A crash and a yelp would sound out as one of the roof vents gave way and Leslie came crashing into the room. "I'm up! I'm up! We're doing things? I'm in!" Leslie blurted out, eyes slowly focusing before she noticed she was inside of Sub's office. "Oh hell, did I just sell my soul or something?"

"We don't get paid money, we get this stupid company currency. I'm pretty sure this is illegal in most places." Leslie shot back with before continuing. "Now then, why are we shaking down some poor sailor? I'd rather not end up looking like some jackbooted thug." As she said this, Leslie would crack her knuckles casually as her secondary mouth gave a small grin.

"Alright. Break a poor sailor's legs cause he's out legendary hunting. Fun." Leslie bemusedly said, waiting for the inevitable disappearance by Claydol that typically signaled Sub was done talking and you should get to work.  

[Requiem of Whyspers]

Lykas sat around in HQ, his Crabrawler at his feet, apparently having some kind of conversation with his Dewott. He wasn't paying attention so he had no clue what was actually going on there, his attention focused on the TV for now. He was aggressively flipping channels, looking for something specific, apparently. "There has to be a news channels somewhere that's keeping tabs on what Lysandre's up to!" He finally shouted, standing up and throwing the remote intot he couch cushions. This was getting old. It seemed like, all of a sudden, the news channels were suddenly being cut off from reporting anything involving Lysandre or inter-regional relations with Kalos. It had been weeks since the last time he'd heard anything about the region or the madman with the God-like Pokemon in his command. Not even Zekrom or Victini had had this kind of power back in Unova, before he became a hybrid, and Plasma had never truly controlled either of them...

"This is going to get a lot more serious...." He told himself. "And I haven't heard anything from Varuna lately to try and get any more training." He told himself, rubbing his chin furiously, clearly growing more agitated the more he dwelt on things. "I don't trust that old water-logged fox any further than I can throw him these days but he's the best shot I have at learning to use my abilities from a master."

The jellyfish hybrid began pacing back and forth through the main room at this point. "I haven't seen Sub lately, either but I wonder." Pausing for a moment, a realization dawned on him. "He's not the only one that's got a lot of knowledge on myth and legends, I bet....Crystal! Or course!" Slapping himself on the forehead, he grabbed his SNAG and sent a message to the Espeon hybrid. He knew she was a bit of a maniacal collector of information on ruins and lore so maybe, just maybe, he'd get lucky and hit a goldmine of information if he asked her?

The Message

Crystal, I need to ask you a few questions when you have the time. It's kind of important so please meet me in the library as soon as you get a chance.

"Where is coffee boy, I haven't seen him lately." Sub said to himself as he began to wonder the building. He had thought about a certain undead dragon after seeing a commercial for Alolan coffee beans, then right after that a commercial for Celadon casino. It was as if some unseen force was telling him to seek out Darts. That is if you believed in that sort of stuff.

Darts wanders through the door blearily, rubbing some of the sleep from his eyes as he ambles past Sub without a backwards look at the TV.

Speak (think?) of the devil and he'll appear. Sub was just mildly shocked as he saw Darts walk past him, was there really something somewhere trying to get him to speak to the dragon hybrid? Who knows. "Hey! Dead head!" The man called out as he jogged up to the dragon. "Where have you been? I haven't seen any of your scales laying around lately. Figured you either stopped molting or died for real this time."

"You know, I really have no idea." Darts says. "After the last time I was here when we were dealing with Aile... I may have blacked out for a bit. I really don't know what's coming over me but I keep having these bouts of really bad... violence."
