"... wait, didn't you die already?" Brother Mercutio would ask, watching the badger 'shake it off'. Normally, he wasn't so malevolent towards animals; but this thing was downright vicious, and apparently immortal.

MOVE ACTION

Brother Mercutio would approach 15' closer to the Badger...

STANDARD ACTION

"Maybe a touch of Pelor's light will fix your little red wagon, forest friend. AVENGING LIGHT!!!" Aiming his staff at the badger, he would fire a large blast of radiance at the beast, hoping to put it down for good.

Mercutio strides forward and gives the badger the worst sunburn it's ever had and it falls to the ground. What is this, the fifth time? Yeah, this one'll be different.

The gnome, frozen wounded and staring down a very angry warforged looks around frightened, not encouraged by his pet's most recent demise. "Okay," the nasally runt puts on his serious face, manages to raise both arms, despite the ice and stiffness, "I-I," he looks like he's really psyching himself out before finally, he shouts at the lot of you, "I'm a Monster, RAWR!!!!"

To van, Fawks and Mercutio it sounds far more amusing than it could ever sound intimidating. Sora can't even hear it over the sound of that stone wall next to him, and Colbertron's busy conducting an interview with Schrodinger. All in all, it was not the best tactic on the part of the small fey.

((The gnome has failed me spectacularly, much like the kow before it, only without the one first impressive attack.

Fawks laughs pretty hard at the gnomes attempt at humor.

"Fawks finds you funny." then he left his maul and tries to drive the gnome into the ground once again.

Apparently wreaking havoc, the ice seemed to afford Vanguard quite well in warding off all of the spiking and shooting he drew his way, whilst the gnome was apparently too busy being scared to be scary.

Vanguard's tangle of ice, unfortunately, was fading as well, though the ground kept frosting and glazing up as soon as any of it tried to melt away, leaving him and the earth around him in a small sheen of ice. With a hiss and crackle, he let out more spiritual, primal force on the flumphs, the mark deciding that rather than a subtle effect of the earth it would like to manifest as frost creeping up on them.

Quite content to have them adjacent to him and marked, Vanguard turned on the one that seemed to have the least ice on it, and took a quick stab, ice reinforcement growing thicker as he struck.
