✰ Leading the way to the tea shop slash bakery Miko would walk up to find the place looking fairly decent but the area had a bit of trash laying about by possibly loiterers or just the owner not having enough time while putting the place back together after the blizzard. Miko scarcely knew this shop from rumor and good recommendation but it was some kind of family owned business where the tea was grown in the owners own personal garden and his daughter was a waitress and helped with making the deserts and tea. Coming here for the mission Miko could only guess the owner was the person who they had to get their missives signed by for proof of completion. Looking back to at Hono she'd find herself gauging what she could read of his thoughts if he had any in particular about this current job. the venue was fairly nice and it seemed like a good place to put into practice the lesson of socializing with the masses being a part of the job as a ninja in some parts.
"Hey Hono, I want you to present the missive to the shops owner and get us started with putting ourselves together ta get this job done,ight. Can't have me doin all the talkin all the time. We gotta be equal partners in this and that means you do some of the talkin to." Tapping him on the shoulder or more over nudging him over tot he front counter of the shop to have him talk to the young girl who was heading the register at the time, clearly the owners daughter, Miko would look on and give little "shooing" gestures and noises to urge him forward to speak to her.
Seeing Hono as he'd been nudged the girl would focus in on him with a soft smile but it came on her face a bit awkwardly as she wasn't sure as to why Miko would even need to nudge the guy in the first place. It was a bit strange but working in retail one came to see all types as they passed through the village when doing business of just the local kooks. Hello, how are you? Is there anything you'd like form our establishment? today we've a special cheese danish to go with a blend of jasmine peach tea we had home grown and stored away. It might help you relax.
The last part seemed like she was insinuating a little something of the scenario going on between Miko and Hono but as to what that really was all about seemed so vague it really could of been anything. did she mean to say Hono looked nervous or that he could give some to the girl whom might possibly be his girlfriend so she didn't push him to the counter or something else. Miko stood behind with her hands folded into her sleeves looking on in sheepish grin and waiting while looking a bit around for what little trash there was around the here and there from the reconstruction that had to be done from what fighting seemed to take place here previously.

(New sensations are responded to vaguely if not committed to memory/identified already.) This ability has only a 6-yards [3-yards] cubic range, and works better on the ground/in water. Where vibrations are involved mid-air sensing isn’t exact. He walked along the streets of Kumogakure, eyes darting back and forth, both for Miko and for a place to catch a quick bite, but the latter would come before the first, as he happened to find a place called ‘The Mountain Clover’. He entered without sparing a glance to his surroundings and ordered a Jasmine Peach Tea and a side of steamed dumplings filled with pork. The red head took a seat and waited for his order to be delivered, and then his eyes happened to fall on a mess of black hair, a woman that was no more taller than him. “I’ll be damned.” The Chunin said under his breath, dropping the file on the table, its three redacted profiles spreading on the table with the girl’s on top. “Miko Tengoku.” He spoke her name out loud, never taking his eyes off her. “I’d like a word with you, after you bring me my order.” When she inevitably came, he motioned for her to take a seat, he would take a sip of his tea and would eat a dumpling, and express his liking of both of them with a long mmmmmmm as soon as it entered his mouth. Only after did he speak. "Wanryoku requests you at the hospital. Drop whatever you are doing and report to him now." He took another sip, and ate another dumpling.

✰ As she'd look on at Hono and would be a bit bemused at seeing how he handled himself in front of this woman Miko would hear someone call out to her. Turning her head with her hands folded into her sleeves Miko would notice the read head. Not quite sure of who he was but she knew she'd seen him before. Raising a brow at his suggestion for her to bring his order Miko would scoff, "Che, sorry to break it to yeah red, but I'm just on clean up duty. I'm not your server for the day. That would be the gentleman who runs this establishment that'll do that for ya. Now If you wanna stuff your face first that's all good, but I'd rather you get down to the nitty gritty and tell me what's up. We've got places to be." Miko would remover one hand to point in Hono's direct and would nudge her head at him in the same time.
Axel likely still took to his meal before anything else and blowing a few stray strands of hair from her face in annoyance Miko would choose to stand across from Axel until he'd talk once more with the information he was holding on to. "Wanryoku requests you at the hospital. Drop whatever you are doing and report to him now." Miko would only roll her eyes at the name and would call out over her shoulder at Hono, "Hono! I've been summoned by lord advisor~ Wan...Don't get too flustered while I'm gone and finish up the job and gt the pay. You'll need it for materials later. " Sighing as she'd look back over to Axel Miko tap her finger on his table twice just to call to his attention. "Message recieved I'm heading out that way, but you sure you're not supposed to accompany me over there? Whatevea I'm out."
Leaving the Tea shop and looking back to give Hono the peace sign if her was looking Miko would off towards the hospital.

