Esabel clapped at the show he was making and used her abilities to transport the children and infants to the castle then turned her attention to the rest of the people, her dark energy spreading out and binding them in one central location. She considered them for a moment then blew a kiss at them, more dark energy seeping into them and making them start to rot slowly and painfully. There were still a few men in the bunch and she approached one, fearlessly tracing her fingers over his skin as he whimpered in agony, "Do something... Try something... Or have you and your people forgotten how to fight..." she whispered to him softly, her energy moving into his mind and releasing his more primitive side. Once she heard his roar of outrage, she released him and a few of the women, giving a delighted laugh and a spin when he ran for them to take them all to the ground in primal lust. She turned to another man and did the same thing to him, turning him loose in what was an animal pen with a few more women that he loosed his rage on in viscous blows. She finally turned to the last man and the three women bound with him, all of them whimpering in fear as she turned her dark eyes on them. This time, she conjured another of her daggers and moved to extracting painful screams from them personality, her mind getting lost in the bloodshed and screams to the point that she paid no more attention to the two men she'd let loose.

Ravor fed off the chaos around him and he moaned in ecstasy as his body absorbed everything. As he absorbed, his body began to change as he filled out more and grew taller, blue runes covered his body and his skin went from being a light tan, to being almost coal like.
When he came to his senses he looked to his hands and gave a throaty laugh.
He could do it...he could make the whole senate of gods bow to him!
Ravor turned his attention to Esabel who was carving up some of her toys as two male elves were trying to beat and ravage some nearby females. He let Esabel continue as he promised her she could do that before he walked over to the male elves and with a flick of his finger flung them against the nearest building where they were bound by his magic. They snarled and tried to break away to no avail. The women looked at Ravor in horror and made a run for it.
He grinned as he incinerated them one by one as they tried to run.
Ravor went back to the men.
"You two will be messengers...a message to everyone, that the end is nigh...."
When Esabel was done, he had just finished using their body parts to spell out, 'the end' on the buildings walls.
"Esabel my dove....I'm bored.....let us go grab a friend of mine.....I think it's time he gets more training and what better place to train than in this demon realm you mentioned?"

Esabel blinked at him a bit as her mind finally switched over from the bloodshed to reality and frowned at him with her head tilted a bit, "The new look is different, Rav... Esabel'll have to try it out later to see if I like it or not..." she said though it sounded more like she was talking to herself. Her face brightened a bit when he mentioned the demon realm, though, "You mean we get to go make that meanie king feel bad for being such a meanie to me? I like that!" she said with eagerness as she stood and moved to put her arms around his waist, giving a soft purring sound when his bulked up powers threaded through her as well briefly, the magic itself shifting her to look even more beautiful as it simply enhanced her looks and delicate appearance. Other than that, she didn't change. She looked up at him with her arms still around him, her face so trusting as she gazed at him with open dark eyes. She now had blood splattered over her liberally and it showed perfectly over her pale skin and white clothes, showing him why she preferred that color. Anyone else looking at her would think she'd just escaped a massacre and try to aid her, falling into the contradiction that she was and wind up, very likely, very dead.

"This look....it works perfectly for you...." He stroked her cheek and moved stray hair away from her beautiful face. "Yes, we shall make that king regret he was ever mean to you. We shall pay him back ten fold....perhaps several villages or towns will be adequate enough for the mistreatment you had at his hands."
Ravor wrapped an arm around her waist.
"Let us be off.....I think we are going to have quite the busy day..."
the twisted tainted black magic wrapped around them both and they vanished.
((to the demon realm.))

As they neared the village, Rowan went slightly pale.
Ravor was here.
The scorched earth.....the twisted magic that had seeped into the earth itself, had mutated plants and killed much. He kneed the horse faster and what he came across had him gritting his teeth.
Broken bodies, piles of ashes that once were people and buildings, littered the ground. One remaining building was standing and he got off his horse and walked over to it, the guards behind him sweating and some shaking at the carnage.
When he reached the building he clenched his fists.
He was tasked to bring Ravor home for punishment, but this....this was a declaration of war and a notice to him to know, Ravor was not going to go back. Not alive. Ever.

Cade looks around at the destruction around him. A lip curls back in disgust. Had the world gone mad? That he had to see this the moment he left his place of rest. It was disgusting, and most of what he saw tempted him to reenter seclusion. He had known that things were going to change. But how it had gotten to be like this, he had no idea. He was, in every sense of the world, clueless. He turns, his blond hair swaying in the wind, and he starts to leave, He had nothing here now. The land no longer sang with the same voice as it once had. It made his heart heavier, that it would no longer sing as it once had. He sighs and looks to the sky once, before nodding to himself and moving on. He had left his seclusion, and so he would continue to move. He had to. [exit]

