I scrap most of the rings that I end up with sicne I already have the important ones.
I'm going to go through a few more of the quests for some more rings, snag the ones to help out my collection. Some rings are dropped by monsters, which, can be scrapped for some orbs, to raise the CL of your useful rings.

i just use the orbs i get and keep all my soulbound rings in case they are tradeable again

The only mule Ive ever used in ZOMG was the ZOMBEH shared account that I have. I just don't see much point right now to using the mules.