He remained seated, finished eating and drinking, and then scanned the room around him. Something Miko said remained with him. Maybe he should have gone to the hospital… No. He stayed there, seated, he needed the rest, he needed he food. But so did Soraru, and as far as he knew, Soraru had not eaten yet, or rested. He sighed and got up, walking over to the counter. He slapped about 200 ryo on the counter and ordered two Jasmine teas and three orders of steamed pork dumplings. Once he had them, he held both cups of Jasmine tea with his hands and the bag with the three orders of dumplings, a total of twenty four dumplings. Then, he left the shop and headed for the hospital.

Honō had been following along, unsuspecting of Miko's plot to get him speaking to strangers. At first, her words just elicted a stunned silence, Honō staring at her with a blank gaze right up until she started nudging him along, the 'worker-bee's' face falling into worry. Another thing he hadn't expected was a young lady speaking to him before he had even stepped inside proper.
"Oh, uhm," Green eyes flinched, his shoulders suddenly dropping back and neck straightening up. As if a switch had flipped; Honō had tucked away his insecurities behind a blank mask, one that had been enforced on him so many times when facing the heads of their family bloodline. "Thank you. However, I'm here on behalf of the Raikage's office," Honō held out the missive for the lady to take. "We're here to help in the cleaning of the area. If you might have a bag and gloves available to aid us?" He tucked his head into a small, polite bow, waiting as the lady took the missive to read it over. She seemed... unsure? Maybe apprehensive about their presence. But, after a moment, she handed it back with a nod. Honō was folding it back up when Miko was approached by someone from outside the cafe.
Honō stood, his previous mask slipping back into unsurity as Miko was spoken to, until the lady returned with the asked for utilities. "Thank you." He gave a small smile, knowing how... emotionless his proffessional mask could be. The lady responded in kind and went back to her work, leaving Honō holding two pairs of plastic, disposable gloves and a bag for rubbish collection.
"... wait, whu-" Honō was left standing there, watching as Miko walked off. "... sure?"

Class Disciplines : • Legendary Smith The user is able to gain a 5th title rank from every applicable smithing tree. 'Training' for Legendary takes 10 posts of crafting work, provides an additional 1 post off of crafting times, and gives a Grandmaster NPC (of the same area) for usage. In addition, any item solo crafted (without an npc helper) is non-reproducible by non-Legendary titled smiths.
• Balanced Master Any jutsu learned can be paid for with either chakra, stamina, or a mix of the two. Any further chakra types are also subject to this. Recovery amounts for chakra and stamina are doubled while working, and working counts as relaxing.
• Lifetime Disciple This discipline is for those wishing to gain from a lifetime master, never to be one themselves until their master is deceased. Gaining knowledge from over the course of their studies, the disciple will receive twice the benefits from each of their master's smithing trees (up to their completed titles), while in the living presence of them. After their master's death, they will successfully pass on a permanent, one-quarter of the benefit to their own Lifetime Disciple, if any. (round up to the nearest applicable number, as designated in the smithing thread)

Personal Attributes: • A Natural's Touch: After long study and a certain knack at birth, Honō has what many people call a "natural talent" for creation of glass objects. Because of this, every third creation is exceptionally superb, granting a 50% increase to profits made from that item.
• Black Glass Mentality: Honō's years of training with Katon [ Fire ] jutsu and glassmaking and mainpulation jutsu has helped him learn a deeper understanding of volcanic glass. As such, his experiments with enchanting any volcanic glass with Gellal has been cut by half.
• Uncanny Aim: Preferring to create and maintain distance between himself and the enemy, Honō has spent a considerable amount of time crafting range weapons, especially throwing weapons. From this he finds himself creating double the expected number every second attempt without the extra cost of material or time.

