Well 32 point buy isn't giving me much to work with here I will really hate myself because I could end up with way worse... and for this character if I do worse on stats I have to play a new Character....

But hey like I said number crunching wasn't working.

Disciple; I read your character and if I had a problem I would have told ya. Everything is cool, I do have Tome of Battle. And in fact it is still one of my favorite books.

Cool. I think Tome of Battle, the Expanded Psionics Handbook, and the Magic Item Compendium are my favorite 3.5 titles. They give you just so much more fun in the rules. I mean, I love the warlock and scout classes, but the Completes and what-not just aren't as overall worthwhile.

I almost gave my Firebender the Shaky flaw to get an extra feat, but I decided that it wasn't worth it. Of course, ranged attacks with swordsages are hardly commonplace, so it would have been a little cheesy, too.

Alright well I am going to try my idea... I had to take some feats to clean up my stats a bit. Probably have to grab some magic items too.
