As I start typing this, fragglerocker05 is right above me.
The green ribbon on your head does't fit in, the brown of the handle of your shuffle can't be found anywhere else and the Pixie makes you look a tad bit overdone. Also, the blue-white of the Pixe and your eyes can only be found at the top, which tips your color out of balance. If you'd leave the wings out, the 'colorspread' would also improve. I just noticed how out-of-place the entire shuffle looks! Not just the handle! That tone of gray doesn't return anywhere. confused whee

So... Your avatar... You have a cute futre girl thing going on, but I rate on colors and colorspread only. >w<
The violet-ish flames are nice, but they don't match the rest of the avatar. Same for the headband... I think it's the Angelic Microphone.
For the rest you have this cute black 'n white thing. The green of your eyes doesn't really match in with the rest. Also, the stockings you're wearing sort of mess with the spread because they make your legs look gray/skintone and that's not a very nice sight (in my opinion).
I think I'll give you a 6. 3nodding (Like I said, I'm harsh. ^^ wink

Itd ok, nothing special. you should use either more white, or get rid of the white you have since it kinda sicks out. 6/10.