Knowledge is power. Falcron Camoth xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The Enchanted forest one of the few places people ever travel through due to the unpredictable nature it has, though admittedly Falcron enjoyed living in the forest, it was the best decision he could have ever made, which said a lot considering how long he was with the Royal Guard. To say the least he had a chance to commune with life which was something he didn’t always have the opportunity to do and in turn life communed with him, which was why he was able to settle down in the tree his house was built in, the forest gave it to him, he couldn’t really explain it any other way and at first he did have his challenges of having to find the proper footing to get to his destination since the forest tended to be unpredictable on the best of days and an absolute headache on the worst of days, though since he’d been there a while he had gotten used to how the forest reacts to others and while it did from time to time try to trip him to and from his home it wasn’t as much of a challenge as it used to be, now he simply goes where he needs to and simply goes with the flow of how the forest moves around him.
The life around him was always different but consistent which helped when he needed to hunt for meat and hides, the forest was full of life and he only ever took what he needed which was why he only went into town when he needed to since everything was for the most part provided by the land itself which suited him just fine. The lands were for the most part peaceful, well at least it was when he roamed through it, which worked out in the end he seldom had to deal with things that would pose a threat to him and today didn’t seem to be any different at least at a first glance. As he continued to walk the trees around him seem to shift slightly, the wind blew through the leaves which was so calming, the path he chose to walk when he went to town eventually ran alongside a river which flowed gently down the way as he walked next to it, the path he chose would eventually get him to the port city but he was still days away from the city so eventually he would have to stop to rest at some point when dusk came thankfully enough he started travelling early in the morning which meant he had a full days’ worth of walking he would get out of the day which should get him close to a groove where he could rest for the night provided nothing happened along the way.
As he walked he hummed a tune which was gentle on the ears he was fond of music though he’d never really had the time when he was with the royal guard to practice anything, since he had retired he’d spent some time playing around with some instruments but admittedly he wasn’t that great with them just yet, but he did enjoy humming tunes he’d heard and that was enough for him while he walked this lonely path.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Guard it well.

Serpent
A green, winding form made it's way through the brushes. It crept through the undergrowth in silence, weaving through the branches with exact precision that would leave them undisturbed. A pair of beady and vibrant green eyes attentively scanned the surroundings, zooming in on anything that looked to be of interest.
The serpent could detect the scents of everything around it-- Mice, the trace of elves, and berries. The weather was hot, and the serpent was thirsty. In a sudden flash of movement, it leapt from the bushes and dove into the river. The snake slithered through the water with immense speed, drinking, before leaping back out onto the land.
In the sunlight, it's thick armory scales glistened with droplets of water. In fact, the scales were spiked as though they were thorns, and had a strange coloration to them, one that most people would be able to associate with poison. As the snake found it's way onto the path, it suddenly whipped around, seeing someone. In a defensive manner, it curled into a ball and flared it's spikes, rearing back and beginning to hiss.

Knowledge is power. Falcron Camoth xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx While it isn’t entirely unusual for Falcron to run into creatures of any kind the serpent in front of him was a bit unusual for him, he stopped a ways off from the serpents simply writing this off as something the forest had thrown his way to trip him up, but something seemed off about this one, not your normal sort of creature he has ever seen as large as this one was, he had no way of knowing what to expect from it since it seemed more content to maintain a defensive posture which suited him just fine, the tint in the scales suggested dangerous even under the best of circumstances, which meant he couldn’t afford to fight it since he wasn’t equipped properly to deal with this creature since he chose to keep Celeste and his armor at home.
The more he observed how the serpent acted the more he had to wonder if there wasn’t more to this serpent than meets the eye, throughout his years he’d encounter serpents before and while they were just as dangerous most were content to slither off and avoid conflict, this one seemingly ran into him by chance and rather than flee chose to show aggression by staying in visual proximity of him and maintaining a defensive posture how interesting he thought as he continued to observe it, past experience told him to simply go around and leave this beast alone but something in him wanted to try and commune with it, try and understand why it was where it was, and perhaps deescalate whatever threat it thought it was in, grabbing his bow he put it on the ground next to him as well as took off his pack, if he was going to attempt to calm this beast he was going to need his mobility and while furs and hides weren’t particularly heavy the pack they were in was rather cumbersome and would be hard to maneuver with it on his back, the Quiver and his sheathed sword were all that remained on him which were comfortably looped onto his belt resting on his lower back the blade nearly blending in with the quiver except for the hilt which protruded a bit past where the arrows were sticking out of the quiver.
Standing up he raised his hands up slightly to show he wasn’t a threat and then slowly proceeded to walk towards the serpent, his calm demeanor as he carefully approached showed he wasn’t afraid “steady now I’m no threat to you” he said as he closed the distance, as he drew closer to the serpents striking distance he was very aware he was closer to danger and was prepared to evade attack should it come, he would do all he could to calm this beast if at all possible otherwise if he was forced to would have to draw his sword and try to slay this beast since it would be clear that if it crossed anyone else who might be travelling the road through the enchanted forest he couldn’t allow such a threat to remain, but he hoped it wouldn’t come to that.
Falcron stopped well within striking distance of this serpent and simply slowly reached out and offered a hand of friendship, and while he did offer this he made sure that he was well enough away that if the serpent did strike he would have a chance to get out of the way but if the serpent chose to calm down it wouldn’t take much for it to close the distance.

