"It won't do if we get hurt running through here like maniacs. Geez." She said with a chuckle. Sliding down his back to get to the ground, Shenaiya looked around. It had been awhile. And she had caught Stella here. She patted the ball affectionately. She looked at Marx out of the corner of her eyes to curiously wonder what he would think about Vesper being Returned to his ball. And with a chuckeld she just shrugged. "Oooooo, Rose! We should get Yukatas too! And maybe dress Marx in one." She giggled.

Noticing that her trainer was leaving and the other Flygon seemed to be going comatose with embarrassment, Flygon leaned down, wiggling her head in under his wings and tail to give him a big lick on the side of his face, before pulling back, and flapping her wings to take off after her trainer. Marx, meanwhile, was already running with the girls, slowing at Shenaiya's insistence as they entered the cave. He let go fo Rose's hand and lowered his other so Shenaiya could slide off, looking curiously at the redhead with his head tilted to the side. "Hey Rose... did you... return a person back there?" he asked, scrunching up his nose in confusion.
He blinked, ducking slightly, as Flygon suddenly swooped down, apparently deciding to join them in the cave this time, crying out happily-- and loudly-- before leaning down to nuzzle him. Rubbing his ear with one hand, he reached up with the other, smiling sheepishly and petting the dragon pokemon, then looking curiously back at Shenaiya as she mentioned getting Yukatas. "What are those?" he asked, glancing quizzically between the two girls, with Flygon now walking behind them, looking around curiously.
He blinked as he got a text, checking it, and blinking several more times when it was from Cheria. She was... She was at the island? Already? Man, she must have run right by them... or she had fly, like Isis and Zero. He quickly started up a reply, though, hitting send and then tucking the device away, looking thoughtfully up at the ceiling. He hoped she was alright, and didn't feel too left out or something back there... Hopefully he, Rose, and Shenaiya would be able to get to the island soon, too.

As they got into the cave, they stopped briefly to let Shenaiya off of Marx's back. Fynx summoned up a small flame to light up the way so they wouldn't trip on anything. Rose blinked when Marx asked her if she returned a person, then realized he meant Vesper. "Yup! And I'mma catch you next, Marxmallow!" Rose smirked, taking out an empty pokeball. She was joking, of course, giggling to herself. "Heheh. Just kidding, That was Vesper. He's my Zorua friend now." she added, putting the empty ball back. "Huh... Marxmallow is perfect nickname for you... what do you think, Shenaiya?" the red head commented, the nickname she had just came up with on the spot still on the mind.
Not too long after, yukatas were brought up. Isis mentioned something like that, too. Rose was in the same boat as Marx on this, though. "Uh... I think that's some kind of clothing... what do yukatas even look like? We could see if there's any stores in Lumiose that have them!" Rose said, moving along through the cave with her friends.

The red head smiled appreciatively, then turned to walk the correct way, listening to shenaiya play her flute. It was really nice to listen to, though it echoed strangely in the cave. Soon, they were headed out of the cave, Fynx putting away the small flame that was lighting the way.

It hardly wasn't the welcome Ace had hoped for. Stepping into the cave, he was quickly surrounded by five small Hoppip's. What should have been a straight walk through the cave was looking far more tedious. With a roll of his eyes, he called forward Fia to make quick work of the flying grass-types. "Fia, Flame Charge." Ace commanded rather somberly. Fia appeared, stick/wand already in hand. She rushed forward, charging one of the Hoppip's with a body surrounded by flames. The poor thing never stood a chance. Neither did the other ones, unable to really battle either they wagged their tails to lower Fia's Defense, or healed themselves to no avail. The long senseless battle finally ended with one last Flame Charge.

With the tag-team of Hoppip's out of the way, Ace turned to the path ahead, only to find another gang of Pokemon blocking his path. This time five Psyducks, each with their heads in their hands. "This is so tiresome..." The male huffed. "Amarantha, I think you can manage this one." Amarantha flew forward, aiming a Vine Whip first at one of the Psyduck. The others responded in a rather less then graceful manner. For the most part it was just a bunch of water and tail wagging... only one seemed willing to actually fight, but Amarantha made quick work of it. In the end, yet another group of Pokemon were taken down. This concept of taking down 5 Pokemon at a time was only seen within the forests of Amarantha, but it appeared it happened everywhere here. If only his Pokemon knew moves that could hit multiple Pokemon at once.

If the first battle hadn't been pathetic, this was surely was. Amarantha not only knocked out every last one of the Psyduck, she didn't even give one the chance to attack. "Well speak of the devil." Ace stated with a grin. Amarantha learned Razor Leaf, a move not bound by a one Pokemon per use agenda. This would make fighting the hordes of Psyduck easier. But he feared... now this area was getting to be a bit to.... weak for his team. Horde battles were all well and good, but usually it was weaker Pokemon that bound together, leaving little experience to be earned... Whatever the case, it was easy and good experience or now.