Honō pulled on both pairs of gloves before rolling up the length of his sheer, silken sleeves. Utilising the ornamental ropes and beaded strings, he tied the sleeves to remain up at his shoulders. revealing the smooth, pale skin of his arms. From the elbow down, old scars glittered like stars, born from cuts and burns, some having left valleys behind. Honō started from the cafe doorway, following the fenceline to neighbouring properties and picking up trash along the way. He would not bend but crouch, the material of his long clothes gathering neatly around him and to fall neatly when he again stood once more. Head bowed, green eyes scanned the land around him, being careful when he moved to pick up the remnents of broken glass brushed into the gutter. On this, he took his time; glad for the two layers of gloves, just in case. He paused, hand halfway to reaching for the tiny glass shards, as a thought crossed his mind. Glass...
Glass manipulation was supposed to be something all Hari clan members were capable of. It should be... inate to them. Honō knows all too well the hand seal neccesary but he, Honō has never had much luck - no, he supposes it should be called skill. Honō took a stuttering breath in and settled down on the curb, mindful only enough that he put no pressure onto the fine fabrics of his clothes. Carefully, hesitantly, Honō clasped his hands together in the sign required and tried to focus, tried to channel what little chakra he had in those barely used chakra pathways. [ 1/5 ]
Uh, how does this work? Does he just, he doesn't know, will it? Honō could feel his cheeks start to warm up already at the thought of what he must look like, crouched over the gutter - how embarassing... Get it over with quickly, then! Honō gulps and closed his eyes briefly to try and get his chakra moving quicker down to his hands, the energy feeling abrasive at it was pushed and pulled through. Below him, under an green, uncertain, gaze, the glass didn't react. Please move... [ 2/5 ]
Honō had such little chakra in his thin frame that he knew none of it was being drained by his less than knowledgable attempt at the jutsu. Damnit - he had cousins a third of his age utilising this technique. Okay. Maybe an exageration. Slightly. But not by much. Honō's shoulders were lifting without him knowing, tense at his seemingly lack of progress. He cleared his throat with a muted sound, hands unmoving. Move...! he begged. A twinge of slight pain, and he felt his chakra lessen. In shock, Honō broke the hand sign. [ 3/5 ]
Honō was pretty sure it wasn't supposed to hurt - maybe he was forcing it too much. He wouldn't have a clue. And Honō had let go so quickly at the shock that he didn't notice any change to the glass still laying in the gutter, glittering under the light. The Hari clan member blinked, sighed, and clasped his hands together again, focusing more on will and less on churning his chakra. As the seconds ticked by, Honō felt his cheeks growing warm again, the adrenalin from the surprise p***k of pain now draining away. Please? He mouthed the word in a silent whisper, and was rewarded with a sap of his chakra, and the glass below glimmered and semmingly melted slightly, each shard acting as though reaching for a central point between them. Honō took a shakey breath. It was working? He swallowed, told himself to calm down, and tried again, wanting to stay focused instead of letting his concentration break in as much as surprise as it was exitement. Slowly, a small patch of the broken glass began to melt together into a marble at Honō's will. [ 5/5 ] [ E-Rank : Hari Soujuu [ Glass Manipulation ] - Learned ]
Without breaking his hand sign, Honō continued using the jutsu to get every shrap of glass into harmless marbles that rolled down into the curve of the otherwise clear gutter. Honō felt a little sting of pride, but more was more winded by the whole exercise. When Honō picked up the handful of glass beads, he pocketed them instead of discarding them into the rubbish. Standing up from the gutter, Honō began making his way back towards the cafe, following the fenceline and gutter on the otherside of the street. Every few steps he would crouch to pick up even the smallest scraps of rubbish, or to clasp his gloved hands and turn shattered glass into harmless orbs for his own collection. As he reached the cafe, he went down the alley beside it, cleaning up as he went on his way to the skip bin, spotting litter beyond it, however, had Hono traversing its length, crouching after almost every step to clear it up. By the end of it, his claves here aching, but it was a soft pain, used to such a workout in the family forge. Just doesn't usually happen so often. As he tied off the opening of the bag and deposited his used gloves into the bin, the young lady from before was walking up to him, with an older woman by her side, their elbows linked.
Honō ended up leaving the cafe with some words of praise and a soft blush on his cheeks, nevermind the barely contained smile. [ Trash Collection Mission ] [ 3/3 ] [ exit to : Raikage's office ]

Sukai sat down in the tea shop, her body ached from the years of intense training she had done, first taking care of her niece and nephew in Konohagakure. Then when they became of age to take care of themselves and become shinobi. She had departed on her own journey, furthering her abilities in the medical field. Now she was enjoying sipping a hot cup of matcha. It felt odd being back in Kumo. But nice at the same time, though she could feel the presence that a lot had changed in her absence. Like her beloved Oni wasn't in office anymore. She knew nothing of this new Raikage, or even if they were a she or he. Breathing out a heavy sigh. A long road was in front of her. I just hope there are a few familiar faces for me to look forward too.