Serpent
The serpent held it's ground at first, making direct eye contact with the man before it. From the scent, the serpent could detect that he was elf. Usually, humans were what it went after, not elves. From experience, it always seemed to the serpent that elves had more of a way with nature. Not that the creature actually thought that, these were just things that it was able to sense only on the level of pure instinct, and memories.
In actuality, the thing that always set the serpent off the most, were shiny objects. From the serpent's experience, shiny objects such as pointed blades and armor, always meant pain. The serpent began to weave back and fourth, it's vibrant green eyes searching to see if any of these shiny objects were drawn. But all seemed to be fine, for now. In fact, the creature was growing more curious. It had always grown to expect to be struck with weapons at any moment. Either he was a very clever hunter, or he truly did not mean any harm.
However, the snake continued to remain in a defensive posture, tightly balled up with just it's head raised, waving from side to side in a slow yet focused motion. It hissed menacingly, but the serpent's hisses slowly grew more subdued once it heard the gentle sounds of his voice.
When the hand was extended, the serpent, not expecting it, simply hissed once again and bared it's hooked fangs. However, it did not strike. This was simply just a warning. After a long moment of watching and contemplating, finally, the serpent's spikes along it's body relaxed as well. It leaned it's head forwards, just enough to brush against the palm of his hand. A strange golden glow began to shimmer along the entire length of the serpent's body, almost like lightning. However, the glow would feel warm to the touch. And finally, there was the soft echoing voice of a female, blended with the hisses. "Where am I?"

Knowledge is power. Falcron Camoth xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Falcron remained calm when the serpent touched the palm of his hand if anything this was a good sign, the sudden light and warm feeling on his hand followed by a woman’s voice with a peculiar question only confirmed that this was no ordinary serpent and replied “you are deep within the Enchanted Forest of the Elven Realms” Falcron paused for a moment to glance around slightly before he continued “are you lost?” falcron was well aware that the those unfamiliar with this region would easily get lost, he could remember many a time he had to guide newcomers out of the forest, but admittedly this was the first time he’d found anyone this far into the forest, he chose the area for the fact that he was well isolated from the world outside of the forest, very few knew the way to his home, which meant he rarely had visitors. His eyes remained focused purely on this serpent, He couldn’t help but wonder how she got so far into the forest and started to think he might have to postpone his trip into town until things here could be resolved, but that was something he would have to decide on after he had had a chance to ascertain as to whether or not she would need help or not. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Guard it well.

Serpent
For a brief moment, she felt her mind shifting. Shifting from the mind of an animal, to a human with more complex thoughts and the actual ability to be able to coherently think. However, she was still in her serpent form, unable to change back. Every now and then while in her serpent form, she experienced fleeting moments of clarity where she could think as herself, but it never lasted. Soon, her mind would change back to being that of a simple serpent. If anything, all Syrena hoped for was to fully be able to change back into her human form, but that had not happened for a very long time.
It seemed that as the years of her immortal life passed by, the more of them were spent in her serpent form. "I have been traveling for hundreds of years, and I have not been able to keep track of where I am going," The voice echoed again. Not knowing how long Syrena would be able to maintain this level of humanity, she began to speak a bit faster. "I can communicate temporarily, but soon, I will be a simple beast again. I mean no harm. And should that happen, as long as no weapons are drawn, all will be well." The voice was seemingly coming from nowhere, but somehow Syrena was able to generate it, and it echoed around them gently. "I am searching for somewhere with vast magic, so that I may find a cure to my affliction."

Knowledge is power. Falcron Camoth xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Falrcon thought about what the woman said, he couldn’t help but think there was something that he could do to help, it was clear that he was going to have to postpone his trip into town and return home, at least there he could do the necessary research to find out where such a wellspring of magic could be located, admittedly he had never crossed anything of the sort in all his years but then again most of his life was spent in the royal guard and as a result he didn’t travel all that much unless the king left or for that matter knew of anything, it did occur to him that he may have to seek out far older and wiser minds if he was to uncover such a place, which meant one of two places, the demon realms, or the Vampire Island, either way he would have to return home to prepare for a long trip since regardless he would have to take this serpent to the gates where they could travel to the other realms, that all provided he couldn’t find the answers himself, he had an extensive library at home about the magical arts perhaps he there was information in them about it.
Finally Falcron spoke up “well I’m afraid a wellspring of magic of that scale is something I’ve never encountered, though not to say one doesn’t exist somewhere, but I’m unsure of where one might reside these days” Falcron stepped away to collect his pack and bow before he looked at the serpent and continued “Come I doubt you will have much luck uncovering the answers you seek without some help” Falcron paused for a moment to see if the serpent would follow before he would take off back in the direction of his home.

Serpent
The serpent made it's way closer towards him, the end of it's tail rattling with interest in what he had to say. She had been hoping that perhaps he, an elf, knew of where large amounts of magic resided. But that didn't mean that it couldn't still be found. From the sounds of it, she got the feeling that he knew his way around much more than she did. And either way, she was grateful for any form of help that could be offered to her in her time of need.
"Help is... Very much appreciated," The serpent responded with the thankful dip of it's head. The creature soon followed after him, heading towards the direction of wherever he was going.
