Turning his large head slightly, he watched as the watching green suddenly sped off away from the group--back to the coastline, it seemed. Perhaps he had overdone it? No matter, he could try to resolve the matter later--at the very least apologize.

Yet the brown caught his attention as he turned back to look at the green at the helm of the flight. Turning to face towards him, Chirakumath couldn’t quite help himself from admiring the young brown. Winded though he may be, still quite fetching in his eyes. Nice to meet you, too. No sooner had the moment happened had it ended, for he watched the dragon speed up towards the front of the chase. He rumbled gently, eyes a brilliant purple as he flapped his wings, making his way closer.

The mental image of him was pushed into his mind, and he warbled gently to the sweet, glowing green. Her laughter was bright, and for all he should feel a tad bit of remorse for admiring her chasers, he could find only waves of warmth to send in return. You have collected quite a lovely crowd, yet would you have me, my claws could take you to the moons and back.

As Amrit spied the rider taking the dancer’s hand, heard his soft voice, he could only take a step back. Decision having seemingly made, the soft rider could only take a few steps back. His head tried to ache something bad, yet this was not his to be had--for she had her pick of handsome bedmates -- and he his cot to ride out the headache.

Oh, but she looked like she was falling! The massive brown didn't like when the flights were about to end, if only because it distressed his hearts to see the greens trying to keep going when they were clearly tired. He knew that the end meant someone was getting caught (that wasn't a bad thing) but it also meant the fun of flying with everyone was almost over. He knew though if she fell and got hurt that would be bad, and so the brown decided to let his size help.

Teth was a gentle dragon as always, but he was not small and weak. He was not fast, he was not smart or super acrobatic, but he was strong. Strong like a bronze, his rider had said, or maybe even stronger if he put his mind to it. Teth was young too, but none of that mattered. He would reach her, or at least try to get to her! The purple that had invaded his eyes called to him now, forcing his wings to pump harder as he lunged forward.

Would it be enough to have her choose comfort in his wings? Or would another find themselves in his embrace?

To dance with you is all I want. The blue gold Seirath. He flew hard and high with more flourishes than he could truly afford were the flight to last much longer. Enoith hoped he had gauged properly and that the entrancing green was going to soon make her choice.

Felling his dragon’s push, W’res moved in closer trying to gain interest and indicate the same. It wasn’t close enough that she couldn’t choose another for he would never take the choice from her.

Up, and up. Erinyeth had stamina in droves, her wings not even aching, but that hungering need bubbling beneath her dark hide, oozing like a sickness would drive her wild before long. Up and up, and so many so willing to catch you. Take the best of them, dear, you deserve nothing but, she rumbled. She knew it would be wisest to let Seirath taste the love of a green - a shame so many never did - but would perhaps one of the boys call her so much more?

Rouenth

Rouenth had to admit to himself the amount of relief he felt when Seirath said she wouldn't send him away. He could feel her trying to pull him to her which made himself a little frustrated though only with himself. He should be better than this but here he was at the back of the pack when she was the shining star beckoning him forth. He tried to be her rock, her shield, the stone mountain around her to shelter. But he wasn't the quick blue that she needed now, and that would surely weigh on him in the future. So instead, he sent forth a surge of his love. She was his, yes, but in this moment he couldn't be what she needed so he would learn a little from his and want Seirath to be as happy as possible instead.

Deep in her hearts Seirath wanted to give so much more and have them chase for so much longer, not just because bathing in the attention was a dream come true for the little green. Unfortunately her wings were wearing out as her stamina wore thin and without the flair she'd have liked to add, her wings stilled and she fell gracefully back down towards those chasing below. Gently her claws stretched out, reached out for the darkest lady that had reached into the little green's being and sent shivers down her entire form. Intensity and the promise of strength have won this evening. Seirath sang to her in trilling eagerness.

Her claws reached for the darkest of her chasers with need and desire, wanting to wrap herself up in the form of a lady for her first fall so greatly that she tried using her wings to angle her there. Come and take your singing prize beautiful Erinyeth, I would take everything you have. Despite having made her choice she still brushed gentle reminders to the others of her affection and how their words had spurred her on, letting her mind linger on Aleyath and Rouenth fondly before directing her entire attention to the dark green lady before her. Erinyeth deserved her entire attention now as she'd given to the little siren herself and she would see what it meant to have all of Seirath's attention wrapped around her as she began to sing for the green lady alone.

So far below Amra felt her being spark as if lightning had crackled through her, it made no sense, there simply was no logic in any of this. Hand held firmly in the hand of one who's brown dragon didn't match the one who caught her lifemate, the dancer whispered quiet apologies around to everyone gathered around her just moments before she fell into that man. Her mother hadn't told her about this and no one at the Courtesan's hall had exactly explained what it felt like to simply meld into another human even though the Weyr had given her some idea of what Seirath's first flight would be like, Amra hadn't expected it all the same. Her dance ceased as her will melted and all she could do was direct to home from there.

His first thought when Seirath began to fall was that something was wrong, but when she twined so elegantly with Erinyeth, he realized that she had simply made her choice, and it wasn't him. He slowed, feeling her parting mental caress before he was shut out completely. As he should be. He wasn't a voyeur, or at least he didn't think he was. His eyes continued to whirl a lazy purple while his breathing slowed, and a quick dip into his rider's thoughts revealed that O'len was content and not in their weyr, though where he was, Aleyath couldn't have guessed. The evening was only just beginning and he didn't want to spend it alone.

The brown banked in a wide arc, circling back to glide alongside Seirath's shiniest suitor. He had never seen this dragon at Western before, and that made him all the more alluring.

So, this...

It doesn't have to be over, right? We could talk or fly somewhere or... you could join me on my ledge? If you want?

A fleck or two of yellow interrupted the violet as Aleyath went silent, but they didn't stay for long. Right now, this was something he wanted rather desperately, and he wasn't going to let the fact that he didn't quite know how to ask keep him from giving it a shot.

There was little reaching to do. At even the slightest indication it was herself being grasped for, Erinyeth was more than happy to push past the others to snatch up the weary Seirath. You are much more than a prize, lovely one, and I will make sure you remember it! she thrummed, content with her catch and all to ready to show the young green the whole world.

She'd promised dark, rippling, unknown depths and now that she had her, Erinyeth was more than happy to delve into them, pulling the delicate green's mind along with her for the venture. There had never been any others to see, and if even now they watched as the more experienced green carried the young siren off she cared little. There were delights she had to give to the only one who mattered, after all.


Back at her weyr, Lezia ran a hand down her face. I hope you enjoy it, Lezia bid, knowing fully well that it would only egg her beloved on for more. But the satisfaction and pleasure that thrummed across their bond would at least tide her over for as long as the sweet little thing wanted her. And Lezia would enjoy some time alone, doubly wanting nothing to do with any other now.
