vesta_vesves_star Novels off discworld, all of them. Terry Pratchett is a genius. Coolest old dude in the world. 3nodding ^Couldn't be more right. Anything by Catherine Webb is normally good. Apart from the second Horatio Lyle one that I didn't like. I'm also enjoying the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness series (Michelle Paver)

Phantastes and Lilith are two awesome books by George McDonald. Sometimes they're a bit hard to find though...

The odyssey chronicles of MTG, the journey of Kamahl the raging barbarian {note he wasn't always all Conan like.} to save dominaria from themselves and the Mirari.
But if I have to choose just one book......Dead Man's hand, by Nancy A Collins.

vesta_vesves_star .::Sie stehen auf und jemand erklärt Ihnen, wohin man zu geht::.
Novels off discworld, all of them. Terry Pratchett is a genius. Coolest old dude in the world. 3nodding Mood: Love.::wenn Sie dort jeder erhalten, das Ihnen was erklärt zu tun::. WOO HOO! I found another discworld fan on Gaia. Terry pratchet is in my opinion the single greatest writer of novels of all time. I do also like the Series of Unfortunate events (but no match for terry pratchet.).

Well, I can;t say I really have one series or anything because they all kind of fit into different categories.
Favorite classics would be Chronicles of Narnia The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings Carbonel: King of the cats and the sequels Anything by Ray Bradbury, though he didn't do only fantasy, The Halloween Tree is by far my favorite The Diamond in the Window by Jane Langton Seaward by Susan Cooper and many others, though too many to name right now
More contemporary favorites Terry Pratchett's Disc World Series (One of the funniest, most imaginative, and thought provoking series I've ever read) Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaimen Night Watch, Day Watch, and Twilight Watch by Sergei Lukyavenko (I'm assuming the Last Watch is going to be amazing as well) The Young Wizards series by Diane Duane The Artemis Fowl Series Eragon and Eldest (I'm also looking forward to Brisingr) The Xanth series and I think that's about it
