Leslie watched Church get to work, gesturing up towards the the roof of their current location. "By my best bit of sign language reading, we gotta go to the top." The autotuned voice echoed out, slowly ascending the staircase in an effort to find out where exactly they were trying to go.

Their journey would meet a sudden halt as Sub stepped in front of Leslie, throwing his arm out to stop her from proceeding. With a finger raised to his lips to sign to be silent, he then pointed up the stairs, at the door to the next floor. Should his two companions look, they would see a strange person dressed in black from head to toe, including black hat, with some red design on the front, it was hard to see from this point. Once the person disappeared behind the door, and after several seconds past to make sure they didn't return, Sub spoke.
"You see that person? I overheard police radio chat a couple of days ago when GRAY was trying to get a read on the energy signature here in Celadon. I kept hearing talk about individuals dressed in black suspected of committing crimes. And now, with a strange chi reading here in the city? I got a bad feeling. I'm going to go see if I can follow that person, poke my nose where it doesn't belong. You two head on up and keep following Porygon. Stay together, and stay safe." He said with a nod, and followed after the person in black.

Leslie tapped at her glasses, attempting to think of what exactly the symbol on that person's shirt had been. An all black outfit with a red symbol on the front associated with Pokemon theft. For some reason, Leslie was reminded of those crazies who had taken over the radio waves a long time ago in a failed attempt to contact...someone? But there is no way they could be the same group, not by a long shot... Tapping her SNAG on, Leslie spoke slowly to GRAY.
"Mind doing some research? We need to find out about a group that dresses in all black, has a red symbol on the front of their uniform and is associated with Pokemon thefts. I'd personally keep it to Kanto and Johto, but try and look elsewhere if you get a blank." Leslie commanded of GRAy, hoping the crazy AI would actually decide to research this group and hopefully get them an idea what was going on. Advancing up the stairs, Leslie finally found the door Church had been directing them to and suddenly opened, hopefully allowing Dani to rush in first.

SubonicXP "Yo, man, what's wrong with you?" A buff man in a black shirt asked Lykas as he stood in front of the door. "You looking for help?" He asked, putting emphasis on the 'help' part. Lykas smirked at the buff man. "Oh, thank goodness! I think I'm lost...." He said in his sweetest voice. "I'm looking for my big sister's apartment but I'm pretty sure it's not around here." He said as he leaned against the alley wall opposite the back door, pulling a folded up map out of his backpack, as if he were looking for where he was or where he were going.

Chaos yawned and turned his back to the direction Lykas ran off to. "Man, lookout duty is boring as ~/~."

"Depends, what's in it for me?" GRAY replied, and yet still did as asked by Leslie. "Hm, nothing. There was once a mob that dressed in black that operated out of the old Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar long ago, back before that accident went down, the reasons for which were never known. Either way, if it's the same mob from years back, they would have to have a new leader, the last was a woman who finally got caught and ended up dying in prison. Now then, get back to the mission at hand, brat."
Once Porygon made it to the top, they would find themselves on a floor much different from the others. This one had one L-shaped hallway, and at first, no doors. Should they turn the corner they would find a single door at the end of the hallway, and a man dressed in black standing guard in front of it, just like the previous one. He wouldn't notice them at first, so there was plenty of time to make a plan.
"Apartment huh? You're going to want to head north, that's where they all are." The guard said to Lykas, eyeing the map in his hands. The door behind him was slightly open as well, and the man had stepped away from it to talk to Lykas.

Dani was annoyed that she'd been sent off alone with the music brat, but other than some scowling she wouldn't pick on the girl. She kept a wary guard as they climbed up, always checking around corners before continuing on. When they hit the last corner, after thinking for a moment, she helped Jeffrey down off her shoulder, and pointed at the floor and the corner, whispering to the water pokemon. "Ok Jeff, I want you to use a light water gun at the floor here so it looks like it's flooding or leaking from somewhere. That should get the guy to walk up here."
The athletic girl looked at Leslie in case she had a different or better idea, before continuing on. "We can take him out from there." The brunette cracked her knuckles with a mischievous grin. If the other girl didn't speak up to the contrary, the squirtle would grin and begin spraying water at the floor so it would slowly flood around the corner.

Lykas nodded to the guy, hoping Chaos and Allen were paying attention to help him take this guy out. "Which way was north again? I'm not so great with directions." He asked, following it with a small giggle. The cute and innocent shtick wasn't exactly his favorite ploy but it often got the job done.

"Isn't that up by the Pokemon Center?" Allen asked Chaos in a more hushed tone so the bouncer Lykas was talking to didnt think something was up. He wasn't really familiar with this city, but he had glanced at the map app as they walked here.
He was listening into the conversation, still kinda confused about how Lykas did that thing. But he wasn't going to complain, talents were talents. Motioning to Zest, he kicked some dust around that made a dust cloud. The little Magby nodded. All they needed was a signal.
Then Smokescreen time.

"Who knows where the ~/~ they're going," Chaos grunted. He wasn't using a hushed tone, but it sounded like someone turned the volume down on his voice. "So long as Lykas is leading him away. C'mon, let's head in before the guard is replaced."

The guard continued to talk to Lykas, raising an eyebrow in confusion at the boy. "You don't know north? It's that way." He said, pointing, the wind blowing the door open more, bumping the man in the back. "Oh, sorry, need to close the door." He said, turning his back to Lykas and the others as he goes to close the door.
Back in the tower, the guard was alerted to the water suddenly coming from around the corner, quickly running up to the flowing current, Pokeball in hand. "What's going on here!?" He shouted as he ran towards the corner, and the Snagems on the other side, soon he would be right in front of them.

"Oh, thank you!" Lykas said as he was pointed in the right direction. As soon as the guard turned his back on him, however, he would jump into and air and perform a rather graceful looking flip before bringing his foot down on the back of the man's head. The act should knock him out cold, he figured. Otherwise, he could employ a little trick Odd had been trying to teach him. Worst come to worst, he'd get beat up a bit but that should still give the others plenty of time to get inside.
Kaya had followed the others into the building, keeping quiet for the most part. He was contemplating whether he should let Josie or Anael participate in this mission if it came down to a forced battle. He wasn't wanting to let his Togepi get hurt battling but she would never learn how if he didn't let her try and Josie would need training first. These thoughts occupied his mind up until Dani had her Pokemon cause a faux leak. At this point, he managed to pull himself from his reverie and began to focus on the task at hand once more.

Placing a set of earplugs in Dani's ears and adjusting her own headset, Leslie tapped Church on his body before a loud screeching burst of static would deafen anyone in the room without ear protection, namely the guard. Taking her chances with the hopefully immobilized guard, Leslie rushed him and made a grab for his Pokeball to eliminate the necessity of a fight. What would hopefully help this idea would be the sudden Spearow attacking his face.

Lykas was successful in disabling the guard, the man laying down on the ground, passed out.
The guard in the tower would be taken be surprised by the sudden noise, causing him to grab his head in pain. He tried to release his Pokemon but the Spearow attacking caused him to drop his Pokeball before he could push the button on the front.

Seeing that his plan had gone off without a hitch, Lykas waved to the others. "In! Now!" With that, he ducked in through the back door. He shook his head after a moment, making sure the coast was now clear first, before his hair returned to it's usual place, his tentacles shifting a bit as they returned to normal functionality.
As for Kaya, when the others attacked the guard, he released Nigel. "Slam." He informed, pointing out the guard. Nigel nodded and bounced over to him, slamming his tail into the guy, intending to knock him out. He'd have used Primrose's Grasswhistle but with the combination of loud noises and the guard's ears covered as they were, it would have served little purpose.
