It's very bright and happy, but also very chaotic, color wise. Difficult to see if there is a theme. 6/10

7/10 - needs more orange to balance out the mask and collar accents *or* a clear theme to explain why they are there.

I like it, but it could use something. I don't think the red goes well with the mostly black theme, it needs to be more evened out and distributed throughout the avi.
