Ganchou entered the library, toning down his voice as he muttered a few things. Coming up to one of the guards in the alcove, he checked in on the past couple of weeks, and surmised nothing of importance had happened. Satisfied, he left and headed off towards the next place on his list.

Ronmaru stepped quickly and calmly into the library, picking out three Fuuton scrolls--one for himself, and two for the Raikage. Immediately, the Genin would return to his Kage, now sporting the Sand headband across his forehead. Wind Style training was not the top of his priorities, however. As a Genjutsu Class Shinobi, it would be rather against the point to not know any genjutsu...

Silas appeared at the Library and asked around to see if anyone had at least spotted Ganchou! In luck Silas heard from one of the guards that he had been here and left to another location. Satisfied, Silas left in search of Ganchou.

"So..... bored..." Ash moaned as he kicked back in his chair. Ouka sat next to him. "Then... go do something." Ash shrugged. "Can't. Can't leave the village to go look for the Mizukage. Can't go do a mission right now. Can't do anything." Ouka sighed. "You're turning into a bum." Ash smirked. "Then what does that make you?" She glared at him. "The girl that gets dragged around by a bum."

James Ran into the building quickly flashing his headband. With a purposed walk he flashed his headband and then grabbed a few needed scrolls. then jogged over and checked them out. he then tore out the door at just under a sprint.

Siniku had come in and gathered as many Egyptian Language books as possible the first was 'Introduction to the Egyptian Culture' which would only be the language here and there and giving the meanings after the words, but thanks to the Tensha Fuuin when he viewed the words in their Hieroglyphs he could at the very least understand the symbols individual meanings.

After a few more books SIniku had the basic words down but that wouldn't be enough to communicate with the people of the Old City and to communicate what he Needed to communicate. He ran his fingers over the Hieroglyphs, slowly murmuring out the words, figuring out the sentences. All of these books were getting harder not to understand though so that was a good thing. Just a few more books would do it.

"I wish there were some books on the Old City..." he said softly to himself.

They all started to make sense after a few more books, the Hieroglyphs were barely symbols anymore to the ANBU Captain. To him they were actual words to be read and understood. And the Language wasn't too hard to speak ether once he got the hang of it. With the Knowledge he gained from these books and along with the language he could very well get the Old City on Sunagakure's Side , and in doing so get them Not on the Jashin's side. Putting away all the books he had used he gave the cute Librarian a salute as he ran past her and to the Anbu HQ

Manfread walks up to the massive building, that is the library. He had gotten distracted by the smell of various foods on his way here, but finally made it. He eyed the stone Kirins, as he entered the first floor.
"Now where are those scrolls," he muttered to himself, walking deeper into the building. After becoming completely lost, Manfread found what he was looking for on the second floor. The scrolls for the gentle fist were neatly piled on a shelf deep in the corner of the floor. It seemed they had been collecting dust as of recent. Grabbing a few of the scrolls he sat down and opened them up. Slowly reading through the basics.
"I don't get it..." he said confused. Turning the scroll upside down and right side up again. He began so read aloud, "The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes that aim to...Ah hell."

After rereading the scrolls a few times Manfread's stomach started to grown, and he was becoming slightly irritated. He set down the scroll and reached his bag of munchies. Suspiciously looking left, then right to make sure no one was watching, he pulled out a bag of chips and gorged himself in the salty goodness.
“Renrelly raims ro...” Manfread swallowed, noticing the crumbs that had spilled onto the scrolls laid down before him, he licked his finger and swiftly ate them, while reading aloud. “Generally aims to damage the body's chakra path system, and creating difficulty by inhibiting the enemy's use of chakra.”
Manfread looked around him to see if anyone had seen him eating. “I still don't get this gentle fist...”

Manfread picked up the scroll containing the basics of gentle fist, again. He skimmed through it calmly and set it down again. Then he thrusted his arms into the air and shouted “I understand!... Wait what?”
Followed by a chorus of hushing he quickly hid himself from view. Looking at the scroll he slowly reread it, again. “I feel stupid...this is killing me, I think I found a new way of torture.”
“Forcefully insert a small amount of your chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system.” he recited, from the page before him, “The chakra can then be used to break or divert the flow of chakra, preventing them from using jutsu.”

Feeling like he would collapse from starvation, Manfread reached into his bag of munchies, and pulled some out. He looked around to see if anyone was watching, and began to eat, while reading. He turned the scroll upside down with one hand then tilted his head. Continuing to read he wondered if he would ever escape this place, and get into actual combat.
“It has been noted that, any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by putting chakra in it with gentle fist... This is done by reforming chakra into needle like shapes and 'cutting' through the opposing chakra.”
He finished the snacks he had been devouring, and turned the scroll right side up again.

“It is unknown if this can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who see the Tenketsu. Gentle fist can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, which the chakra pathway system is closely tied.” Finally beginning to feel the heat, Manfread began to fan himself as he read aloud.
“Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name 'gentle fist.' Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyuuga clan, it has become their signature style of combat....” He finished reading the last sentence and looked up. Then Manfread stood up and fell to the floor, his legs had cramped up, and were numb.
“I never wanted a history lesson, I have an old wind bag at home who can bore me with those. ” he said with a few curses while he punched his numb legs.

The tingling feeling slowly subsided and Manfread stood up stretching his body. He rolled the scroll up and placed it back on the shelf. He mulled over what he had memorized, the theory behind the Gentle fist, and his gut told him he has ready for practice. Grabbing his now empty bag of munchies, he attempted to find the exist. After aimlessly wandering around the floor he found a window and gazed outside.
“Eh, good enough,” he said opening the window, hopping outside he ran down the wall to the ground. Then he headed for the training grounds to try out what he had read.
