack, there'd be no hesitation or warning for Ordo to act on. Either Onyxia got out of the way, or she was about to have a massive headache!
She could have ignored it. She should have ignored it, but it was shiny and this was the third one she had seen so far. The pokemon wasn't moving very fast, it was a slow canter and the girl would start after it. She would only give a sharp whistle to Curie who would wag her tail, and then growl when she noticed where the girl was going.
She would look back towards the original path, and then back at her trainer before sighing and bolting after the girl.
This completely and utterly ...was a bad idea.
"Hey, Numel! Where are you going?
Tiye would declare loudly. It would seem that quietly following wasn't going to come either. [/ color]