Certainly all was not peaceful as the slam of fist resonated throughout the table causing the untouched teas to spill slightly.

WE MUST APOLOGIZE TO THE HOMELY BLONDE GIRL AT ONCE!" the fervent heat from the father figure however was cooled by the touch of his wife whom provided him with a lukewarm smile though her eyes spoke something more of jagged edges. Still there's no getting around the lack of tentacles deduction. You she isn't good for you." she would say eyes shifting to her son whom seemed indifferent to her judgments though would retort. Clearly his mother was not so naive as to fall for her sons trickery. Having been married to a trickster herself she knew where her son got his trait of exploiting naivety came from. The woman only rolled her eyes and smiled as despite this the one who took advantage of his sons naivety in his youth was quite naive himself."YOU HEARD HIM HUN! YOU GOTTA ZIP YER YAP! BLOOP!" Immediate regret would follow those words as would any husbands who talked in such a manner to his wife. The man feeling the cold embrace of dread on his shoulders as his wife simply smiled and agreed with him. "Of course, entirely my mistake. blu." While his size itself did not change the man gave off the aura that he was shrinking. Suddenly an abrasive double palmed slam on the table.
Now standing on the table, it was the siblings turn to speak and speak she did with finger pointed at toso and her feet now planted atop the table. "ENOUGH TALK ABOUT THE HARPY BLOO! BROSO! At this moment of disobedience a shiver shot down Toso's spine as well, it seemed he was not immune to his mothers reserved pressure either as she looked to his father forcing him to speak up.

Each member at the table looked at one another and all agreeably and reluctantly gave signs of confirmation, clearly not what they wanted but perhaps it would ease their troubled minds.

As the group began to write Toso would be left to ponder where it was Unki might be now so as to deliver her these apologies. Additionally something else was brewing in his mind.

These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. Was it... the tea house? Xion was kind of sure that it was the tea house, the place that Musubi had told her to meet him at that was. As for the time, she was absolutely certain of that. He hadn't mentioned a time at all, but here she was. She would need to wait here, certainly, but she wasn't going to just do nothing while waiting.
Despite being blind, Xion somehow managed to be hired as a temporary helping hand by the tea house. Sweet. It wasn't strange to acquire the temporary assistance of ninja, particularly genin, even for mundane matters like cooking, but her maid outfit probably helped her case as did her rather professional attitude. Yes, she could pull off a professional attitude, describing in succinctly what she could do, couldn't do, and would need time to do. By timing it with the mid-afternoon dead hour, between the late lunch and early dinner rushes, her employers were more comfortable with the idea of Xion needing time before being able to function blind in the kitchen.
For the first 30 minutes in the kitchen, when the rest of the staff took their break, Xion carefully felt her way through the entirety of the working space. One helpful regular working was there to assist her and make sure she didn't cut herself in the discovery and memorization of where she worked.
Xion tried her hardest, she really did, the memorize the details of the kitchen down to its finest detail, but a measly half an hour wasn't enough, and she was ushered out with the recommendation that she return at a later date to continue... if she really wanted. Oh well. Not catching any of the subtle intonations that were supposed to tell her that the others would really rather she not bother them again, Xion agreed to return at a later time. In a few more tries, she figured she'd know well enough about the kitchen.
Until then, though, she meandered to the training fields. It wasn't like she had forgotten about her promise to Soraru, but it had been so long. Waiting here without doing anything just didn't seem like something she should do.

After a bit of time of wandering Atsuko found a nice place to settle in for a treat. It was a tea parlor from what he could tell, snatching himself a table among the other customers as best he could. A gratuitous tip and order was had particularly as he ordered for both him and his pet, which they took a slight hesitation to at first but went along with it. Speaking of pets Atsuko would go to Asumo to inspect his teeth, opening the lizards maw to take a peak. Hygiene was important, especially to him, so he made sure to check once in a while.
After he was finished with his impromptu check up the food and tea had arrived, Asumo delicately as he could picking up his own food with his claws and chewing down on them.
