Hope the kind DJ Double B Hope the kind DJ Double B Hope the kind Is it a stuff nose? Sore Throat? Dry throat? Wet throat? Body aches? Dry throat and phlegm. fun times I highly recommend tea with honey! At night, I normally suck on a cough drop if it is the throat that is keeping me up. Plus, if it is really bad, I take Nightquil+Coughdrop I also won't eat any dairy because that could increase the phlegm. I also eat a ton of oranges! Never underestimate the power of the orange. I'll have to make me some more tea (: Never thought about the dairy though -- I'll be sure to avoid it! Always forget the dairy thing when I'm sick. Cheese is too good >< Tea~ Also! If you have Cocoa then you can make some hot chocolate. Though not the hot chocolate in a packet since that isn't as healthy and soothing as hot chocolate made straight from the Cocoa/Coco biggrin I love me my dairy and no one can deny cheese on pizza...unless you are allergic, then by all means please ignore it!
xD packet hot chocolate is easy though

I love to help! Yeah, apparently a packet of hot chocolate has some ingredients that actually irritate your throat (who knew such deliciousness could cause harm?) |

Prairiefox Hope the kind Prairiefox Okay I lost my internet again but I have it back for a few hours right now what's been happening?! Everyone misses Ramona! TTvTT Glad to hear she's a good teacher Actually before my internet was lost again I had written a sad Ramona post XD I'll take the chance to post it while I can ^^
