Van smashes up the place, while Colbertron goes behind the scenes. The first flumph next to van, not expecting the ground to suddenly rise up in defiance of it, is hurt by the sudden earthen spikes, but returns the favor by stabbing van itself, causing that familiar corrosive hiss as it makes contact, and floats the hell out of there. When he it does, everyone hears the gnome shout, in quite the unstealthy move, "Oh gods! I'm bleeding, why am i bleeding?!" go go invoker powers.

One of the flumphs not in the initial burst flies closer, this one avoiding the jagged ground before spraying its flumph juice all over Van's face. EW! Something inside Van clicks, perhaps some odd anti-flumph protocol from eclectic programmers, perhaps he's just malfunctioning, but he blots out of that building like it's on fire... Right back into the middle of his dear friends, who are treated to round two of everyone's favorite game show, "Oh my god that stinks."

With the warden gone, the two remaining flumphs swivel their eye-stalks toward the other warforged, trying to take their back door. One is too low-flying to avoid the spiky ground, and the other just darts past it all-together. Both fail to overcome Colbertron's truthiness with their spikiness.

Then the badger, I swear to Pelor that thing was dead, hops up, tears a** around Van's new spikes and hurls itself, maw first at Colbertron. Truthiness be damned, it takes a bite o' newsbot. You just can't reason with woodland creatures. Oh also, those mushrooms are moving, still creepy.

((Van gets stabbed for maximum 6 damage, is pushed, and smells like flumph funk.
Colbertron gets bitten for 5 damage
Sora, Mercutio, it's your turn, and Van smells horrible, you remember what that means, right? Get your weakened asses in gear. Map))

In shock, the coal-bear makes a brief reference to Caiphon the Dream Whisperer and implies something about his marriage. The warlock vanishes before Francis finishes his bite and he reappears nearby ((Immediate reac, damage reduces by 2(cha bonus) and he teleports 2 squares west))

"Blasted gnomes. AND WHAT IN PELOR'S NAME IS THAT SMELL?!" Shooting an accusing look at Fawks, he then realizes the source has changed to one of the warforged. Oh, for crying out loud...

STANDARD ACTION

"What am I, a divine babysitter now? C'mere, hold still a moment, Vanguard." Brother Mercutio would then proceed in attempting to wipe the stuff off of Vanguard.

MOVE ACTION

For better or for worst, Brother Mercutio would then head south, around the building.

Sora circles around and badmouths a flumph, while Colbertron badmouths the badger, and gets out of dodge. Mercutio has no luck cleaning the warforged, but he is happy to avoid that smell, following Colbertron's approach out back.

It is at this point the gnome reappears, one hand up, with a fork gripped tightly, "And stay out!" he shouts after van, before hurling the fork, then a knife, drawing two more and throwing them as well. only a pair of the flying pieces of cutlery strike home, nailing Fawks in the head and Van in one exposed joint. The holy halo of hurt flares up over the gnome's head. He flinches, but dashes toward the door-table in hopes of avoiding retaliation. Somewhere in the short journey Mercutio's divine mojo gives up, or maybe Pelor just gets bored, and the crown of thorns fades.

((Fawks, you're up. Van smells horrible and those bizarre mushrooms' horrible singing is compelling you to get the hell away from them. Colbertron you don't care, and can also go. Van, you stink and can go .Map))

Fawks activates his Armor healing ability and gains 9.

Fawks tightens his grip on Frostbight and charges the gnome.

"Fawks crush gnome!" hopefully squishing the little nuisance like a water melon.
